It has been a long time since we have gone but we always enjoy the apple pie. The food is not excellent but it is good. I recommend the brisket tacos. You can order them with or without cheese and in a white or yellow tortilla. The nachos are great as well. The service was very excellent our waiter was very attentive and very polite. Food

You cannot really go wrong with this icon of a restaurant in the Dallas area. Atmosphere is relaxed, almost feels like home. Service is always top notch with very gentle and patient employees, along with an incredible menu of tejano dishes that are truly unique in Texas. Since we moved to the neighborhood, Cristina s has been our favorite restaurant - we come there at least once a week! We love the food; the quality is amazing, the portions are generous (we usually share apps and a main course), their salsa is one of the best (ask for the spicy one too!). The entire staff (Magda, Carmen, all of them!) are nothing but welcoming, acommodatibg and helpful. Our 4-year old loves their refried beans and soups, and we usually get a fiesta platter and a molocajete tapatio (so so delicious!). The desserts (churros, chimi s, cheescake) are to kill for. Honestly, we haven t tried a dish there that we wouldn t like. I cannot recommend Cristina s highly enough!

I had dinner Wednesday evening & although the food was excellent as usual, the service was the worst I have ever had. I spent an hour there & about 30 minutes of that was waiting for our waitress to so her job. From the time we sat down until finally waiting 10 minutes for the check- she was extremely slow in ill aspects of her job. The drink order was so is in being taken & no surprise- extremely slow in being delivered. Since it was early on the evening (6:00) & the restaurant wasnt full, there really wasnt much reason for her delay in doing her job. I do enjoy their good, but with the service this last time- it definately will be awhile before I return.

We really enjoy going to Cristinas, they have some really good food, for instance, the queso fundido is so good!!! I highly recommend it, the chicken fajitas are good, sopa de tortilla is another favorite but, the best dish they have is the carne asada with shrimp relleno, you can never go wrong with that!!! The only thing that kind of sucks at times is the service, I don t want this to stop you from going as is not all the time and the food will not disappoint and will make up for it.

Place had a great atmosphere, I ordered the Gran parrillada de Guadalajara and it was so delicious , beef , shrimp, chicken and carnitas in a sizzling dish, so good. It was so much food that I shared some. The regular salsa is not Spicy, but they have some spicy one and it was soooo good. The flour tortillas were good but not homemade. The service was excellent. Still waiting for my menu finally got one, ordered food came out fast but no silverware ( waitress still eating) i looked over at her she seen me looking came gave me silverware went right back to eating. drink??? i am thinking... Horrible service! She received a tip that measured her service. I usually give 30% well keep eating.... When Cristina s closed in Plano, I thought all Cristina s closed. We were so happy to find that the Cristina s in Carrollton, just west of The Shops at Willow Bend, is still open. We visited on a cold Monday evening. The restaurant was moderately busy and decorated for the holidays. Cristina s is our go-to for Tex-Mex. I had the three enchilada platter and my dining companion had the burrito. They were as good as we remember. The chips and salsa are a nice accompaniment.

This location of Cristinas (Plano on W Park, West of the tollway) always seems to be a step above the others, perhaps because the staff and management always seem to treat you like family. Although our service this evening didnt measure up to the usual standards at all times, overall it was still good. The menu selection is varied and the execution is always good. I wish they had a few more beer selections on draught, but the bottled selection fills in nicely. Dietary restrictions: They accommodate exclusions and substitutions as much as possible.

This place is good but its not great. The food came fast and it was tasty. Portions are very generous. Priced for the entries are between $13,5 to $23,5, and they have a good variety for fish, chicken or steak. They have plenty of setting both in booth and tables, for small and large parties. Great food and drinks with very reasonable prices I ordered a large queso to start and a steak and shrimp quesadilla from the appetizer menu for my entrée and it was a generous portion for $12 love the service and hospitality here will definitely be back

Used to be our go to Mexican restaurant but some things have changed. Still amazing salsa but the veggies have changed and no longer taste fresh. Service was sub par, our waitress was not friendly, 10 minutes to get chips/salsa and the bill was presented while we were still eating. When we said that we wanted dessert we were told the kitchen was closed 10 minutes before the restaurant even closed. Part of the reason we went there was for dessert (yummy sizzling apple pie.) If they were planning to close the kitchen early they should have asked if we needed anything else before they did. Disappointing.

Today I witnessed right in front of me, as I was walking out to my car, the true compassion and kindness the manager at Cristinas has. A homeless lady walked out behind me and called out to me asking for help because she was simply hungry. As she tried to explain to me in her distress and obvious state of hunger why she was begging for help the manager walked over to her with a bag of prepared food for her. I must say that Im very grateful and blessed to have been in the presence of this act of giving. Please thank the Manager and staff here at the your restaurant located off Hebron near the Midway cross street. You have a patron for life.
