Was there on a very busy Saturday. Ordered online to avoid long lines and slow service. My ordered was delayed buy 20 mins. What bothered me is the customer service. I wasnt the only one waiting for their online order but the ladies there had a bad attitude and responses to the customers. I was polite understanding they were busy but they responded to me as if they were there against their will. I spoke to 2 of them. However the guy that came and talked to us about our order was friendly and apologized. He was most probably the manager. I appreciate that. Also my bagel was cold, dry and wasnt made well for an $8 bagel. Suffice it to say, I wont be back at any Einsteins bagels again.

Over $7 for a wheat bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee! I can stomach the price and upcharge of $2 for cream cheese if there was actually a fair amount of it on my bagel and the shrinkage in size of the bagel should well accommodate putting a fair amount of cream cheese on it. We are all tight in our belts due to inflation but Einstein Bros should be fair with their product and not rip off its customers. Shame on you Einstein Bros!

Quality of Einstein has really gone down. Food doesnt taste fresh, made in minutes & they dont properly toast the bagel or melt the cheese. The cold brew coffee is disgusting. The first cup I got had coffee grounds floating at the bottom which I brought to the mans attention but he said its normal, I showed the lady that also works there & she agreed, it shouldnt look like that. She made me a new cup. The restaurant constantly has flies. Its just disgusting now. I used to love Einsteins but never going back. The food, coffee, or service ..nothing is worth going back again.

We had placed an order for breakfast for 18 people for work and i was picking up. The day of, I went to pick up the order, I was very surprised at how everything looked. It was wonderful. Nice atmosphere, service was fast, and my order was on time. Work loved the breakfast, the food was great and filling, we will definitely order from here again.

We go there frequently for coffee and always have a good experience, my husband went this morning to grab coffees for us, and he waited 25 minutes and he was still waiting. He decided to leave. People that came in after him left before him with their food and drinks, and all he ordered was coffee. Then trying to call and request a refund. No one will answer the phone. This is disappointing.

Got there 45 min after they opened and there were only 4 types of bagels available. I was advised to come back later as they were still baking. Went back 45 min later and there were only 3 additional types of bagels. The display case was more than half empty. I ordered a bakers dozen box and was limited on what I could choose from. One of my choices, a pretzel bagel, was literally hard as a rock. I was disappointed that the person helping me was not able to give a heads up and that they were not removed for lack of use. Since I ordered to go, I didnt find out until I got to my destination and the person wanting it, could not eat it.

My husband and i stopped by for 2 simple bagels and 2 drinks and waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. We discovered our order was wrong after we left. We decided to go back and go inside of the store. I counted... there were literally 10 people behind the counter... there were 2 customers inside of the restaurant. I told the guy at the front our order was wrong and he looked as if I had two heads. I guess I interrupted him while he was texting on his cell phone. The service is terrible and the employees are literally clueless. In addition, the food prep area and counters were DISGUSTING. The walls are filthy. One employee with waist length braids, didnt have on a hair net.. we wont be going back. Update: I called the store and spoke to a manager. She sounded clueless too. Do better, Einstein bagels.

I have been to this location 2x and the first time the experience was arguably a little better but both times it took forever, the girl working at the window/on the speaker is slow and unhelpful. This last time I ordered 2 sandwiches and was there for at least 10 minutes before they even came to tell me they actually didn t have the bagel they said they did at the speaker. Between the customer service and the wait time, none of the food here is worth it. It is under seasoned and over cooked. Try somewhere else

Food is excellent but staff is very non welcoming. My bf was waiting for my mobile order (10 minutes) and wasn t acknowledged once, he then asked politely if they had an order under my name and they still didn t acknowledge him. About 3 minutes later they said they the order was coming. I come to this location 1-3 times a week and they have always been non welcoming. The only reason I come back is for the food and it being the nearest location to me. If staff was welcoming it would be a 5 star review but they are not.

This location needs a major overhaul when it comes to staff and management. Sitting in a drive thru for over 20 minutes is simply unacceptable. I finally got to the window. Paid. Waited 5 min for my TWO bagels. And waited who knows how long for a chai tea just to decide I wanted money back as the window girl out of no where decided SHE was going to make it. So I had been waiting there, with at least 8 cars behind me, for who knows how long at this point and they hadnt even started my drink.I decided I didn t and couldn t wait any longer with my crying babies in the backseat and got my money back. The employees at this place are super friendly & kind & helpful. I ordered Nova Lox with extra add-on avocado. The savory flavor of the salmon and cheese bagel with soft avocado and cream cheese went so well altogether. The cold brew was fresh and refreshing too. The only thing I was not that satisfied was this place is neither super clean nor cute, so I took one star out. It seems to me that this place needs some kind of renovation- like replacing old chairs and tables with nice, cute ones, and also needs to get some work done in the kitchen area. Except for the interior part, it was overall a satisfying experience for me:) If u want to grab a quick breakfast bagel on the way to go to work, this place is the right place for you!

Lucky to have this as the closest location. Team members are often working fast and efficiently, they always offer a smile and go above and beyond if a certain bagel runs out. Coffee bar is often replenished on time and newspapers are always available. Overall the place is decently cleaned and the ambiance is always good and welcoming. Definitely the must-go place for delicious bagels.

I placed an order online for the morning of 2/24 when the roads iced over, not realizing the roads had actually gotten bad. Naturally, there was nobody there when I arrived, as well they shouldn t be. Nobody should have been driving. I went up there this morning and the young lady who helped me(the manager on duty I believe) was extremely courteous. Apologetic, even. However, there was no reason to apologize. She gave me a free coffee for my inconvenience. She has helped me in the drive thru on many occasions. I can tell you I wouldn t be as nice to people as she s always been to me if I had to be at work so early. She s wonderful.

I love Einstein bagels, but my visit here today was quite disappointing in comparison to previous visits. Customer service was good and everyone that helped is was nice. The speed and timing was where they were disappointing. The bagels came out significantly earlier than the iced coffee and cold brew, so the bagels ended up cold by the time everything in my order was done. My bagel was lacking on cream cheese and had one lonely slice of onion. It was definitely a sub-par bagel. Hoping that theyre back to normal next time I visit. Also, the cold brew coffee was delicious, definitely recommend getting it.

Something is always wrong here. I don t get it. It s a high-traffic location, but they almost never have enough bagels made. They also take FOREVER. I ve spent more than 15 minutes stuck in this drive through after placing my order. multiple times. The first time or two you d expect it s someone buying their whole office breakfast. Nope. It s just this place taking an absurdly long time to make a bagel. I do not understand. The other thing that really puts me off about this location is one of the guys on staff here is almost ALWAYS in a foul mood. He s rude, sour to customers, and acts like your order is a huge inconvenience to him. He audibly sighs over the drive through speaker if you ask him to add or remove anything from an item. Cream cheese on the side? *sigh* Add bacon? *sigh* It s not every time, but it s so often my girlfriend and I both independently noticed and have been avoiding this location as a result. He just sucks the joy out of your morning for no reason.

There is always something wrong in this place. It doesnt matter what day it is. I only get a 30 min break. I came in on a Sunday, they were packed but still took them almost 30 min to get my order. Today I come through the drive thru hoping it will be quick. I came in at 10:03 am, it is 10:18 and their speaker isnt working it says to pull up to the window. Their bagels and coffee have always been great. I love how early they open, too, making it super convenient for pickup to share with fellow coworkers on occasion and when I do...theres never anything remaining at the end of the day other than crumbs and an empty box!

I would like to say that I am not bothered, but I guess I am bothered enough to write a review which is something I would normally not be inclined to do. There was only my party and another customer with her son. The other customer, who approached the counter several times with many requests, was given her order (in her hand) when their order was ready. Meanwhile, as we waited and continued to wait we noticed a bag sitting on the counter unclaimed. I approached the counter to inquire since there was still no one else in the store at the time. Turns out it was our order that had been sitting there for an unknown amount of time. Of course, we would have liked the same courtesy and service that was afforded to the other customer, but especially during this time of Covid-19. The other customer was kindly handed their bag so I guess they didnt have to worry about the last time the front counter may have possibly wiped down. Usually we are greeted by a tall guy who is not only welcoming, but thorough so anytime we have seen him we know we are going to have a great experience...It is unfortunate for us this time, during his absence, this was our experience...just sayin

I am a regular at Einstein bagels, weekly 1ce at-least. I ordered through the mobile app and went in for the pick up also noticed that there was a huge crowd in the drive through. My order was ready with my bagels and my favorite caribou coffee. Dang, when I got back into my car with my fiend driving back home, opened the parcel with a burnt bagel rather than toasted. Very disappointed but got a refund through rewards via my tweet responded by @einsteinbros which is really good Would have been a 5 star if my food was prepared carefully. Thank you Einstein.

Theyre able to handle my random 75-100 bagel orders without batting an eye so thats cool. Staffs pretty nice for the most part. Oh and the associates love when I come in with those bakers dozen boxes..I tend to get them the fancy ones lol

I really like Einstein Bros. The bagels are always fresh and very tasty. Something has to be done with the drive through. It is painful slow and has been since I started going here 5 years ago. They had 4 people working yesterday and I had to wait about 5 minutes to just place the order in the drive through. If you want good food, they are your choice, if you want a quick pick up on your way to work, may want to go somewhere else.

They were out of almost every bagel except for 3. Which isn t even the worst part just a heads up if you re going towards lunch time. The worst part is that I ordered an egg white avocado and tomato sandwich and I specifically mentioned no bacon, twice. When I got home and opened the sandwich, of course it had bacon on it. Bacon is against my religion and I have to toss the entire sandwich in the trash. Funny thing is that there was only one other car behind me so it wasn t like that they were extremely busy. Please check your order before leaving.
