The best burgers in Burleson. Parking: Parking in this lot is shared with several other restaurants and shops, so it can be hard to find a close spot.

Yummy yummy yummy! These are amazing burgers that taste like you grill them up yourself, but you dont have to, or clean up the mess. I love that theyre simple burgers that you can add whatever toppings you want to them. The fries are good, the fried pickles are not greasy. They are a smaller shop so it gets a little busy hours, unless the upstairs is open. We really enjoy this place as a family. Snacking on the peanuts while waiting for your food is fun.

Ordered out, ask for a double bacon cheeseburger. When I got home it was a single withe 2 little slices of bacon. Quality has gone down hill. Payed to much for what I got. Shevin Schitt contacted me after my review to have me contact him. Haven t heard a word.

Grumps is by far our favorite place to get a hamburger. The service is great, everyone is friendly even the other customers. Its not too expensive either so the whole family can come along and you wont spend an arm and a leg. Kid-friendliness: They love kids! Everyone is always so nice to them.

I called in my order to go. It was ready in 15 minutes. I had to go in to pick it up and the atmosphere was very nice and casual. The man at the counter was pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed. This was the best burger I have eaten in a long, time!!! This will be my go to for a burger! Ive been a few time to both locations, over all I d call this an average burger place. The patties are big but there s nothing really special about anything. Not terrible. Not amazing. The curbside pick up says to text your order name and spot number but both times I ve done that for a pick up order, I ve ended up having to go inside to get my food. Not sure if they don t have that option anymore or not. I ll go if someone else suggests we go there but I won t ever go on my own accord.

Im always happy to wait a few minutes longer when I know food is hitting the grill that fresh. We tried a couple of different burgers, regular fries, sweet potato fries, corn nuggets, and chicken strip baskets. Will be returning. Dietary restrictions: We have a couple of dietary issues in the family, and the way the menu is set up, we didnt even need to make any unusual requests to ensure everyone was accommodated.

Probably not coming back, two bacon cheese burgers with fries. A order of fried pickles, and kids chicken strip meal. What happened to this place, look at the pick, you will see three trays of fries because the must have heard me complaining as she dropped the order and brought back one more apologizing and droped another little tray small fries the kind they meant for free peanuts, take a look at the chicken, it was over fried in old grease until the meat was dehydrated, look ath the pic. I DOUBT ILL COME BACK, THE BURGER WAS DRY,cold and stale, the red onions where to old to be served, not much nice to say here, the worst part was it cost $40.00 And being a nice guy i left a tipp proir to receiving the meal!

The atmosphere of this place is appropriate and becoming of a burger joint, but nothing to write home about. I like their memorabilia wall, as well as train mural and historic Burleson photographs. The decor definitely makes this place fit in with the local culture and scenery. The burgers is where this place really sets itself apart, as their food is inexpensive, generously portioned, and above all really tasty. I have never left here still hungry. The TVs are a little too loud, I say this because they had some A&E show that was beeping often enough for me to notice and be annoyed by it. The frozen margaritas leave a bit to be desired, however I enjoyed their southern slush, both of which are sizable portions at a reasonable price. All things considered, I can come here and get a good burger, fries, and a good sized margarita for $20. Pretty good deal Parking: The whole downtown Burleson area has a good sized parking lot that is a very short walk away.

Solid burger spot. They took their time and the food was very fresh. I really enjoyed the jalapeño ketchup they had. I had it for the fries, but eventually used it on my burger too. The BBQ Bacon burger I had could have used more BBQ sauce because I could barely taste it. My wife had a Queso Burger that she said she enjoyed. We tried their margaritas since we were there. When I went in it had an old timey feel to it. I order a question burger with fries, it was good it came with a lot of questions on it and it was a good size. My husband had a BBQ bacon burger, he said it was good, but it lack the BBQ sauce taste. They shouldve add more so he could taste it on his burger. Honestly, it was just ok. This was my first time being here, so I got the Queso burger, which was good because I didnt taste any fake cheese on there, but it was still just ok. This place was so hyped up to me by so many people, but its still just ok. My little kids were welcomed and werent given dirty looks, which was great because I think it was close to 7 PM, so I was grateful. My 2 year old hated the breading on the chicken strip. And he never picks that off, so that was weird. Anyway, try it for yourself. Maybe Im missing something but I dont think Ill go back.

Wow! Where to begin. The food was outstanding. My wife and I each had a burger, I had the special, and she had a cheeseburger. Great tasting burger, jalapeño brioche bun was so good, and the fries were hot and with the perfect crisp taste. The beer was served in a chilled chalice, and boy was it chilled! The beer was freezing so much that another customer asked about my rootbeer float, lol! All in all, it is a great place to eat in the revitalized Downtown Of Burleson. They also had franchise options, for the budding entrepreneur that knows a good burger joint when they see one. Parking: One way street with parking on both sides. Two round-a-bouts shuttle traffic around. Kid-friendliness: Saw lots of kids getting their munch on. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps in the bottom eating area.

We met up here for an after work get-together, so there were 15 of us. The service was excellent. Everything we ordered was amazing, delicious, good quality food. Everyone was pleased and satisfied with their orders. Staff was attentive, friendly, and kind. Many of the people in my party ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the Southern Slush. The Burgers were very good. We ordered a cheeseburger and a couple of bacon cheeseburgers, one on a jalapeño bun, onion rings and the fried jalapeño slices. All food was made fresh to order and was just delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful ! The only thing that I could say would raise my review to 5 stars would be to offer combos. I love this place. I visited the one in Burleson because mine in cleburne has a broken Frozen Margarita machine. I was assured by the corporate office that it would be just as good a mine. Start with free peanuts in a barrel no charge, i had a grilled cheese with bacon, very nice bacon! High end! The chips were from real potatoes sliced thin this came as a meal, it caught my eye on menu. So I had something different to try it other than their most outstanding burgers. I know you probably hear this in all my reviews but the staff was amazing and professional all at the same time its easy to get behind a company or place when their products and there service are awesome! First time at a grumps and it was really good. Counter order your burgers and other food. They also serve beer that is cheap during happy hour and comes in glasses so cold the foam will freeze to the top and side of it. They deliver the food to the table and have peanuts in the shell to eat while you wait. We got a Queso Burger add bacon, a Guac burger, grilled cheese, two kids burgers, fries, onion rings, chips, fountain drinks, and a beer. Everything tasted great with the burgers cooked to order when you order. The onion rings and chips were great, the fries were good. I would definitely go back and would go to one in Kansas City if they ever made it this far north.

I would very much like a more seated area. Grump burgers are solidly good, and fries are, mmhh, somebody needs to change the oil often. Of the four times we were there, the fries were not good. Sundays is closed. Food

Weve been here twice and we absolutely love their food! The burgers are perfectly cooked and juicy. The fries are cooked to perfection. Their chips and queso are awesome! Even with their great food, Ive rated Grumps 4/5 stars for a couple of reasons: Firstly, the last time we went, we arrived at 8:20PM. Grumps closes at 9PM and we felt really rushed; staff almost made the atmosphere uncomfortable by constantly asking if we need To Go boxes (even after only 5-10 minutes of having our food), stacking chairs on the tables around us and giving us a last call on the fountain drinks so they could clean the machine. I do understand that the restaurant closes at 9 but I dont think it is a valid reason to make your customers feel uncomfortable. Even in this case the staff was friendly (they have been extremely friendly which is why we went there again) but hinted at several things to pretty much make us leave. This place is good but doesnt want to be a late meal spot - if you go, do it before 8PM. Secondly, the first time we were there I had motor oil or some kind of black liquid fall on me. It smelled like metal. When I pointed it out to staff, they acted like it wasnt a big deal and normal. I dont think this is normal. This was honestly a minimal problem for me as it had only dropped on the sleeve of my shoulder; had it dropped on my food I think I would have been more upset.

They have 2 sizes for fries but when you ask for the large they give you the size of the small. They have the examples on the wall We ask thinking they maybe got the wing dice but no the guy said was the large. Of course Im not coming back.

My wife and I love Grumps. This is the place we go to when we need our burger fix the burgers are the perfect size, flavored well, fries are hot and crisp. We love the staff there very interactive and enjoyable almost going to a friends or family members house you can sit, eat, and cut up with them. Definitely a must try if you havent.
