I have been using MaidPro since I bought my house in 2014. Tasha has been our primary cleaner since close to the beginning. Most of the service providers that come to the house either ignore my elderly mother or humor her superficially. However, Tasha has taken the time to develop a relationship with my mom over the years, which is invaluable far beyond the cleaning itself. Highly recommended!

MaidPros was a great service! I really wanted a good deep clean before my wife came back from deployment. They scheduled me quickly and were incredibly accommodating! I did need them to come back and touch up a couple areas, but they were true to their word. Within 24 hours, they were back at my home, leaving it, once again, better than they found it! We had our first cleaning today and I couldn t be happier. My house smells and feels sooo good! Our MaidPro, Avery had her work cut out for her with our house (and our 3 large fluffy dogs). But she killed it. I can t find a stray dog hair on any of the floors, my stove looks almost brand new, and the toilet, sinks, and appliances have never been so clean. Avery was amazing with my dogs and worked extremely hard for 4 hours straight. Incredible. I m elated. 10/10 would recommend.

Dec 2023 Update - Leandra and Clarissa are still our team and they are amazing! Their attention to detail is something I appreciate like neatly folded hand towels and rolled up toothpaste tubes!! Brings a positive presence to the house. Very satisfied with the service. We have always been happy with our pros over the past 3-4 years. We had Sydney before Raylee and Taylor before that. Previous post: Taylor P. is amazing at what she does. Shes always on time, polite, and has a great attitude. Our home is shining by the time she leaves. Additionally, she remembers to ask every time if we want her to focus on a particular area of the home. I have used MaidPro for two homes and the move out going from one home to the other. The business itself seems to be fabulously run. The office staff communicate everything very well and will get someone out to clean your house if your usually scheduled cleaning pro is out for the day, Ive never been cancelled on at the last minute. My clean has fallen on holidays before but we get those rescheduled at least a week in advance. I have a lot of knick knacks and indoor plants in my house, especially my small bathroom, so sometimes accidents have happened and things have been knocked over and broken while maneuvering. I was notified immediately both times and a replacement item has always been offered but the two times its happened its been a small plant pot/glass frame that didnt really warrant replacing. As far as the cleaning itself goes its been a wonderful experience almost every time. As a 4+ year customer I have gone through several cleaning pros and almost every one of them has been fantastic. I have, on rare occasions, had a sub par clean or someone who left 30+ minutes early (I pay for a two hour time block) but speaking with the office staff it has always been remedied either through billing adjustments or closer attention paid to the trouble spot the following week. This has happened I would say fewer than 6 times in my 200+ cleans from MaidPro. My current pro is Raylee and she does a phenomenal job of leaving our house spic and span every week, goes above and beyond with cleaning and tidying. Coming home to a clean house allows me to work on doing other things around the house like organizing and decluttering. Doing those things in a clean environment makes it much easier for my ADHD brain to get on board with those tasks. Overall highly recommend MaidPro for anyone looking for a regular cleaning service.

Update: We have now been a client of MaidPros for over 6 years. Our Pro, Cidnie, really impressed me with her attention to detail yesterday. We have a golden retriever and it is really hard to get all of the hair. Yesterday I looked around after she left and didnt see any hair anywhere. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our home! Original post: We have been a customer of MaidPro for almost 4 years now. This company is wonderful! They truly care about taking care of our home and are always wanting feedback to make sure they are continuing to provide top quality service. They are extremely thorough and even surprise the kids with their rooms decorated with their stuffed animals, leave notes for them, and sometimes little surprises too. The kitchen trash wasn t emptied even though it was marked on the check list. Dirty rags were left in the kitchen sink. A bedroom window sill still had quite a bit of dirt on it. And there is a black stain on our bedroom carpet that was not there before. But other than those things, we were pleased. Doubt we ll use them again, though. Way too expensive for the service we received.

Latoya comes to clean every two weeks and she is just the best! She is so thorough and goes above and beyond to be kind and helpful. I love when she has been here and I can just relax that whole weekend - it means so much. She pays attention to each small detail and we are left with a clean, fresh home whenever she has been here. We arent easy because we have pets that drop hair, and the people arent very tidy either but she always tells me not to worry about it and I am always so happy to leave it in her capable hands! Absolutely horrible cleaning job sadly. I hired them to do a deep cleaning for a very dirty home to make ready for move in and they did a surface cleaning and left behind so much completely untouched. They charged an insane amount for 3 college girls to come out and they just did not do a good job at all. I do not recommend. Pic is my paper towel after their deep cleaning . Needless to say I was there for hours cleaning after a cleaning.

When I came home after Cierra, Bailey, and Val worked on my house I was disappointed.... Disappointed in the realization that I, as a mere mortal, will never be able to achieve the level of clean the folks at MaidPro can! Seriously, these people are amazing. I had pros come over to clean my house four times and each time was an excellent experience. The pros were professional, friendly and thorough. That is until the last time a few days ago. Two new pros came over on Friday. Apart from the standard organizing and cleaning pros normally do at my house I asked if they could vacuum the garage. They said ok and one of the pros removed her car from my driveway so I could back my car out of the garage so they could easily clean it. As I have in the past, I stayed in my office out of their way while they worked. I started a timer when I invited them into my house to remind myself to start my zoom meeting when they left. I happened to look out the window and saw they both went into their cars and drove away. I looked at my timer and they still had 35 minutes left. I was really confused. In the past pros always took 3 hrs, informed me they finished their work and together we did a run through of the house to see that everything was done and there were no issues. Then theyd leave a Maidpro towel teddy and checklist of all the things they did and Id escort them out. In this case, the pros left early, didnt allow for a run through, didnt leave a checklist or towel teddy and didnt even inform me despite my presence in the house in easy and visible access. I did my own run through and noticed they didnt clean the kitchen sink, wipe down the kitchen table or countertop, didnt wipe the outside of the fridge. Didnt clean the microwave. Didnt clean the kitchen stove. Only cleaned one bathroom toilet despite there being 3 others. Didnt organize or pickup clothing on the master bedroom floor. Haphazardly put shoes on the shoe rack, some on the floor strewn next to it. Didnt clean any windowsills in the house and didnt vacuum the living room floor. Also didnt vacuum the garage floor despite specifically discussing that. I called management and took pictures of all of this and emailed them as requested. They removed 30 minutes from the billing time and thats it. They didnt apologize, assure me this wouldnt happen again or offer for other pros to clean up after these pros. I didnt feel my patronage was valued at all so I canceled my contract.

She is very attentive to detail, works fast, and leaves us satisfied. It s always nice to come home to a clean house.
