Came here with a couple of friends for the first and last time. It was an underwhelming experience from when we arrived to when we left.. the place itself was a bit outdated, front desk employees weren t necessarily friendly, our mics kept having issues and we spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out how the karaoke system worked since nobody really bothered to show us. From all the karaoke locations I ve visited, this easily ranks dead last. With that being said, take your business elsewhere, I promise you there are better options.

Came in to ask for prices the front guy was rude, I used their restroom which was terribly maintained, one of the sink didn t even have a faucet, karaoke rooms leaked sound when we walked past then left. Overall place seemed very run down, I m surprised people would even consider this place considering theres so much more better options in the area..

WOW avoid this place if you can. Sure the Karaoke is fine, even with the god-awful wiggling tables, but these guys will absolutely decimate your wallet without giving you ANY recourse. I bought a SINGLE $6 Shiner Bock AT THE BAR, and completely closed out the tab with the bartender. I was hit with a 20% auto-gratuity that ALSO auto-gratuitied on the Taxes, which ended up making it an effective 21.75% tip for someone opening and handing a beer. But thats not even the worst part. The simple act of me STEPPING OVER THE THRESHOLD of the room we had reserved for karaoke, added an $8 SERVICE FEE to the ENTIRE ROOM for the act of alcohols presence in the room. No one brought it to us. It was already tipped at a generous 21.75% per their system. But now we get hit with an $8 fee on top of a $7.80 total paid for a $6 beer. So if you guys want to pay $15.80 for a $6 beer, go for it. Because they wont warn you, or tell you at the bar, or explain the service fee. Nope. When you have an issue, theyll just say well its policy over and over and happily take your money while holding on to your ID. Go somewhere else. Your wallet will thank you.

The good was OK. It was hot and plentiful, but average in taste. It was clean ,nice, and they were polite. The only thing was the song list. They had good songs but some typical songs for karaoke werent there. They also had no songs in spanish.

My friends and i wanted to go sing karaoke after drinking n we went there around 12:40 n the guy up front (same guy everytime) said they were closed when they close at 2 am . Didnt even set a foot into the building n he just told us they were closed. This is the 2nd TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO US! Very annoying and inconvenient. The other time we went around 1am n no one was at the building. Pls hire new staff the guy just looks very unhappy n is rude doesnt seem like he wants to be there.. (i usually dont leave bad reviews but man this is just very frustrating and annoying i hope the owner sees this n does something abt it he is just losing money n customers bc of this guy)

Service and experience here were awful. The guy up front didnt even seem like he wanted to be here. He was rude and didnt want to help when we asked him for help with the machine. Karaoke system was outdated, and our room had the bare minimum - the TV, the karaoke machine and a table. Didnt get any water or chance to order alcohol. Take your business elsewhere and get your moneys worth!

Ive been to quite a few Karaoke places around the metroplex and this is the only one that hasnt updated their systems. They still use the old karaoke system whereas everyone else has switched to using tablets that let you choose from whatever Youtube has to offer. The mics are horrible. You have to basically put them in your mouth to get your voice to catch (or just scream the whole song). Outside of that, Soju prices are about the same everywhere, but their bathrooms are disgusting. Definitely wont be back here.

The room was decent and looked clean. Well, you cant really tell, because the whole room is painted dark. It did not smell. Do not look at the menu. OVERPRICED!! I had fun with my family. My two teenage girls wouldnt stop singing and I just loved watching them. Expect to pay about $30 an hour for a small room. After 10 pm, the place becomes a bar with karaoke so it will NOT be family friendly.

The layout of this place is so confusing. The front is on the side, not under the sign by Wicked Snow and Maht Gaek. We went through a dark tunnel just to come out to the side, before realizing the door is in the back by the ping pong place. We had 15+ people in our party so we made sure to call ahead for reservation. They dont have prices listed anywhere, but I believe we paid $45/hr for a 15-person room on Saturday night. The room was pretty big and there were 2 TVs so everyone can see. I didnt like the layout of the table, since they were long skinny tables mounted to the ground. It made moving around difficult since the middle walkway is very skinny as well. I believe they also have a club next door because it got loud around midnight, and if you leave the karaoke room, you cant hear anything. They charge $2 for a water bottle, which sucks because other places give us free water. The karaoke system is what you usually see at other places so nothings special. Make sure that all party members are over 21 if going after 10 PM. They check IDs when you come in at the front desk.

If you dont know what SERIVCE means in Korea and the US. Extremely bad and unethical. Yall are being scammed here. They need to provide a book, 2 tambourines, and a basic service peanut (or something) when you first arrive without you asking for it. They do not provide for anything. Hence, you do not need to pay for tip or service. They try to make money off of young non-koreans this way - non-transparency. PLUS they do not mention that their card receipt INCLUDES gratuity. This is illegal, hence they are trying trying make more off of you i by not telling. Always ask if the total includes gratuity. The sad part is they already charge the credit card before you sign it. The staff was extremely courteous for the most part. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely helpful on making the reservation for a room in advance. She was extremely helpful on explaining me on how to use the controls, and how to order foods/drinks. She was extremely courteous from beginning to the end. The food and drinks were really good and at reasonable price. However we ran into an issue where we had to open the door of the room, due to being hot. Then another staff member, he was a Male, showed up into our room stating when the other people of the group were going to show up. I knew some people of the group were coming late. I kind of figured that he came to our room due to having the door opened, but we didnt had the door halfway opened. Yet the room next to us had their door totally opened, and their doors were opened the entire time we were there. All the Male employee had to tell us was to keep the doors closed and we would closed it, and would not had to be subtle about it. I wish I could of given a 5 star review, because the service was great overall. It was just that instance that made me give it a 4 star. I wouldnt mind coming again if a similar situation wouldnt happened.

This place was a bit of a disappointment compared to other karaoke places Ive tried. They dropped us in a room with a large tablet shaped remote that was very confusing and no instructions on direction. The books are mostly in a foreign language and in unknown groupings. The tablet device was difficult to use for searching. There microphones had echo turned on and we never figured out how to disable it.

Location is a bit difficult to navigate for non-Korean speakers. Our room was comfortable and spacious, but the floor was very sticky. You did have to go to the desk or bar to order additional drinks and snacks. The snacks were tasty and fresh, including the fruit. The song book is in order of song title, so I would recommend searching on the TV system, which can be a bit tricky for non-Korean speakers. Selections were good, and all of the (Korean and English) karaoke classics were available. Overall, bring a Korean-speaking friend, and this place is great besides the sticky floor.

They secretly OVER CHARGED almost 30 PERCENT and caught by me. That was absolutely not a tip! I noticed total price was really expensive than my normal visits from a year ago. As soon as I found out that he added more hours than hours we spent there, he immediately changed the price and couldnt look into my eyes and started blabbering. He didnt even apologize. Also, my friends had to pay included 18% of tips. without knowing anything. Im very disappointed by this system and cashiers. I know that lot of people get drunk and come to enjoy their night; however, its not right thing to illegally overcharge extra more hours into their receipt when people are drunk. If this happens again to my friends and I, I will definitely report this matter. Please manage your servers/cashiers and watch them. I hope other people have better experience than me.

The servers have become stronger. The three of us left after only an hour and didnt even eat the food, but the original price of $20 ended up being $25. I checked the receipt thinking a 20% tip might be included, but they didnt even tell me that it was included and just charged me $25. Im trying to get a double tip from people I dont know. Great little KTV place. Decent selection of songs including new songs. Good service. Quiet on a weekday, but that works out great for me. Makes me feel like Im back in Asia.

Had a great time, song selection was decent and the rooms was fairly clean. There was broken glass on the floor of the room so I had to deduct points. Overall a good place for fun with friends. Also dont let the sign fool you, actual entrance is around the left side of the building.

The karaoke is awesome. They have a system where if you order alcohol tip is included but thats for every karaoke in dallas because ive been to every one of them. The room and and sound system is very nice. This karaoke is always negotiable in what i desire which is very nice.

There are some pros and cons to this place. First, private karaoke rooms are a great idea and useful for parties. The staff were also incredibly helpful and polite. However, this place looks like it was built/furnished in the 90s and never got an upgrade. While the booth seating is in good condition, its made of horrible vinyl material with glitter in it. Pretty to look at, but any skin contact will make you stick to it. The music is incredibly loud and theres no way to lower the volume. And, the bathrooms needed major cleaning - the floors were sticky, the toilets had debris inbetween the seat and the reservoir, and there were stains on the cubicle walls that seriously looked like poop. I dont really have a desire to go back unless invited.

A dude at the counter tried over charge me and got busted. We spend less than an hour and he said we spend more than an hour. So I asked him when we started and he said they dont keep track of it.. than how do you know we spend more than 1hr.. and he said thats whats showing up on the screen... I said what? And my cousin came and said we didnt spend 1hr.. than he quickly changes the amount than gave us correct receipt. Watch out people.. I think he thought we were drunk.
