Placed online order for curbside. 1 sandwhich brought out was totally not ours, so I had to go inside at that point to get the correct sandwhich i ordered made. Then upon getting home my daughter and I both realize the chicken nuggets taste very strange today.. I hate to say I do not belive the new chicken hype they are telling customers since changing the chicken in March! Ive hear others complain about the new chicken here in different ways but today I actually see!! This was 1 of the last fast food places I actually still go to. I plan on taking it back tomorrow when Im in the area to get it remade just to see. Maybe it was old grease, idk. It was a hour before closing smh but If it taste the awful tomorrow still, Im definitely not visiting chick fil a again.

I have always had excellent service here. I order on my mobile app for drive thru pickup and the employees are always nice and efficient. Unlike other locations this location always gets my extras (sauces) correct every single time. Very clean location and fast service.

Waited 15 minutes for a curbside order only to go in and find out it was placed with DoorDash orders. This is not the first time this has happened, so I called to make a manager aware and was told by Veronica or Victoria that this happens quite often and that there was nothing she can do about it because their baggers make mistakes. Even though the sticker that the bagger places on the bag says curbside . She then proceeds to tell me that if the food is cold they can remake it. This Chickfila is okay with making the same errors continually and quite frequently . And V is okay with food waste.

Overall, meh. Not the typical Chick Fil A service Im accustomed to. Friendly yes but not to the level I would expect. Food was good. Received our food quickly. Everything was there. Parking was the biggest thing. Theres hardly any. And where we parked if the drive thru was busy we wouldnt be able to get back out. We stopped on our way through town. Probably wont make that choice a second time.

I usually have a great experience when I visit here. I usually order in the app but didnt want them to use the wrong reward so I placed my order in the drive thru. Whenever I order thru the app, my wait isnt long as long as I usually pick up in store instead of curbside or drive thru. During my last visit, however, I made it to the location about 15min prior to them closing and I was happy they still had a pleasant service attitude. My food was nice and HOT, everything I ordered, sauces included and napkins were in the bag. I was a little disappointed with the size to bun ratio of my grilled chicken breast, but it was still tasty. Would def go back again, and they appreciate their customers in the app!

Imagine this; A hungry soul, eagerly awaiting their golden deliciousness of 12 piece chicken nuggets from what is Chick-fil-A complete with waffle fries and drink. I went to the window, heart aflutter and was left with a Have a blessed day by the young man in the window. I proceed to go back home and checked the bag only to find out the unthinkable, they didnt put in my chick-fil-a sauce. Now, Im not going to be dramatic but let me tell you, the absence of the sacred Chick-fil-A sauce from my meal left me feeling like I had just been cheated on in a relationship. It is the equivalent of going to your favorite bands concert and them not playing your favorite song. The tangy perfection that is the Chick-Fil-A sauce haunts my taste buds still, mocking me with its absence. In conclusion, Chick-fil-A, please dont forget the sauce. I depend on it. I ordered a 12 piece nugget meal with all natural lemonade with ketchup, ranch and Chick-fil-A sauce. Ive never had a bad experience with the food from Chick-Fil-A. The staff are a large part of that. They not only respond well to a request, they notice if a customer needs assistance and offer help. Well this is the best chicken we have ever had in a restaurant. There are no bones and therefore more labor considerations. Thus the price is quite high. The standards are equally high so everything is shipshape. Today we received two sandwich gift cards because they were delayed in serving us. As I said..high standards. Parking: The restaurant does have limited parking to be sure but there are huge parking lots for perhaps a thousand vehicles. We dont mind walking twenty or thirty yards.
