2024 update: Stopped in and ordered on kiosk, getting to like that since it allows for the modification of toppings on it... We are SUPER happy that the drink station is still at this East Buda location since we do not patronize the locations that took them out or are not built with them like the little one on the West side where we actually live... Very very rude lady!! Shirley should NOT BE A MANAGER!! McDonald needs to have her NOT be around people!! I feel so sorry for the employees under her or on her shift!! She thought I was not listening to her speak to my son very rude when he was trying to order our meal.. so I stepped in and told her she is very unprofessional on a slow morning! Very quick with my order. Did want to mention how attentive Alejandra was. Noticed that she would be going in and out taking out orders to the customers that went to drive thru. And she walked quickly, almost running. It was pretty busy. I went to counter to ask for salt and she saw me standing there and she asked how she can help. She took time to look for some behind the counter. Then noticed that it did slow down a bit, she started cleaning the tables and sweeping the area. She just never stopped working. And I took my time eating to see how long she would be working. Those kind of workers are greatly appreciated and they should be told constantly. That helps them see that they are appreciated and hopefully stays on. Next time I travel thru her, I know where to stop and hopefully she continues in this location.Excellent job!!!

This is a McDonalds inside a gas station. It has a small play area for younger kids and four screens to order your food. I recommend using the app to order ahead so you can get rewards. When we were last there, the playground was closed.

I am not one to complain. In fact I just left an amazing review for HEB recently. We love another McDonalds but wanted to give this new one a try. There was no one there, so I ordered for my very hungry disabled children. They took my order wrong by forgetting one kids meal. I tried to work with them. The level of rudeness was unbelievable!! They ushered me into the waiting line when I was the first one there the other locations never do that to me. Then served like 4 other cars. I had to go up to the window and be like please give my crying children their food. She said you better just go wait. Then got us our food which was fresh and I hope not tampered with. It was a traumatizing experience. Update: we returned out of necessity the other week and I saw an improvement in the attitude of the employees as they were different this time. They didnt leave the kids and me hanging in the second window this time. They were very attentive and I am impressed with the improvements. I hope they continue.

The manager said they are not affiliated with the McDonalds app and she said theres nothing you can do about it if they dont call you back so they pretty much robbed me of my earned money points on the app and refused to refund me.Will be reporting them to the better buisness bureau. Ordered a filet-o-fish sandwich. Opened the box to find it put together haphazardly, everything sliding sideways. Opened the sandwich to stack it properly, only to find out there was only 1/2 of a slice of cheese on it. Cutting corners, but charging more. More money, less product. Its just wrong! Terrible location, bunch of high school kids who aren t mature enough for a job simple as McDonald s. Showed up on a Friday night to my McDonald s in buda off 35 and I see no line so I get in line happy I won t have to wait for my delicious McDonald s. Then on a piece of printer paper is written closed for cleaning and some young girl is telling me they are closed and won t serve me. I tell her that I already paid and placed a mobile order because this location is 24 hours a day no matter what especially on a Friday night???? The girl then laughed and turned off her headset. I then talked to a young man and said that I already placed the order and that this location is 24/7 he said no, that s not this location just lying to me blatantly. So I had to just go home and not even get my money back Would leave negative stars if I could, very frustrating experience, also false advertising 24 hours and refusal of service, lawsuit wouldn t be pretty.
