We absolutely loved our wedding at The Windsor!!! Everyone was so wonderful to work with and were always available to answer our (many) questions throughout the wedding planning process. The wedding itself was SO fun and all of our guests raved about the venue. I fell in love with the venue because of the red brick and ivy, but the staff, the food, the add-ons made it worth every penny!!! This is the perfect all-in-one wedding venue, and I highly recommend!

4.24.27 Wedding - After looking at many wedding venues, we came across The Windsor at Hebron Park. The venue itself is beautiful and had a great flow with the chapel and reception hall in the same building. After meeting with the sales person, we decided to move forward. What made my husband and I choose the venue was the location and the food. Pros and Cons in my opinion on this venue are the following. Pros: Wedding Day turned out beautiful with the day of Banquet Person on property being the best person we worked with. She has a passion for what she does and had such a caring nature. The rest of the staff on property the day of our wedding were also wonderful. Food was amazing, so many compliments from our guests. Cons: After we signed the agreement, every conversation was based on Well it s stated in the agreement . I didn t feel like there was a lot of flexibility on timing, the complimentary tasting felt like an upsell opportunity and I felt nickeled and dimed for any asks. I didn t get ready at the venue since time didn t allow and I didn t want to pay extra costs. I did pay extra for a personal tasting based on what I was looking for on my wedding day. I think the most difficult part for me was that I had worked with a few coordinators and a few weeks prior to my wedding when going over final details, I learned that the majority of my planning details which I had gone over the last year or so were not in the system due to turnover and it was almost like starting all over. The new coordinator assigned didn t seem to have a lot of empathy. At one point during my frustration of having to recall all my details from the several planning meetings and emails I had with previous coordinators, she did spend some time going over past emails to approve items that were typically not allowed but agreed upon by other coordinators. Final counts are final counts, venue does not prepare a percentage over and you need to be prepared to tear-down your while wedding in an hour or there will be additional charges. Rehearsal time only an hour during business hours unless otherwise approved. It was not what I needed weeks before my wedding, but at the end of the day, the wedding went great and we received several compliments.

We have been djing weddings here for many years. We did the first ever Indian wedding at this venue many years ago. We also come back a few times a year for Indian Weddings and Fusion Weddings. We were back here last night for a fusion wedding that was a lot of fun and looked beautiful. I want to give a special shout out to the Windsor staff. Everyone was working hard and always a good attitude throughout setup, the event and the clean up. Looking forward to being a part of many more amazing events together.

We want to say thank you to CN Catering and the staff at The Windsor at Hebron Park for making our wedding day one to remember. We chose this venue after walking into it and it just felt like home it felt like us. It is beautiful and we needed nothing but minor floral and our own sentimental touches to add to our memories. Sara has been with us from the very beginning and always one phone call or text message away. The tasting they provide to the couple s was amazing filled with yummy food, drinks and full on party. We are still talking about the food. Our wedding day came and the staff made it a breeze. We truly felt like we didn t need to lift a finger. I the bride had some moments of stress due to family but Sara and her team checked on me and husband to be constantly to lend a hand. Everyone is still talking about the food and amazing service we received. We had a beautiful day and great vendors that helped tremendously. Thank you guys so much. We recommend CN catering and venue to anyone. 100 stars!

We just had our wedding at The Windsor, and it was magical! We had 120 guests and it was a perfect amount of space for everyone. Weather was amazing on our wedding day, and the guests loved loved being out in the patio area during the cocktail hour enjoying their food and drinks. All the staff was AMAZING, super friendly and smiley the whole day and the guests said that they felt very welcomed. We had to change the order of the event for the reception the last minute, and they were so flexible with all the changes too. I just wanted to thank all the staff there on our wedding day who made it such a magical day for us and all the guests.

We absolutely loved working with The Windsor at Hebron Park! From the moment we booked, Annabelle was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The Windsor works with CN Catering and we loved that we had the opportunity to go to a tasting event that provided so many different types of food. We had so much fun at this event and their staff was super helpful with answering questions regarding the food, rentals, etc. Not to mention that everything we tried was DELICIOUS!! We also really liked that had the flexibility to bring in our own alcohol (this is a huge plus). On our wedding day, we couldn t have asked for better food or service! Everything that was served was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious! If youre looking for specific food to serve, the prosciutto stuffed chicken and short rib are amazing. Also, you have to get the mac and cheese bites for an appetizer option! We got so many compliments from our guest on all of the food that was served. We couldnt have asked for a better wedding day thanks to Annabelle and her team at The Windsor!

Beware of this place! Confirm Confirm Confirm and do a drive by....this venue is in a shopping complex and is completely misleading in the photos! My experience: I initially called to set up a tour with the clear understanding and confirmation that my wedding date was available. Why would I consider a venue that was not available on my date? At my initial call I scheduled a tour for almost a week later, given those were the only days with late afternoon available. After scheduling the tour I received at least ten confirmations via phone and email. Upon arrival (I will say that I was early), the doors were locked....this is late afternoon and no one was there 45 minutes before our tour. I then called only to have a person answer the phone with yea hello, to eventually have a disheveled casually dressed man come in to let me know he had a tour scheduled 45 minutes before mine and wouldnt be able to take us in early....no introduction, he didnt ask my name...it was odd. I also thought it was odd to schedule a tour for 45 minutes. Most brides Ive connected with have said that they spend hours at venues....In any case, we come back and walk in to the same disheveled man who doesnt lead us to an office or seem as though he is going to begin the tour...he just stands there.... swipes through his phone after asking me we spoke last week righhhht? yea i think i remember you..whens your wedding again? and im standing there uncomfortable and hesitant as to how there could be a question on my date and respond with yes we spoke that was me! my date is june 18th (trying to remain positive). He then swipes through a phone and explains that oooo yesterday someone snagged that date.....are you kidding me?! Hes either full of it and didnt like my accent or hes the most incompetent wedding coordinator....I say this because he kept repeating my mother and I. We are from up north and apparently have an accent that tends to get mocked down here. I took off work to go on this tour. I confirmed multiple times only to find out some one snagged my date?! TOTAL BS I would caution any bride to considering this venue. Not only is it IN A SHOPPING COMPLEX!!! But it is strangely decorated with bowls of crystals everywhere....including the chapel!! It has no outdoor space and is tiny! I would not want my guest to have to drive through a shopping complex to get to my wedding venue, nor would I want a disheveled unprofessional person being the liaison for the most important day of my life. I just had my wedding here and I want another one already LOL. Staff during the event were amazing always helpful. My rep (Doug) was also great, he was always very patient with all my questions and worked thru everything with us during the pandemic. Place is beautiful and Food is delicious. All my guests were delighted with our meals; the tasting is the best because you get to eat A LOT. Thanks for the great service! This place was a nightmare to work with during the pandemic, and they keep deleting their bad reviews. Number one they charge for everything including lights so be prepared for price inflation after you sign the contract. Originally I loved this venue when me and my fiance toured it at first. They made it seem like they really care about their couples until COVID happened. My wedding was scheduled for spring of 2020 and of course thats when everything shut down. They wouldnt even allow me to move my date until last minute so I was forced to take a Sunday in September when they finally allowed me to. Which at the time wasnt a big deal because I was hopeful that things would be better by that time. Clearly things were not better in September, so I asked if I could move my date to March of next year because my mother in law has underlying medical conditions and has to fly to Texas to be here for the one special day of our lives. They didnt care at all. They told me I would loose $6K in deposits if I didnt have my wedding by winter. Mind you all the items we purchased were for a spring wedding. Then they tried to force me to sign some bogus paperwork in the end saying that I cant come after them for my money or talk bad about them and of course I refused. They must feel really good about taking money from families amidst a pandemic. The worst part about it all is that they have completely destroyed what was supposed to be a happy moment in our lives. We dont even want to have a traditional wedding anymore because of this. A star is too much for them.

A beautiful venue and wonderful staff! I knew from when I walked in that this was going to be the venue for us. There are a lot of photo opportunities for you and your photographer, along with an amazing photo booth (which we got a copy of all the pictures, so didnt have to worry about where we put the print outs). My guests felt well attended to and were blown away with how amazing the food was. The staff are spectacular. Super nice and easy to talk to and they do everything they can to make this a dream come true for you.

This is a beautiful little wedding venue. It can be a bit hard to find - its nestled behind a number of other businesses - but its very nice. I wasnt here for myself, so I cant speak to cost, but the wedding I was in went as smoothly as a wedding can, as far as I am aware. The catering was good, the MC was solid, and the staff made sure that everyone was where they needed to be!

I wrote a review and they deleted it. I cannot even begin to explain the disappointment. We scheduled a tour, super excited this place seemed to have everything we were loooking for. We arrive and even after verifying twice to make sure we had date and time correct the first thing Doug tells us is no, yourre wrong I was not expecting you then oh guess youre early. When no we were on time. He went on to tell us that it wasnt his job to do tours that the lady was out. He was so rude, and rushed through our tour. When we sat down at the end to talk details and pricing he sat back in his chair completely not intrested. His phone kept going off, and then proceeded to verify our budget. Which if the place was outside of our budget why even bother looking? He brushed off our questions, and was extremly sarcastic. He laughed at us when we were just trying to verify details. We wanted to know what was okay to bring in what was not, what kind of decorations could we use at the chapel and things like that and he was just like yea basically not a lot. Not professional at all. It was truly disappointing to go in with your heart set, and have to be treated that way, then walk out empty handed. I was upset that we drove an hour to a place only to be rushed out the door.

This was my favorite place out of all the venues I saw online, I talked about it since the first week I got engaged. We asked for a tour and we were told to do a self-guided tour because our wedding date was 2 years away. I wont bother touring because that type of customer service is not what I want on my wedding day. I dont see why an early planner doesnt deserve the same customer service as everyone else.
