Division of property is not fun, but it is better when working with someone caring and professional. Ms. Pinkerton is knowledgeable about divorce, division of property, and finance. It is best to hire an attorney who knows this vital information.

Kim helped us navigate the probate process when my father passed away without a will. We had no idea what the process was, and she was one of the only attorneys who had an initial conversation with us without charging a fee. We continued to rely on her for guidance during the many months we were dealing with my fathers estate. While there were some points of confusion for us that required checking in with Kim, she was always responsive. I recommend her for anyone looking to go through the probate process.

We had a great experience with Kimberly! She listened attentively to our issue at the first consultation and gave us good advice to attempt to ameliorate our situation without further legal involvement. She responded quickly to correspondence and questions, helping us through the process of reaching a mutually beneficial solution between ourselves and the other party. Kim is an awesome attorney. I contacted her to represent me in a divorce just as the pandemic went into full lockdown. But she managed to get everything needed to file for the divorce and honestly, she made the entire process simple and stress free! I couldn t be more satisfied with her services. She s just wonderful!

She is extremely unprofessional, conniving, snears and laughs in court. Had to be told by the judge to talk to him instead of spend her time saying rude remarks to the other party. Would not recommend this attorney!

When hiring a licensed professional... you expect guidance and a certain level of service. In keeping this short I expressed my concerns at the beginning of the divorce process. I had to be the one constantly following up with her office. I was so frustrated at one point I went to the law library to research on how to aid myself. My opinion and experience with this law firm was far below standards. They did as least as possible while expressing to me they were doing all they could. Twice the attorney and/or her aide expressed I was right in my findings about a particular part within the process. Either they did not care or were extremely incompetent. I never give a bad review but this process was stressful for me and if I paid for someone to look out for me... I at least expect that. Poorly done... grade given D- at least I got the divorce!

I couldn t have been more pleased with the outcome of my divorce. Kim is a fabulous attorney and took great care of me. She was very dilegent and responded to emails and callas quickly. She got me everything I asked for plus some. Divorces are so emotional and difficult and she made it easy on me. Highly recommend her and her staff!
