Went on Tuesday about 430. You cant go inside, only drive thru or mobile pick up orders. Drive thru was fast but customer service was terrible. Rude girls both taking orders and passing out the orders. They rushed you through and slammed window in my face as soon as they handed me my food. I had to go back to get teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken. Portions were very small. I wont visit this location again. Tried again. Even worse.

Service is always great at this location and clean. I m disappointed they got rid of the spicy orange chicken. The regular Orange chicken is okay but the other hit the spot. I love the chow mein and the chicken teriyaki is flavorful and fresh. The sweet tea isn t the best and I wish they would change it because it s not good at all in my opinion.

I placed a mobile order and when I arrived to pick it up they said it would be a 6 minute wait on orange chicken. No big deal I asked if I could try the new spicy orange chicken and if it wasn t too spicy I was going to ask if I could have that instead of the orange chicken. I was told they could not allow me to sample it. Again no big deal especially if that is a rule set in place by corporate I was not at all upset with the staff. It just didn t make sense to me why I couldn t try it to make sure I liked it before switching my order. Especially since it is a new item on the menu. But the food was good and I will still come back just a little disappointed with the policy set in place which was probably placed by corporate.

Ordered on the app. Came 2 min after the order was supposed to be ready for pick-up. Just to see the workers goofing off and laughing. I ask for my order. Oh we are making it now!... 10min later. We dont have part of your order could you please wait another 7-10 min?. No I cant... I didnt order on the app so that I can come in to enjoy the show. Please retrain your staff. Highly disappointed. Wish my time mattered to the employees but they were just too busy standing around laughing.

The person waiting on my husband was great. The lady that acted like she was in charge was not. I guess this kind lady put 2 extra shrimp in my order. The lady called her out on it and made her go back to my order after she moved on to my husband s and made her remove 2 shrimp. The lady that thinks she s in charge needs to be demoted and retrained in customer service. There is a way to train people and it s not in front of customers for something so stupid. This is strike 2 against this location for us, we may just start going to their other Burleson location where we have NEVER had an issue.

I was quite skeptical I usually go to the one in Joshua. I got a bowl half rice half lo mein. Black pepper chicken. The rice isn t cooked fully hard grains throughout the bowl. Went to Panda in Burleson today drive thru because my Daughter requested. Got her usual Orange Chicken Chiw Mein Bowl. Got her dad a plate with Broccoli Beef, Orange Chicken because I didnt see General TSO on menu. Made it home and order was right but the taste was horrible. Broccoli overcooked mush, orange Chicken was very tart and rice had absolutely no flavor. This location had gone down hill alot. We have visited the one on 35 in Burleson and they are Great. NOT GOING BACK TO THIS ONE BY THE KROGERS IN BURLESON ON WILSHIRE. 2ND TIME ITS BEEN HORRIBLE. MANAGERS RETRAIN YOUR WORKERS AND GET THE FOOD BACK UP TO PANDA STANDARDS.

This is the third time I came in to order a bigger plate and my order is messed up. I ordered a bigger plate with kungpao chicken brocoli beef n beijing beef. Only received beef n brocoli and kungpao chicken. I did not want to eat that much beef and brocoli. Horrible tasting food, never had this experience on any Panda Express before. The orange chicken I ordered had no flavor and tasted sour like pure vinegar. Great service and clean environment. Food varies from time to time depending whos cooking. This unfortunately makes it a second choice when looking for this cuisine. Just came through the drive through and delt with Zachary R. First of all, it was totally unprofessional, he took my order down wrong twice because they were messing around. Then ask me if I wanted to donate which I said no, I paid in cash and she said the total was an even number which I thought was weird. He did not give me my receipt, I had to ask for it and once I looked at the receipt, I realize that he had put a donation down and that s why the total was even. So he literally stole money from me. I ve tried to order through Door Dash at this store 4 times. The last two times, the menu would not pull up anything but drinks and two al a carte bowls. I called Door Dash, the store, and then Panda Express corporate number. The last time, I had to know if the store was open. Yes, they re open and low and behold, you can order off their website, but no delivery. When I tried to order this time, the menu was gone again. After another call to corporate, I found out the store controls the menu. Hmmm, does that mean at peak times they can shut off items, to the point where you can only order beverages? I m scared to eat at a restaurant that closes their menu off to make sure they don t get orders from Door Dash at peak hours.

Why does this location randomly close early? Says open till 9:30pm and at 8pm they are telling people in the drive through they are closed. I understand there are staffing issues occurring at various places, but if thats the case companies need to adjust their hours accordingly online and not waste potential customers time. Dont have enough staff for operations....change your hours.

My family and I usually go to this location in Burleson. Which is not a short trip for us. For some reason they have been open and closed at odd random times. Does anyone know what this is all about? Very disappointing. PE please inform your customers that you are closed for the day. It s definitely not a short drive and it very unprofessional to your patrons as a business.

The Panda closest to us keeps being closed at random times for no reason and this one is the 2nd closest. We have an NFL Sunday Panda tradition typically but maybe not anymore!! The orange chicken has been awful past couple visits. WAY TOO SPICY! Tastes nothing like the orange chicken at other locations. Disappointing.

Everytime I go to this particular Panda they either dont have what I want, wont or cant cook what I want or no longer have it. I thought the Panda on McPherson was bad but they are great compared to this location. Its not like it is time to close! They should shut this location down and build a replacement restaurant that cares about customers and who truly WANTS to make money. This is my final visit to this location and if you are smart you wont visit this location either if you are truly hungry!
