Another must stop if you are on a texas BBQ journey. The brisket sandwich was a perfect combination of onions, pickles, brisket, and bun. The switch original sausage flavor took me back to an old corner store that sold bbq.I will definitely be back for more of the delicious Bbq and amazing sides.

Cannot say enough positive things about Stiles in Cedar Park. The service was excellent. We got to try an appetizer while in line, were offered a small bite of dessert on the house and overall it seemed like the staff really cared about their customers. The food was phenomenal. I got a sandwich and sausage and it was the best I ve had in Austin. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Looking forward to my next trip!

Wow, this place was so good. We tried a little bit of everything. The ribs were tender and tasty. The brustle sprouts were AMAZING! The jalapeno cheddar sausage was very good. Actually, both of their sausages were good. They even had pork belly. I really liked their Chile lime sauce. Even the pickles were excellent!

Awesome BBQ! Best place for smoked wings and that Alabama white sauce is amazing! Update: tried the dirty birdie burrito. Was OK, good amount of guacamole, but beans drowned out any chicken flavor. Another meat might be better suited for burrito. Another update: Smoked wings are still killer. Also tried the prime Rib and that was super tasty. Ribs wings and sausage all have a place in my heart. The cucumber salad and Brussel sprouts really seal the deal.

Beef ribs and brisket were heavy seasoned with pepper. Brisket was more in the dry side, not moist. For the price of the beef ribs it s not worth it in my opinion. Update: hopefully I don t get food poisoning from this place as I am already feeling sick after eating the meats (beef ribs & brisket).

The brisket was the best that I have had in a while. Fatty deliciousness! You can ask for lean if you are on a diet or something. Ribs and sausage were also great. Mac & cheese was creamy and filling. Slaw was also really yummy. We ordered the Texas Trinity for 3 people and had leftovers, I believe it is measured to feed 4-6 people. The staff were very friendly and hooked it up with the pickles.

Stiles Switch has great BBQ. The CP location is nice. My complaint is when paying this much for BBQ they can be a little more generous with the pickles, onions, and jalapenos. The guy behind the counter was nice but a pinch of any of the above mentioned items is really pitiful. If you change your mind theres only going back over to get more. I dont know if this is a covid hold over but it needs to be fixed! It comes across as really chintzy. The sides were good enough although the Mac and cheese was so cheesy it kind of was obviously not baked but stovetop. The non Texan with us complained about the amount of pepper on the brisket but I found it to be good.

Newer location of a Texas Top 50, with mostly the same meats and sides. Stars are the brisket and pulled pork; turkey and sausage are also above average. Love that the brisket comes with a few burnt ends. Roasted Brussels sprouts are the best side, but others are also impressive. Somewhat expensive for the Cedar Park area, but consistent with others of comparable quality. Kid-friendliness: A bit spicy (jalapeño in the coleslaw, Serrano on the sprouts, lots of black pepper).

Watch out for the meat plates. Their portion sizes have recently changed. They used to give you a 1/3rd pound serving of each meat... Now they only give you 4 slices of meat. They went to the chipotle school of shrinkflation. Better to buy a half pound of meat and the sides separately than the meat plates.

This is the type of Restaurant and staff atmosphere that made Me fall in love with Texas abd feel comfortable being totally new to Texas from Pennsylvania. The Food is unreal and I found myself enjoying watching a bit of College Football befire exercising across the Street and look to return to fill up on some pulled meats and Corn Bread upon returningbto Austin this Fall! First, their BBQ is outstanding. Top notch. Their BBQ is best at lunch and tends, but doesnt always, seem to be dryer the later in the day it gets. Which is understandable. The longer meat sits in heat, the dryer it gets. Even when it is just in something to keep it warm until its ready to give to the customer. Regardless, it still tastes wonderful no matter what time you go. The location off of Lamar is DEFINITELY the better location. It just always seems to be more jucy, more tender, and more tasty. Im going to give this location a few more trys. But unless it raises its quality one more notch, I will just have to go to the Lamar location when I want some Stiles.

Brisket was dry and fatty, probably would rate it 4/10 Silly rule that you can t double brisket on a three meat plate because it s a premium item made me pivot and rethink my whole order once I got to the line. This must be the only bbq place to come up with this rule, I have never seen this before. Dont waste your money. Way too expensive for what it is, the ribs are bland, the pinto beans are bland, brisket isnt anything special. This is clearly all about appearances and not about flavor. Not worth the ridiculous prices. Small portions for the price and not good enough to warrant it. The hot hawg sauce is basically Tabasco, nothing here says authentic BBQ.

Came by for an early lunch and they promptly opened at 11. The restaurant was very clean and featured some very cool wall art and nostalgic pics. We were quickly greeted by very friendly meal preparers that offered a great variety of options and suggestions. We were finally greeted by two very pleasant cashiers who were very nice and courteous. We were really impressed with the incredible food (the Diablo sandwich was amazing!), the quickness and efficiency of being served and the overall friendliness of all the workers we encountered. The manager, Ian, was nice enough and took the time to give us a list of the great staff which included Emma and Reaghan (cashiers) and a host of preparers and cooks including Eric, Micah, Angel, Jacob and Adrian (both guys were really kind and funny) and Jason. The place is great to have a delicious meal with huge portions, have an adult beverage or two and catch some sports (several large screens were showing football). The atmosphere is cool and we were really impressed by the vibe and overall experience. Will definitely return and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Authentic Texas barbecue. You get your food almost right away and the portions are generous. There are even rolls of paper towels at the tables to help with those messy ribs.

This is dare I say it... My favorite BBQ! It is always on point and I love the folks that work there. Price is a little high, but I dont mind cause it is supporting local business.

The food was great, including the people. This 1 story place is in a great location and has tvs to watch sports. But the experience the last time, and my first time, was not the best. I ordered wings, and it took a while to get. People who ordered after us got wings and got wings before us

Food was fantastic, this is maybe one of my top 10 bbq places in Texas. The manager or owner came and spoke with us and made a great experience even better. Damn good food.

Everyone that worked here was super friendly and nice. The food tasted great, we had brisket and pork ribs. I highly recommend the serrano brussel sprouts and corn casserole sides. The peach cobbler is pretty good too.

Visited with the family while in the Austin area. I had the turkey which was so good. Nice ad tender. Sausages were also really good! The brisket that my hubby and son got was a tad salty but so tender. Ribs were fall off the bone good. As far as sides, we had the brussel sprouts, corn casserole, tomato cucumber salad and fries. All very good!

Meh. I heard tons of hype about this place and was massively underwhelmed by the bbq (I had the brisket and the sausage). After two tries, I will not be back.

On my top five best barbecue joints in Austin. Beef ribs are good, we always get a pound of pulled pork to take home, and the corn casserole is best i ve ever had.

I ordered a chopped brisket sandwich. It had way too much sauce, had hard chunks in it and was chewy. I did not ask for extra sauce. Very disappointed for $15. Won t be back! Parking: Limited

I m not actually a big fan of BBQ, or at least, I don t usually seek it out, but randomly today I was craving it, so I took my father out to lunch here. It was genuinely the best BBQ I ve ever had. The assembly-style line they ve got here was smooth and efficient. I got the pork ribs, mac and cheese, and potato salad. I was shocked at just how much flavor the mac and cheese and potato salad had. The ribs were well seasoned, and the sauce wasn t overpowering. I haven t tried the banana pudding I took to go yet, but it looks super good. The booths and tables were nice and clean and the music/atmosphere was very fitting and comfortable. Overall I m very satisfied and will definitely be coming here again! Just a warning that it can add up fast (money-wise).

The location is clean and smells amazing when you walk in. The menu is clear and bold right up front where you order. There is a good selection of bottled beer and beverages as well as a nice fountain drink area. The service staff was very welcoming and friendly, answering our questions with confidence and knowledge. We ordered a club sandwich and a couple of sliced brisket sandwiches with 2 sides, the Mac and cheese, and the Brussels Sprouts. The sandwiches were fairly big about 1/3 lb of meat on them. The brisket while a great flavor was very dry. The bark was amazing, but theres not a lot of bark there. I personally dont use sauce on my brisket. I like the meat to speak for itself, but tbh this sandwich was a little dry. Next time, I will definitely ask for the moist end. The club sandwich was really good, with the turkey being the star there. The Brussels Sprouts were amazing. A hint of heat from the Serrano ads a nice finish to them. The Mac and cheese was a little disappointing as it too seemed a little dry, there was no cheese sauce even stuck to the boat it came in, which was disappointing due to the flavor being good again personal preference here I like my Mac and cheese creamy and cheesy. All in all, its a good experience, and I know for next time to try a couple of different things and ask for moist brisket.

One of my favorite BBQ spots. Ive been to both locations multiple times and have never had a bad food experience. Staff isnt always the friendliest at the Cedar Park location, but interactions with them are brief and limited to ordering food so its never been an issue. The outdoor seating area is nice when the weather is fair.

Well, let me start by saying we have tried all the barbecue in Texas. We are from Florida. Yes it s true. We are not true Texans. However, anyone who doesn t think this is absolutely hands-down, unequivocally the best barbecue in Texas is certifiably delusional!

Food is good but hard to swallow that they dont care much (or at all) about the environment. When we asked where we could put the glass bottles for recycling, the answer from the girl training the new cashier was: nahh, forget about it, put it wherever. Quite disappointing.

This place is amazing. Meats are spectacular and the sides fresh and delicious. Prime brisket is perfect, as good as any place on central Texas. I love their jalapeno cheddar sausage, especially with some of Lances mustard on it. Ribs are delicious but a tad spicy and they have a sausage of the month that is always a treat. If you are interested in sandwiches the Diablo is my favorite... Yum. There are many great BBQ restaurants in central Texas but both locations of Stiles are my favorite. They have outstanding meats, delicious sides and they serve all day with reasonable wait times. How to see your there Vegetarian options: Not much here except the sides, which are Delicious, but meat is the star. Parking: If parking in front is full there is another lot just behind the building Kid-friendliness: My son loves to come here, but some things are spicy so all before hand Wheelchair accessibility: Parking up front with easy access to the restaurant
