last time i m ordering from here . missing my tacos which was the FIRST THING listed on the receipt, and my drink was incorrect they sent me some green drink idek what it is! they aren t answering the phone either when i called them to address the issue, whoever was working october 3rd 12:12 midnight needs to be fired, already had a bad day and this happening on top of it when i just spent +$15.00 on fees and tip alone is insane, do better .

Stopped by for some breakfast. Ordered supreme croissant. We ordered one as a combo with a coke. When we got to the window the employee read the order and stated large coke. My spouse asked if that was an upcharge and stated he was fine with a small. She told him no and then when he looked at receipt it was an upcharge. He stated he did not want to pay upcharge so she took the coke and gave him coffee. He doesnt drink coffee. So she forced him to pay the $1 to get a coke. He asked for a manager because they always upcharge without asking.She stated she was the Manager. Then when we got home to eat our Supreme croissant which showed bacon in the picture, it had a flaccid piece of ham. Over you JITB! Not going there anymore!

1st & last time coming here... I get being understaffed but some level of basic customer service & standards have to still be intact for a business to function well & get customers to come back. Had to wait at the counter for awhile before being acknowledged & then the ordering process didnt go smooth. Plus most tables appeared dirty in the dine in area & no napkins in the bag either; I cant stress this enough I definitely wont be back.

I placed an order on the drive thru. I ordered the numbers we wanted. Lady asked if the order was correct on the screen. Glanced at it and said yes. When I paid I looked at the receipt and notice instead of #12 it was #5. I tried to get the ladies attention but she was no where near the window. Waved down at someone that looked at me. I told her what happened and she gave me attitude. She said we ask you if its correct on the screen because we dont want to throw away food. It was an honest mistake and I wanted just to add the chicken nuggets. I would pay for them. Before I could say this she said to go upfront and she gave me the nuggets. Didnt say if I had money left over or owed. Lets just say a meal for nuggets and strips was $30

May.13,2024 @12:44:02 PM I was on my lunch break so I decide to grab me something to eat since I was out doing a little shopping I pull up to the menu board for about 5 mins before someone took my order as I m waiting I notice their truck was there n some employees was helping unload the truck once I was able to order I went to drive thru and paid for my meal once I got back to my job I notice my ULT CB #8 meal had been thrown together the cheese wasn t melted on there and sliding around I also notice they placed Mustard on there when I said only mayo/ketch up on the burger they put ONLY mustard I called the store number #774 multiple times n didn t receive a answer so I could complain about the order so May.14,24 @ 12:05 Pm I was there once again I spoke with the manager and she told me my story sounded iffy with all the proof call records receipts she said she had to call the general manager after waiting for about 10mins I asked was the manager n the building she said no she wasn t but this is a number I can call once she gave me the gym number I began to call the number it went straight to vm on the first ring I called back still same thing I spoke with the manager n she looked at me shocked(disbelief) she(manager) stated once the gm call n say my order could be replace she would remake it I told her thank you for your service but I WILL NOT be returning to this store location again

I walked into this location around 430. I stood in the front of the counters while there were 5 or employees working in the back. I understand when they have a big order to complete but my problem is they never acknowledge me to let me know that we re working on a big order. Never letting me know it was gonna be a second or nothing. So they finally take my order after waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes not being acknowledge. I take my order and received my order. there was a couple of things missing. I let them know and the guy just looks at me check the screen and go to the back to grab the rest of my order. I checked the third bag there s a taco missing and with an attitude he says no I put two in there. I m looking at the bag there s only one he doesn t want to look at the bag he says that s not his job to look. Then grab another taco and throw it in the bag I didn t even ask for hot sauce, ketchup, or anything because I was tired of waiting and then getting treated with an attitude This all took 25 minutes. My lunch break is only 30 minutes long.

This is the second morning I ordered a sourdough Jack for my artistic child and both times there were no meat put on either burger. I called the restaurant and repeated my order back and they hung up in my face more than once, and now they will not answer so I have a sourdough Jack with no meat when my DoorDash order says 100% meat patty and to top it off. I do not receive my money back. This is unacceptable and horrible. When I asked speak with a manager they hung up and this is two mornings in a row The first picture is from yesterday morning ( the time is on The pictures see if he would eat it and he did not and the second picture is from this morning that he wouldn t eat as well. And again, i can t get my money back This is so unacceptable I will be calling for manager every day until I speak with one. Update ***IT HAS BEEN FIVE WEEKS AND IM STILL WAITING ON A RESOLUTION. I phoned the establishment today to try and get a hold of Olga who took my information and was supposed to review the cameras two weeks ago and get back with me to no avail. Nonetheless, I phoned the establishment today a Steven answered and it went nowhere past hello as he kept saying hello. WORST OF THE WORST SERVICE. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE 100 stars I would! The email that I was provided with on the review no one has responded. I resulted to driving to the location spoke with Olga who was in contact with a manager of which I have not gotten any feedback or resolution, screenshots were taking my contact information was exchanged and still nothing had transpired. I have been very patient (3weeks with every person I have made contact with pertaining to this matter-a week for each and still NOTHING) with them . Customer service As well as urgency is lacking. I attempted to phone corporate the number listed recruited you to input a code. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I was charged for 20 tacos when in fact I ordered tiny tacos which I never got because I was told they are only accepting cash... I noticed the charge on my banking app. I don t live in the area therefore I had to drive out there to try and get this rectified as my institution suggested I try to resolve it with the merchant first. I spoke with the manger on duty who reached out to the store manager who asked to get my contact information and would reach out to me the following day. I still have not heard anything from anyone. If matters such as this are not treated as top priority I can only imagine how other matters are handled. At this point it s not even about customer service it s about principle. I never obtained any goods but was charged explain to me how this happens? I would like for this to be corrected ASAP. Corporate, if you happen to see this I would appreciate it if I to speak with someone who actually is interested in resolving this because apparently the store manager does not deem this as urgent.

My wife and I drove through the drive-through on the night of the Fourth of July and ordered two combo meals. I asked if they could put jalapenos on my burger and I also ordered an extra side of jalapeno poppers. We waited FIFTEEN MINUTES at the drive-through window for our orders!! When we got home we found out we did NOT have combos AT ALL!! We had NO fries and TWO SIDES of jalapeno poppers! One had three and the other had seven. Not ONE jalapeno was on my burger!! And my wifes burger looked like they burnt it then sat on it. And on top of that she had NO cheese on her cheeseburger! We declare our independence from this Jack-in-the-Box and declare that we will NEVER darken their doorstep ever again! WE PAID $30.00 FOR THIS MASSIVE NEGLECT!!!.......Never again!

They should pay attention and be more efficient in their work. If they dont like what they are doing, the only thing they have to do is pay attention to the orders. Then she entered it wrong on the screen that summarizes your order. When I explained that it wasnt correct the female proceeded to argue with me. This is still before I even pulled forward to pay. I stated my order again and she began contradicting me and yelling at me over the speaker. I canceled my order and went somewhere else for lunch. My office was planning a lunch for about 75 employees in the coming week and since J.I.T.B was close we had planned on making a bulk order for the luncheon. After I told my corporate office about the experience they decided JiTB would not be the place we ordered from since the location hired representatives that couldnt seem to provide customer service without arguing with the customer when it was a simple drive through order.

We went inside for take out. The lady who helped us was very nice and helpful. I gave the Atmosphere 3 stars because it was empty but clean from what we saw. We ordered their new Munchies Box which was a lot of food and a couple other items for the family it was delicious . We always go for the stuff to munch on bec since they changed their type of bread for the bins which we/family. Everyone has different taste and liking so hey... Enjoy your oder. Bon Appetite.

Went to pick up a delivery order and there was an older male employee that was sitting in a locked restaurant in the dining room. This confused me since this locations dining and drive through are open 24 hours a day, that information is also posted on the building. I proceeded to knock on the door and he came around and told me there are no workers and there is no cooked food and it was going to be about 30 minutes. I am unsure of his or this locations situation, but I am running into this type of behavior/situation more and more often. I am unsure if the employees of these types of eateries understand that I am getting paid for my time and my grades/ratings depend mostly on how fast and efficient I am. When an eatery is not prepared it changes my stats and ratings which then cause the app algorithms to choose other drivers over me. Then for the rest of my workday I am trying and overworking myself to get back the ratings that get me more high paying deliveries. Now because of the employees flat disrespectful laziness at this location I lost time and money and now have to start over to achieve the status that took me weeks to obtain. People dont understand that when they choose to be lazy and inconsiderate it affects others on a greater scale....for instance, I now have to work harder to fix a situation caused by an inconsiderate employee who doesnt understand that his actions made me look terrible....the worst part is I had no control over it. I really feel that these types of eateries should be banned from driver platforms because of the lack of intelligent supervision and job instruction that includes structure and well planned time management for each employee. In other words Jack-in-the-Box and McDonalds in particular will be the demise of driver app platforms.

The cashier on the drive through would not substitute grilled chicken for crispy on my sandwich and told me it was be $4 extra... I always order the same thing and never had this issue...definitely wont be going back...$11 for a crispy chicken club...I better not!!
