All of my credit cards were hacked after using this company. I was asked to give my pass code for a free phone cleaning. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICES. Took my phone in for a cracked screen repair came out with a defective camera. I had to go back twice and my phone still wasnt fixed correctly.

First time customer: I had the pleasure of having Jason, a mobile tech from AT&T sent by Asurion, come to my home to repair the cracked screen on my Samsung Note 22 Ultra. He gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arriving, which I really appreciated. Jason was incredibly professional and got straight to work in his company vehicle. The entire repair was done in just 30 minutes, and my phone looks brand new! Great experience overall. Highly recommend his service!

It was very easy to book an appointment online (booked on Saturday for the following Tuesday). Jason was on time and clearly explained how to prepare my phone before he replaced my screen. Robert saved me $150+! Purchased an Apple Watch through Best Buy a few years back, so when the face of the watch popped out I naturally thought to go back and see what could be done. It has been 3 years post purchase and they essentially told me it would be around $150 or close to the cost of a new watch to replace the screen. I thought it was odd that they wanted to replace the whole screen since it was working fine, it just needed to be adhered back to the frame essentially. Decided to go across the street and Robert quickly affirmed that the screen was fine and just needed some electronic adhesive applied. Came back a few hours later while it was drying and it was back in place like new! Thank you Robert!!! I ll be sure to come back for any tech problems.

My repair tech was Michael Saville. He came out to my home to assist in a repair to a phone, but we found out that it needed to be replaced. He called Asurion for me as I have had issues with them for a year. I am very happy with Michael but I do not with asurion. With Asurion, I had been hung up on and called by another name many times. After 2 days on the phone with Asurion and Att my issue is still not fixed. It is cheaper to buy a new phone then pay a $250 deductible for a phone that is no longer being sold. The reason for 3 stars is because they are all for Michael. He deserves 5 stars, but Asurion deserves -5 stars from me.
