I got a single slice of pepperoni and a salad and drink from their Stub Tap combo meal and it was insanely good. The pizza slice was as big at my chest. Huge. I couldn t finish it so I got a to go box. One slice is like 3 regular slices. This makes it a great option because you get your bang for the buck. Also they have tons of beers if that s your thing.

From the moment we entered the door we were treated like VIP s. We had wings, pepperoni, Hawaiian & the Barbacoa. The barbacoa was amazing!!! Finished it off with cheesecake that was incredible. From the craft sodas, to the atmosphere, to the giant slices it was a wonderful experience!

We ordered on Uber eats and the pizza ended up being made incorrectly, but it was an error in the Uber system and not at any fault to 5bb. They ended up making it right for us with no hesitation. Amazing customer service every time I ve been here and everything we have had here has been delicious.

By far the best pizza and hospitality in Carrollton. Javier the new owner absolutely turned this place around . I highly recommend if you are looking for a friendly place that s offers amazing pizza and has a great beer and wine selection . You can also watch the sports games . We went in and had pizza and wine and the owner was so nice out of the kindness of his heart he gave us a free pizza when we left . The outside is a small little patio but is dog friendly . Bryan and myself Kerry loved it and will be back with our family and pups.

The place itself is cool but man does the pizza suck. I m not sure what kind of NY pizza they re basing their restaurant off of, but it s the wrong one. The pizza has an unsettling amount of cheese, which is not NY style at all. The cheese is also really disappointing you can taste how processed it is. The size of the slice is decent, but it s nearly $6 for a slice, and overall the pizza is bad. Was really undercooked as well so there was zero structure to the pizza. Also waited 15+ mins for a slice which is just not how by the slice works. Would really avoid this place if you want actual NY style or pizza that s a good bang for your buck. Also who puts a pickle in a pizza box? If I wanted pickle flavored pizza I would have asked for that lmao. Disappointing.

when i first walked in the door, it seemed clean & like a fun atmosphere. the menu was near & simple. the cheese sticks were delicious! my favorite i ve ever had at any pizza place. the pizza was delicious too. my boyfriend said he would come back just for the jalapeños on the pizza haha. the alternative soda options were interesting, i only liked one flavor lol but the draft beer was good. the service was great & quick. i will definitely come back here.

Its one of my favorite pizza places. This location, in particular, has always been a good experience. Pizza is great, portions are huge, and prices are reasonable. The soda is one of my favorite parts, although there have been a few times that Ive gone, and the sodas had an off taste. It was disappointing, but I would still be able to find at least one flavor that was good, so Im not too upset over it. Pictures are from December 2023

My order was incorrect the first time, they repeated the order to me correctly but they made it wrong. They replaced it and were more than friendly about it. I ordered the white pizza and it unfortunately might have been the worst pizza I ever had. An insane amount of spinach which I don t recall seeing as an ingredient on the website, I didn t notice or taste garlic oil at all which I did see as an ingredient. I don t know that they even put any Alfredo sauce on it at all, if they did very little, the chicken was dry. Maybe they were having a bad day but bad enough for me to not want to try again. Just bad pizza.

Got half supreme/half cheese. Vegetables on the supreme side were huge. Not cut at all. Other side of the pizza was smothered in olives, mushroom, and pepperoni. Just very unsatisfied with order being completely wrong and honestly had to scrape everything off to even eat it.

We dined in tonight with a party of 8. We had to repeatedly ask for our salads, my husband beer, and his pizza. It took my husband 40 minutes to get one slice of pizza which he then asked to go since all of us were done, the first pizza we were given was pepperoni and he ordered brooklyn meat. No big deal. They gave us the correct pizza and offered us free dessert since we had to wait so long which we appreciated. We get home and go to open the cheesecake for my son to eat it and it is moldy. Not only is it moldy but it looks like someone took a fork to it already. This is what we serve customers??? Absolutely DISGUSTING. Not only that but you try to call them and they only have a busy tone. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Its my familys favorite place! Its always delicious and the staff is always friendly! But this time was the difference! I know they were busy trying to get all the orders out! I had to wait almost 45 minutes! The girl who helped me was very kind but a little lost because of how busy she was! I was surprised that my pizza was burnt on the edges and just apologized! The truth is I didnt have time to wait for another one. I will keep coming back but today was a really bad experience. I HIGHLY recommend this pizza and wings. The NY Slice is massive and delicious. The highlight, though, are those MILD BUFFALO WINGS. Truly, truly, truly, absolutely percent AMAZING!!!! They brought the wings to the table, and they were piping hot. That BUFFALO Sauce is the best ever!!! Let me tell you about the soda machine by Stubborn Soda. Its unlike anything Ive ever seen. The pizzas are very good and tasty. Service is slow since the restaurant runs on very thin staff. Price is on the higher side but ingredients are fresh and plenty, unlike pizzas from other restaurants. The price for beers are very reasonable. This is the only pizza restaurant that we would go to now.

I would have been better off ordering from a big chain at least my expectations for bad would have been met. The one and only good part was the box design. A on that. They say they sell by the slice, this is a scam. I tried to order 3 different types of pizza and was told each time they can t do that specific slice of pizza. (I ordered directly from the menu and didn t make any substitutions) when asked what slices I could I buy, I was laughed at, then told it would be better if I bought a whole pizza. I ended up spending more money than necessary because of false advertising. I have been to lots of pizza places that sell by the slice and never came across anything so bazaar. Pizza was so so. I won t be coming back solely due to being lied to.

The start with I would definitely try to this place again. With that out of the way the experience was very poor due to slow service. We had to go back and ask for our drinks because they forgot to bring them to us and the wait for the food felt insanely long with many other people coming in and picking up orders as we were still waiting for our appetizer. They said there was a mix up with the order which is why it took so long to get our food (it was pretty busy) and while I liked the food it wasnt enough to offset how long we had to wait for our order. Hopefully it was a fluke as most others seems to be getting food quickly Parking: There isnt a ton of places to park in front on the restaurant but there are extra spaces behind and there is a rear entrance so you dont have to walk all the way around

You know what is lacking at most food joints nowadays... customer service. But not here. The guy at the front was very accommodating and even gave me 2 free sides of ranch with my slices. The craft sodas are amazing, thank me later when you try their Agave Vanilla Cream Soda. Yummy! For someone who lived in Manhattan and tried lots of NYC pizza, this definitely hits the spot. Good food, horrible for delivery Ordered a giant and regular pizza for delivery. They only sent the smaller one out with the driver. So, I had to drive up to the store anyway. They did give me a garlic bread for my trouble, but after delivery fees and tip I could have saved myself $15 AND had a HOT pizza! Do yourself a favor, just go up there and eat in.

Looks closed from outside. Noone responded when I went to the drive-thru window. Menus are gone from the drive thru display. Last I was there it smelled like sewage 3 times in a row...each time getting worse. Idk. If they are still here, they need a major overhaul!

As someone who lived in NYC - $27 for a really average Yonkers Supreme pizza? No thank you! Never even paid this much in NYC while living there.. and NY pizzas were so much better. Can t even compare I will not be returning. Not good at all. No authenticity. Just a bunch of things thrown in there. Overpriced. Not special. Pizza was cold on pick up..

Live in Castle Hills and have had several 24 inch pizzas. The last 2 times taste like they lighted the brick oven with lighter fluid. Each slice was pepperoni and lighter fluid. Inedible and disappointing.

Did someone say New York Pizza!? :) We enjoyed our Piezilla with our favorite toppings. Our wings had the dry rub and served with ranch. Our full house salad was crisp and fresh. NYP& P is always a treat and truly hits the spot when we want pizza and wings. We had never had the vanilla cream Stubborn soda before and definitely is our favorite. Its so smooth and pairs perfectly with our meal. The staff is always friendly and responsive. Definitely check it out any time youre in the area. Cheers!

First- the positives- Delicious pizza: The Slicezilla is an xxl slice. It is perfectly hot, crispy and fresh tasting. I saw several piezillas go out the door during my visit. Truly humongous. Ice cold beer: lots of delicious offerings with NY roots. Good menu: lots of offerings besides pizza Lunch specials: two excellent specials from 11-3 to select from. Now the negatives- The staff itself. This is a group of poorly trained and poorly managed teenagers. Ownership should train staff to use register and for proper customer service. I would suggest having kids remove their ear buds so they can hear and focus. I ordered a 3 topping slice and had to repeat it 4x. Restaurant cleanliness: the floor was sticky and stained, and the mopping at closing time needs to be done properly. Overall review-great food, place has potential but issues need to be addressed. Ive been 5x at different times of day and night. I hope they figure it out so they succeed.

Pizza was pretty good. I got their biggest pizza & I was over-charged. I only had ONE topping on it & they labeled it as a build-your-own. I told the guy to ring it up as cheese & add one topping, but he wouldnt listen. If thats how their pricing system is set up, then the food is overpriced.

Staff was nice and friendly, but I think this is the worst pizza I ve had in a very long time. It was burned, but that wasn t the only issue. I m not sure these people have ever actually been to New York. I can t even describe the taste. We ended up throwing it out. I also got some cannolis which were soggy and somehow grainy. Anyway, 30 dollars later I don t want to trash anyone s business but I would have liked a warning.

The service was above and beyond! But not how d think. Once I arrived home I realized that I was given the wrong pizza. Within 20 minutes the restaurant called me when they realized the gaff. The owner personally delivered my correct pizza when they could have easily done nothing at all or wait for me to come back. Mistakes happen and I appreciate how they went out of their way to rectify the situation, especially considering the labor shortage. Thank you! The food is great too! Definitely will be back.

Our first experience here was not great, we ended up throwing it away actually. Scott, I imagine the manager or owner insisted that we give it another shot. Im glad we did, it was an entirely different experience the second go around. The customer service was outstanding in making that correction, hopefully they can stay consistent, so that we can keep coming back. We ordered New York Pizza & Pints delivery for Sunday Night Football. Pizza had fresh ingredients, not too greasy at all, good crust both soft and a bit crunchy. We ordered the 14 inch Build Your Own Pie and slices were ginormous! Definitely recommend if youre looking to support a local pizza shop rather than Pizza Hut/Dominos.

This is some great pizza. Cheese and sauce are fantastic, but the crust is the best part. Crispy on the outside and the right amount of chewy. Some places treat crust like the thing they serve the toppings on. This crust IS the pizza and the toppings are the accent pieces. Perfect!
