Their pimento grilled cheese and cinnamon rolls are number ones in both categories that i ve ever tried, and they re both made fresh including the bread. The service is amazing and they re all very kind people. Of course the atmosphere is just beyond relaxed so that just tops everything off. 10/10 recommend.

We loved Meridians happy hour, having discounted well drinks on a Saturday afternoon. Their coffee and kombucha were good too. The bright, stylish bar, and many tables made the place feel welcoming and comfortable. The bartenders were friendly, helpful, and patient. The adjoining shop and restrooms made it an excellent place to pass the before or after drinks.

I wanted to get out of Austin for the day so I drove out to Buda. Meridian was like a breath of fresh air walking in. Only a few people, the baristas were kind and patient. I ordered the summer special, a campfire cold brew but opted out of cold brew and did the special as an iced latte instead I am not joking when I say this is one of the best drinks I ve had at a coffee shop in a long time and let me add I drink a lot of coffee. The atmosphere here is incredible. Cool lighting fixtures, natural sky lighting, plants, a full bar. Connected to a market and offering teal house bakery. 10/10. I wish this spot was closer to me. But I will definitely be back.

I only stopped in for a coffee on the way out of town but I wish I had more time to enjoy the full experience. The food menu looked amazing. The brown sugar cinnamon latte with oatmilk was delicious. It is a must if you are in Buda! Dietary restrictions: They had non-dairy options.

Theres no food here, so, not rating the food. Bar servers are excellent! Keep in mind that if youre ordering craft cocktails, it will take a minute... they have to be handmade! This is the gather your friends, enjoy excellent up and coming local music that could easily out do any metro bars local band. I mean really, the performers were amazing. The lighting in the venue is stellar. It is louder than coachella though so bring ear plugs of youre volume sensitive. The beer garden in the back is perfect for warm weather evenings.

I came here to see Emma Zeck perform, never been here before. I ordered a hot chai made with whole milk. It cost about $5 and I left a $1 tip. It took maybe 2 minutes to make and was served in a super cute mug. It tasted absolutely fantastic! They had a wide selection of beautiful, eclectic drinks to choose from. Such a great experience! I can t speak to anything but the coffee, but I came here on a Saturday morning and had the most fantastic coffee and pastry. Lots of seating areas to choose from and a really lovely facility overall. They now have pastries from Teal House - cinnamon rolls, kolaches, etc. - so you can have a pastry with your amazing coffee! I think some of the staff may be a little new, but everyone was kind and helpful and great customer service all around. This is your sign to check them out!! Grocery store attached too, if you re so inclined (it s a little expensive, so I didn t get anything).

Meridian Coffee house in Buda is beautiful. Not only is it beautiful its an inviting open venue space attached to a beautiful nature/natural beauty and environment friendly store. This venue is an open community space selling some amazing coffee. Served with a smile and great atmosphere. I highly recommend a hot cafe mocha with one other there signature flavored pumps added. They also are a full service bar so you can have coffee or stop in for a great tasting drink. This venue provides open mic night, DJs, live music. You also can rent their space for your next event. I say check this place out and grab a coffee then get yourself a mimosa.

This is a cute coffee shop during the day and a music and comedy venue in the evenings. There is plenty of rooms between tables and some comfortable living room style seating area with high backed chairs, coffee tables and couches. Meridian shares space with Zoi Market which is an Oriental medicine pharmacy and gluten free bakery which also sells cute gifts and houseplants. I love having Meridian in the little town of Buda, just south of Austin.

So many things to love about this place, where do I begin? The best in class mocktails which also happen to be medicinal. The awesome lattes and cappuccinos in the morning. Be still my geographer heart - my hometown has a map-themed bar! And better yet, its decorated with the gigantic wall cartography and models that I longed to buy at the old 1898 store, but could neither afford nor display at the time. The stage is a good size, and the DJ the night I was there knew how to please the small crowd - soul & classics. The staff is super friendly, and the drink selection is solid and growing. This space is the sort of relaxed hangout every Main St needs.

This spot is perfect for kicking your to-do list to the curb. The coffee is yummy, the staff are sweet, and the music is pleasant. Love the environment provided with the natural light from the skylights creeping in, the fresh vibrant colors, and the cozy furniture. The only reason I gave it four stars: most of the outlets for computers are really tricky to get to. They are hidden underneath the church pew style benches and you quite literally have to get on hands and knees to plug in your devices. Im able bodied so I did it for my table and the two sitting next to me, but the woman in a dress was unwilling to do so and for good reason. I wonder if there is an easier way to have them accessible, especially for those who arent able bodied and cant have access to them. Despite the outlet situation, I love this spot and truly is a Buda gem. Meridian is a favorite of my friend group and those I bring here for meetings.

What a place. Buda needed a local venue like this that s a local bar that still offers a great atmosphere for passer byers. They have a live music stage and incredible decor - they have maps of Yellowstone, Grand Canyon and a few others that were made in the early 1900 s. The drinks and bartenders are super cool also. Had a few different cocktails and loved an off the menu Wylie Coyote - mezcal rinse, whisky, vermouth and some other stuff that was so good! Matt and David behind the bar are exactly what you want from bartenders, friendly, connectors, and engaging. We ll definitely be back another night but I hear during the day it s a cool place to work too.

Finally some good coffee on main street! I popped in right before opening and talked to someone about the location and what they are planning to do. I have been visiting as much as I can for coffee in the morning. Also try the soup! I was very surprised by how good the potato soup is. The place is such a great vibe and friendly staff. Still lots of folks training and can seem a bit crazy when they are busy. In the evening these cocktails are fantastic! They have live music and community events and is a really great space! I have been recommending this to everyone!

Beautiful setting in an old building with stylish decor and tons of seating. This reminds me of cafes I used to work in while living in Europe, which Ive sorely missed since coming back to Texas. Absolute gem and the kind of business you expect on a modern small town main street, blending old and new with a comfortably classy vibe. Oh, the coffee was nice too, of course.

Wow! Great new coffee/cocktail spot in Buda. Open approximately 1 1/2 months, Meridian is set in the same historic building as Zoi Market. The setting features striking decorator touches, high ceilings with open spaces and greenery, and plenty of assorted seating options. I need to visit a few more times before I can comment on the menu. I can say the iced mocha with oat milk I had this morning was refreshing and well made, with just the right kick of espresso coming through. Open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, parking is available front or back. Its a nice stroll to Budas City Park, which features a Farmers Market Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Buda and its downtown just keeps getting better and better!

Just what Buda needed! A non-chain coffee joint that makes you want to linger. So excited to try it out in the evening for cocktails and live music. Five stars for the creative atmosphere, good lighting, & excellent coffee. I hope Meridian will inspire other business owners and usher in a new wave of thoughtfully designed spaces.

LOVE the space and the coffee is delicious, especially for their first day being open! Meridian offers a very comfortable space with stunning aesthetics and friendly staff. Will definitely be working from here more often.
