It may be because they werent very busy, but the prep guy did a good job of getting the bugs off the front of my truck and then the washing process worked very well. Their vacuums are strong and easy to use.

I always get the best clean here! I ve been traveling over 10 states and I ve yet to see a car wash that can get all the bugs off and give a good clean! None of the car washed actually clean my tires this good. Also not many car washes offer these options. Thank you! My jaguar is spotless as expected.

Check your driver side rim. They saw one previous scratch on my rim but didn t see the other damage before the car went through the car wash however they could see damage after the wash and still did not cover it.

Went to get the grand opening special and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wash! Customer service was great and there were multiple people doing the pre-wash before going through the automated wash, which is great to see! Will now be going here over my usual wash with their monthly plan. Pictures included but dont do it justice - pickup was very shiny! Update: still coming here over a year later and nothings changed. Still a good reliable wash.

I have NEVER had such a scary experience at a car wash. I was put into the wash and my car was jolted not one time, not two times but three times stuck on something before the car kept moving! No one stopped the wash or anything & my car runner paid the price for it! They had me fill out a damage claim then told me they would decide if it was their fault or if it was there before. Regardless, this should NOT have happened. Very disappointed.

They keep me all shined up .love my monthly car wash plan!! Only have one issue that consistently bothers me when I go there. When they are pre washing/spraying your car how hard would it be to intentionally spray the side mirrors? I could out often with my side mirrors still needing to be addressed. The guys get it to big of a hurry and could do the pre spray better. I pay for elite plan because I want my car well cleaned ..only that the guys rushing you and not spending the time on pre wash .I love the place!

I have been using club car wash since they opened up. I own 3 different vehicles and use to take all 3 there. Recently on August 29th I went there and on my 2022 ram 2500 I got several scratches on the top of my hood. I made a claim with the manager that day. He and one of the guys worker there were very nice and accommodating. They both told me they were pretty sure they knew where it came from in the wash. They stopped the wash and fixed it. a few weeks later I was contacted and the claim guy (Justin) who was also very rude. Assured me that there was no way it could have came from the wash, even though the scratches were not there prior to the wash. I am very disappointment on how this matter was not taken care of. I expected more from club car wash. Needless to saw I would not be going here anymore and will no longer be a member of their car wash.

Ruined my paint and act like its not their fault even though I have proof and never left the parking lot. After 6 weeks of silence I get an email to my wife saying its been denied with video links of how the machines work. No one ever actually came out to inspect the damages at all Have filled with the BBB against them. Will be lawyering up

Excellent car wash. Good working equipment, vacuums with excellent suction. So many extras. Today I met the manager, Austin Moore, who went above and beyond to help me get my husbands truck washed. Its a big tall truck, but he spent the time and measured the truck making sure it was able to go through the car wash safely. He actually walked through the tunnel watching every point on the truck. Forever grateful.

Update: Unfortunately, after I cancelled membership due to non-use, I noticed I was continued to be automatically electronically drafted for the next 3 months! In Spanish, this would be called, No Bueno!.

Always satisfied with the club car wash. I have a monthly membership and there are several popping up. My membership is good at ANY one of them. Vacuum, pressurized air, towels at the ready and always someone there to help if you need help.

If you have RIMS on your vehicle do NOT wash your car here! My car got stuck because it was not on the track properly & scratched up my rims & something had pinched my tire & made it bubble. I just had to pay $165 the next day & I m so mad!

By far the best car wash for oversized vehicles with the height at 72 for clearance and tire width just needs to be under 13. I say its the biggest drive through carwash in bcs the others are 7 on height so they were strictly for cars Edited: well looks like Ill be cancelling after their machine screwed up my paint just now

Cleans car far better than any other car wash! Friendly staff! They basically wash your car, scrubbing windows (front and back), bumpers, etc before you actually go through the wash. Vacuum is free and towels provided to dry car. Love this car wash!
