Rude teenagers work behind the counter I went in once, they told me it would be a 10 minute wait for the hot-and-ready, went in after 10 minutes, and they said again itll be a 10 minute wait. Waited again, went in again THEN they told me that I have to order a hot-and-ready online ??? Didnt end up eating there not the first time they hade been rude.

This review does not apply to the order or the management. Both items were spectacular in my recent order. This 1 goes to the service I received from a rude, passive-aggressive b**** named Leeah who took my order. She was foul-mouth, rude, unnecessarily aggressive, and downright foul like the disgusting, uneducated person she seems to be. I will ensure other people will leave bad reviews and boycott this place until this trash is removed from the store. Besides this filth, the pizza is actually pretty good and like I said, management is great and can MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION.

This review comes down to this location alone. Ive had great experiences at other little caesars locations. Point blank comes down to Management. Ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni. Is it too much to ask for what is advertised? Apparently so. I was told that the toppings are measured in cups but not really sure the size of cups that are used. This isnt the first time that this has happened at this location. Check out the pictures to see whats wrong. By the way this was after I asked if they could remake it.

I went inside and ordered 1 cheese pizza and 1 cheese crazy puffs. I was told it would be 8 to 10 min. So I waited. Thirty minutes later I still had not gotten my pizza, but all those who ordered in store and online after I ordered had gotten their orders. Some were 4 or more items. When I asked for a refund because I was running late for an appointment and could not wait any longer they went and looked and it still had not been made. At least they just gave me my refund and did not hold me up longer.

I live 18 minutes from this location and they refused to give me a refund and expected me to drive 36 minutes round trip for refund. Manager refused to even get on the phone. This place has gone way downhill. Went in to get a hot and ready cheese pizza and they didn t have any. Was told it would be a 10 min wait. I said okay I ll come back after some more are made and I was told I d have to buy it first for them to make it. What happened to hot and ready? Okay, fine I ll buy it first and then come back to get it. The price was $8.65 for a cheese pizza (what happened to $5?). I asked $8.65 for a regular cheese pizza? The worker said yep, our prices went up. Come to find out, she charged me for an extra most bestest cheese pizza instead of a regular cheese. Take a look at the picture and decide for yourself if anything about the pizza should be described as extra or bestest. To top it off, the lady watched my card get declined twice before bothering to tell me they don t take amex. Really? I won t be back to Little Caesar s again.

Pizza was mostly crust. 6.99 for a pizza that was mostly crust. This place has gone lower than I ever thought it could. Pizzas were never great but for 5 bucks they were reasonable. Now that the price has gone up and the quality isnt as good as it was when it was $5. Never going to this again. Ill just spend a couple of more dollars and get a Sams pizza.

Ol Little Sleazers! They do what they do quite well. They make the McDonald s of pizza for as cheap as possible. Do not go here to wow your friends at a pizza party. Do go here if those kids won t shut up about pizza, and you don t want to spend a fortune on dinner. Do not go if you have a palate. Do go if you are needing 20 pizzas for $100 to give away at a birthday. Do not go to get pizzas for an employee appreciation lunch. Do go if you hate your employees. They are what they are. Cici s pizza is more expensive, and cardboard doesn t digest very well. Give your teenage growing boy three of these pizzas after football practice for $15. It s just carbs to them. It s not terrible, ghastly, disgusting pizza. It s just Little Caesers. We should be so lucky that they are not going as hard as almost every other place is on price gouging in the current state of the country. Kid-friendliness: Kids are about the only people that should seriously consider eating Little Caesers, because they ain t paying. If a 10 year old has Cici s money, then by all means, let s go there. Until then, we have Cici s at Little Caesers.

Good afternoon..the pizza was very good and the lady was very friendly and young, very attentive. There was only one defect. I didnt think it was good that the manager wasnt wearing her uniform. The guy in the front was so rude he was cleaning the windows when I pulled up he immediately had a horrible attitude when I walked in..threw the window cleaning bottle down, and said we re already cleaning up so if you wanted to order something it s gonna take some time. He got so upset that I only wanted 1 cheese pizza. Not to mention they had a baby in the back while it smelt like cleaning products back there you could hear the baby crying. Dont place a order with them online. After selecting the time to pick up my pizza, the time I selected was 11:30 am the store said the time was set for 12:30 pick up so after 45 min on hold with customer service to cancel my order and get a refund they said they would contact the store for refund, funny part is the store said they couldnt issue refunds. So I have to say. Debated where to pick something up to eat from. Chose Caesar s on Wiltshire. Yes I know 7 minutes til closing. Drove up they seen me turned the lights out. I sat there and they turned them back on. Whole place was cleaned. Nothing in the warm racks. If you going to close early. Change your hours. I wish I took more photos. I was late out from work and my bf already order the pizza and I saw it in there. When I arrived I was about to go in it was 9:56 I think around there and they locked the door I saw the pizzas. Good, hot pizza. Ive worked in the pizza industry and while I would say other pizzas places may inch them out on the freshness of ingredients, you have to wait 10x as long at those stores. I love being able to run in and get a pizza from Little Ceasars either already ready or if I want to change it up for the night in just 10 minutes and they mean 10 means not 20 or 30 minutes like happens at some other pizza places when they tell you 10 minutes.

This restaurant need to honor their commitment to orders. I don t care if they use another service for deliveries,, if I order using their app and not the door dash app I expect little Cesar s to honor the orders. Missing items is unacceptable. This is my second time coming here when an older man working there has yelled and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The first time he was yelling at another customer and belittling her. This time my son opened the drink fridge and asked me for a drink I said no. I guess he didn t close it fast enough for this man as he asked me to tell him to close it. I did. And he closed it. The man then proceeds to lean over the counter and stare at my son rudely while he is just standing in the corner. I asked him if he had a problem and he told me to keep my kids under control. He was STANDING still. He then proceeded to keep staring at us and making rude comments. I asked him for his name and he wouldn t give it. He is extremely rude to customers. This isn t the first time he has yelled at me or other people. I was picking up an order. Not trying to be yelled at by someone who clearly has an issue with a 4 yr old holding a fridge open to long. This man needs to be fired or held accountable for the way he treats customers at this location. I haven t been in months due to the previous incident. Just to be greeted by him yelling at me again. Not cool little Cesar s. You lost a customer for good.

I think out of all the pizza places Ive gone to Little Caesars beat them not only with taste but with prices. What I like to do is on like to get on the app in order it in advance and then go in there and get it and go no waiting for a pizza to be cooked sometimes it takes 15 to 20 minutes so its easier just to order it online pick it up hot and fresh ready to go. Do yall remember the Little Caesars ad back in the 80s where George Burns acted as a Little Caesars guy. The little kids said look its Little Caesar and he takes off the head part of the costume and George Burns says no kid its George Burns LOL

Ordered a thin crust pizza, received a normal crust pizza. My little one started eating a slice while sitting in the car and handed the box to me. I noticed that it s a normal crust, took the pizza to the store. Manager JOSE refunded the money back and didn t even bother to apologize after wasting our half an hour. I called 4 times to this location, I didn t get a busy signal or anything, it rang and rang so I thought maybe they are closed, but they were open and when I asked the lady at the counter why they didn t pick up the phone, she put it as she was on the phone with other people. No, that was just an excuse, I know because when I walked into the store the lady clearly didn t want to be working and neither was the only other guy employee working. You can tell just by their demeanor. It s not that hard to answer a phone to just to ask if their store was open because of the Pandemic.

Worst pizza Ive ever got from anywhere,tasted like it had been in the oven all day and was so stale by the time I got it home 10 minutes down the road I threw a whole pizza away.sad when little caesers in the hood in fort worth is 10 times better. First and last time Ill ever go to this place.

Went last week, the manager Nick gave me the wrong thing, said he would reverse the transaction & recharge me for the right thing. I was never given my money back so I went to the store & asked them to make it right. Nick told me there was nothing he could do & treated me like an idiot. Ive been working pizza since I could work & I would never treat one of my customers how he treated me. Was loyal to this store but I guess Ill go to Crowley now.

Arent food preparers supposed to wear gloves? While I was waiting for my pizza I observed the girl with black and red braided dred hair picking her teeth with her long fingernails while she was at the cutting table. I also saw her handling her mop of braided hair. it looked like she was the only person there. They did not have any cheese pizza hot and ready so I had to wait 10 minutes. I love little Caesars, its always really good but I got grossed out today. they have a sign in the window that says they are hiring including management and I can see why. Im giving 0 for the grossness and 5 for the pizza.
