I ordered three piece fish dinner with green beans and coleslaw. The Cole slaw was bad. I called and they were supposed to replace the meal. I got one piece of regular fish and green beans. I called yesterday and the lady said she would put my name in the book. Today I called to reorder. Now they said they wont replace the meal. She replaced it with what they had left. Not acceptable. I do plan to report the manager to the main office.

The fried fish is very good. Nice clean whitefish.....probably cod or flounder. The tartar sauce is homemade and fresh. Also the coleslaw is homemade fresh daily. They have a fantastic sweet tea. There are other options like fried shrimp, fried chicken fingers, crab cakes, stuffed clam shells, etc.....

We went here nearly every Sunday for past 2 years because we had great service and they had an excellent manager and everyone loved him and he had excellent people working here. Last Sunday the new manager went around saying he got fired and all the ones who was coming for a long time are really upset because he was most caring person. We went last Sunday and terrible service and today we had to wait 1 hour for food. We are all very upset because we use to enjoy going there

I m extremely disappointed in the amount of food given vs the price. $40-$50 for a family feast and yet all the portions are very small. Back in 2017 a family feast was very large for less money. Not it s expensive for just a taste.

Very dissatisfied to say the least. Bought 2 4 pc meals with okra and extra hush puppys and 2 large drinks on 2/11 around 7pm and was rushed through the drive through and upon trying to eat my food I had cold hush puppys cold okra and very greasy fish that had seemed to be sitting out a while and not fresh. I went on 2/12 with my receipt around 30m to speak with someone about my issue and the staff did not know what to do, apparently the manager had just left so they called him and told me that I would need the food. I asked if they would like for me to dignit out of the trash can and guess they thought I was lying. I went home dug what I could out of my trash can and gave it to them, receipt bag and nasty food, all they could do was refund me 10$ I paid 32.40 for this horrible meal that my family could not eat. Why would I pay 32 dollars for food I had to throw away? All I was wanting was fresh food and they treat me as if Im a liar, the person behind me had a problem with his food as well Im sure he didnt get a fresh meal either. I work hard everyday for my money and they want to treat me like this, my mistake wont be back, 4 yrs and never a problem and now that I have a problem they do this. Very shameful no integrity no responsibility for their actions and rhe audacity to give me old food that I paid 32 dollars for. Im beyond words and very dissatisfied and disappointed I highly recommend you dont go here they do not have good customer relations and do not care to hold themselves accountable. Burleson location just pitiful

The grilled shrimp made me sick and the fish tasted bad and very fishy like it was bad or under cooked. I have been eating at the same location for many years but I have never experienced such terrible food there before. I am almost afraid to eat at that location ever again. Always had a great experience up until now never had any issues with food from this location up until now well I have but I felt it wasn t a big deal but it seems these problems are continuing . I Ordered a spicy big fish combo with Pepsi and fries and 2 corns paid for everything and left took a bite of the corn and it tasted like mop water like it was there all day in the same water from open to close , then I noticed I never received my drink, I went back to get my drink and let them know the 2 sides I paid for was not right instead of offering different sides and taking mine back they said that was the last of the corn we had for the day a truck comes tomorrow, no offering from any managers to fix or de escalate the situation also they didn t have lettuce for the big fish sandwich so I had to order a coleslaw that I also had to pay for I m just trying to figure out it s not hard to fix a issue they act like it s coming directly from their pockets but instead they will keep getting these negative reviews for not fixing their issues coleslaw should have been free by the way when it was requested as a manager I would have done that. Well for now my business will go elsewhere. Was my go to location and it s just going down the drain with training and management.

The food was very mediocre, we had hair in our food. So for 30 bucks worth of food it was not worth it. It has gone down hill big time. I went to the one in Burleson. The fish was so small looks like they took one and cut it on half. My husbands stuffed crab had hair in it and looked almost burnt. The shrimp definitely not worth the price. The best part about my dinner was the hush puppies. I ordered through the app.

It has gone downhill over the years. We went through the drive-thru. Our order was completely messed up. I got my meal, but she deleted my husbands meal, thinking I changed my mind when I ordered grilled fish on his and battered on mine. After waiting over 30 minutes in the reserved spot, we got his meal after I ate mine. It was still missing the shrimp I ordered and paid for. His vegetable was so hot that it melted the styrofoam container. We were so disgusted that we left and never said a word. We wont be back.

I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before calling the store to see if I needed to come in to order and didnt get an answer so I waited another 5 minutes before pulling around to the window where I had to sit for another few minutes to wait for the young girl working the window to acknowledge me. I get that because she was taking the order of the vehicle that pulled after I pulled around. I was asked immediately upon talking to her to five back around the building and order at the menu board and then come back to the window afterwards. She eventually relented and took my order and then asked me to park in one of the predetermined spots to wait for my food. To her credit, she did thank me and wished me well when she brought it out but the damage was already done so its looking like The Catch is going to continue to be my goto for the foreseeable future.
