Urinals don t flush so it smells. Toilet also doesn t flush. Faucet doesn t work so you can t even wash your hands after being in that dirty restroom. They constantly run out of milk and half and half for the coffee. If it s on your commute go ahead and skip this location

Don t go here on the night shift if you are white. Multiple times they have treated me differently than the other customers. Specifically a skinny dude with piercings working night shift. Got a bunch of snacks and stuff and he told me he was out of bags and that I would have to carry all of the stuff to my car in my hands. I pointed to bags behind the counter and he said he needed them for the morning customers. What is the difference between giving customers at night a bag and customers during the day? Terrible service. Truly terrible. This company should be ashamed.

Definitely not 24 hours lol. Cooler drink selection is often lacking as they are out of some, tea and water often. The soda fountain is down probably 70 percent of the time. Staff is nice enough but if youre a 24 hour store you shouldnt lock the doors at 12

Went in to get frozen yogurt. When I picked up the spoon of my preferred topping, so many bugs flew out. I looked at a different topping and saw flies and gnats dead all around the side. So gross. Decided to just get the frozen yogurt, but when I checked out, I was informed that they didn t have spoons so I couldnt eat it. I think there should be lids over the toppings because who knows how long they ve been out and how many bugs have touched all the toppings.

Great clean store with hardworking friendly staff. I come here all the time for my gas and snacking needs. The food is always cooked perfectly and isn t out for too long. All staff are more than happy to work with you. Best gas station I ve been to.

Went to go cash my scratch off tickets just now and they said i have to come back in the morning? When both the manager and other worker werent even inside, they were in a car im sure smoking or drinking. And only walked inside because they saw me walking inside. She said let me go get my manager...(inside the car) then comes back and says that? Absolutely ridiculous. If you want to be lazy just say so. Unless there is a specific time you cant cash in scratch offs, which i looked it up and there isnt, its crazy to have someone drive to a different gas station or come back another day when you just dont wanna do your job. I dont get mad about alot but thats just crazy to me.

WORST LOCATION IN CARROLLTON TO WORK! The company period is racist! They let their white managers do what they want, leave when they please, eat and drink the products on the shelves, and not show up when they want. In training they say they are big on core values, one of them being honesty! I was honest in a situation about one of their shift managers being nasty and not cleaning up and was basically put on a final. In training they say they wanna know the good and the bad. LIES LIES LIES! Telling someone they are nasty is not disrespectful when it s truthful. Just say I skipped a verbal and a written and went straight to a final because the white boy feelings got hurt. I wouldn t recommend working for this company unless your a yes sir kinda person.

Its a clean, well-lit gas station with a large selection of coffee, bottled drinks and frozen yogurt. Employees were wearing masks and were very nice to the customers. This is definitely a gas station you feel safe going into. Its also pretty convenient to get in and out of since its on the corner.

This is a clean gas station and they have helpful friendly staff. Also, contactless pay options. They have relatively low gas prices for the area. This is a GREAT place for FroYo! most places charge by weight (and sometimes cost $8.00-$15.000) but they only charge for the small or large bowl. Great toppings bar - good place to bring your kids. I think both are under $4.00, and they have a good variety of great flavors like oreo, birthday cake, and peanut butter. They have many many snacks from roller dogs to pizza slices, candy, chips and tamales. They also have a wide variety of drinks outside the cooler such as peach tea, ice coffee, and $1 any size soda.

Today, I had to go to four different Racetrac because they were all closed after 11pm when they are suppose to be open 24 hours. But luckily the 4th stop at, Racetrac at 4788 N Josey Ln, Carrollton, TX 75010 was open and they were open and they were the open last week when the same Racetrac were closed again. I was told they were closed due to low staffing. Its a shame that I have to travel almost 15 mins to get to a Racetrac that was open, even after visiting 3 prior. So thank you to the team and Managers at N. Josey Rd, you will be where I go first from now on and not mention the great customer service and the cleanliness of the store. Thank you all so much for all your hard work. God bless

Saw employee take all breakfast sandwiches out of the warmer then she took them behind the counter to unwrap them, re-wrap them, and put a later time sticker on them so she could keep them in the warmer longer and convince people they were fresh. And she did all of this with no gloves.

Clean enough, normally a decent selection of gas station breakfast. But its no QT. I will say that the staff at this particular location have seemed to be much more cheery than almost every other RaceTrac Ive ever been to, but thats not saying too much. However, dont expect to find your drinks to be cold. The temperature of the soft drink section, at least, is not what Id call cold.

Pay at the pump paper for the receipts is always out so you have to walk into the store (today in the pouring rain) to get it and when you do the staff is rude and jokes with each other the paper is out. This has happened twice in 4 days. Won t be getting gas here ever again.

Quik trip is better, in addition the swirl world frozen yogurt is terrible. If you fill the small cup its nearly $7 so be careful.. Youll end up throwing it away like I did after two spoons. Yuck. Strawberry cheesecake & chocolate cake
