Looking at reviews I am not regretting canceling my membership I had here. I canceled my membership a while ago due to the management and staffing. I had a young lady disrespect me while I was checking in my kids for no reason. I filed a complaint and never heard a thing back. Management and staff also pretended they couldn t help me fix my membership s between my kids. And would not fix which child had what membership plan. It was months later that one girl fix them for me and I asked if it was a new system she said no we could always do this. And every time I would visit Id have to argue with management or a staff member for my kids to get the right bands for them to play. Sometimes depending on what person I got, they wouldn t even give them the right bands so my 4 year old would have a band to play what she was not even tall enough to play and my oldest wouldn t be able to play what he wanted. I hate that you have to commit I believe a year before canceling since it has horrible staffing. I wasted money avoiding this place. My kids do love the place since it is one of the only things to do in this town but be prepared that you will be disappointed with staff. Three stars because if you don t need help it s a fun place for the kids!

We love having this family friendly place to visit, but over the last three years this establishment has been on a steep decline. The owners clearly don t care about the cleanliness or the upkeep necessary to run an honorable business in our community. Equipment is broken, worn down, and/or extremely DIRTY! Not to mention at least 95% of the staff stay hiding in the office or walk around on their cell phones how about a no cell phone policy for employees so they can clean? Also, when is the last time the owners bought new cleaning supplies and made employees use it during business hours? This Urban Air is subpar at best and in need of a severe refresh. Please do a better job at keeping it clean, sanitary, and well dusted. This is a community establishment worth putting the effort into for our kids.

As a customer of Urban Air Jump Park, I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service provided during my recent visit to the Bryan location. Despite having an adventure pass for my children, we encountered issues with accessing certain activities due to the lack of assistance from the staff. Upon arriving at the Bryan location, my children requested access to the ropes course and sky rider, which are typically included in their adventure pass. However, despite asking an employee for assistance, we were left waiting for someone to help us. The employee did make an effort to call for assistance, but it appeared that the message was not relayed effectively to the staff responsible for overseeing these activities. After waiting for some time, it became evident that no one was coming to assist us with the ropes course and sky rider. The only activities that were available for us to enjoy were the trampoline activities, which was disappointing considering the variety of options available at Urban Air Jump Park. Even as the employee finished cleaning and returned to the staff-only room, no one had come out to address our request for assistance. It is concerning that despite our clear request for help, the staff at Urban Air Jump Park failed to provide the necessary support to ensure that we could enjoy all the activities included in our adventure pass. The lack of communication and follow-through demonstrated by the employees reflects poorly on the overall customer service experience at the Bryan location. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided during my recent visit to Urban Air Jump Park. The lack of assistance and communication from the staff significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the full range of activities available to us. I hope that this complaint will prompt the management to address these issues and improve the customer service standards at the Bryan location to ensure that all guests have a positive experience when visiting Urban Air Jump Park.

I wish I could give this place zero stars but I guess one will suffice. This place isn t safe for kids and the staff doesn t do their job correctly. It was one thing after another but the one that takes the cake is when my daughter got injured. The staff wasn t very helpful and failed to get me immediately. I wouldn t recommend this place for anyone or child. Will not be coming back!

Amazing place, always a nice place to visit, not too expensive but not cheap, nice Zipline but wouldnt recommend the Zipline for young children (1-7) because you might hit the walls of the end area because of the acceleration. And the dodgeball is a good time for all ages, older children will look out for the younger ones because of the amazing community of the area

My son attended his friend s birthday party on cinco de mayo and him and his friend were racially discriminated against which resulted in their membership wristbands being taken away and ultimately ruining his friend s birthday. When I brung this to management attention, Darnell seemed to feel as if the little girls who targeted my son were on some sort of pedestal since they are there offend, which he mentioned. Another employee Robert accused my son and his friend of bullying and calling these little girls extremely inappropriate names. Since this is completely out of my son s character I asked what exactly did my son and his friend say, I was told they were calling the little girls furries. Confused I asked what exactly is a furry? Unable to answer my question my son immediately informed it s a person who dresses up in fur, and the only reason they called them that was because they are wearing fur animal mask. Which is equivalent to calling a child in a Spider-Man costume Spider-Man. I was qlso told my son allegedly pushed one of the little girls down, at this point I asked for the video footage to be reviewed. The GM Nate reviewed the footage and informed me my son did not push but it does look like he nudged the little girl being this is a trampoline park I explained that could have been accidentally while they were playing. Nate informed me he was not aware of this situation until I asked to review the footage. At no point was I or any adult with the party informed of what was happening, not once did someone ask my son and his friend what happened or warned them to just stay away from the little girls since for some reason they have an issue with them. I reached out to cooperate to inform them of this situation in detail and to ask to preserve the video footage and has not been responded to. Even though Nate mentioned his staff did not handle this situation correctly only my son and his friend wristbands were taken away.

The place itself is great. Lots of things to do. We ve gone here several times and Friday they used a t-square to check her height and she passed. She has been waiting in anticipation for the day she got to use the zip line. She road the zip line on and off for over 4.5 hrs. Also, an employee has to be at each area so you can use that area. Starting at 4:00 we kept having to ask for an employee to come to every area she wanted to use. In the rock climbing area she waited over 20 mins for someone to show up. We take her back the very next day and they measured her with the t-square again and said she wasn t tall enough. The girl didn t shrink overnight and I saw for myself that she met the required height! This devastated this child. It was such an exciting day yesterday and she was completely shot down today. You don t screw with a kid like that!!! Not to mention people working here don t seem to care one bit if they make you wait. Everyone here seems to have been trained differently. There was one employee that made her leave the rock climbing area because she had been there too long . I could understand it if other kids were there to climb but she was the only one. I believe the employee just wanted to leave. I did encounter 3 very nice people who worked there and the owner needs to higher more like them. If this continues we will go to Jumping World instead and never come back.

There was an assault yet the actions taken twords resolving the issue lead the person that was assaulted along with the accompanied party to be solely kicked out I called corporate and there has yet to be a resolute to the poor service and treatment here at this location.

My 3 kids & I visit the Bryan location frequently. My 8 year old has always ridden the glider & today ( 12/9/23) they refuse to let her saying she s too short. We drive almost an hour each visit & pay for the delux wristband mainly for her to be able to do that attraction. Never once have we been told she was too short and now all of a sudden she is, leaving me with an incredibly upset child.

I often give reviews based on how a place is managed and this place is managed so poorly it was unbelievable. The play equipment was nice and fun for the kids but besides that this place falls short. The food is overpriced and not worth messing with. Our order was wrong and we asked for it to be fixed, 20 minutes later I had to go and ask about it again. The supervisor apologized and offered us extra wings. When we got to our table the first wing had a bite taken out of it. I brought it back to the counter and was given an attitude. Then he tried to tell me oh that wing looks that way because of how it was cooked. I have been eating wings longer than hes been on this planet and you think I cant tell that a wing has a bite taken out of it? Not to mention I have work at restaurants that serve wings. More likely the guys in the kitchen thought they were funny. Absolutely unprofessional and makes me question all other aspects of this place especially sanitation. Get better management and this could be a nice place. I dont recommend it at this time.

Half the trampoline attractions were shut down, and the obstacle course has a section that has been broken for 2 years. They arbitrarily enforce rules, theyll gladly let 20 toddlers lay in the obstacle course ball pit but the moment a 50 year old woman falls in and throws out her back they say shes got to get out. Then when a rescue effort is organized they threaten to kick us out. When trying to take the Zipline they groped me and said dude too damn thick not cool. This is all 80% true I would not bring my family again.

They overcharge parents for packages that kids do not meet height requirements. -Upselling Ultimate Packages $24.99 for kids that do not meet height requirements is scamming. My son didn t even met the height for Deluxe package. He was not 52 tall. He was 48 tall. Why are you selling me a $24.99 package if he doesn t meet the height? They never check his height at the time he sold me the ultimate $24.99 and refused to refund the difference. We didn t noticed we were sold the wrong package until he was denied the ride on sky rider, climbing walls, etc. This place should sell you the package based on the areas they meet height requirements. The regional manager refused to refund the difference due to their policies. Why do you scam people by upselling, when my was not measured at the time they sold us the Ultimate Package??? Constant fights between kids and no staff around. No staff at the dodge ball courts, kids constantly getting hurt turning into fights. Another kid vomited, the staff swept up with a broom and dust pan. No safety protocols at this place. She never wore facemask, rubber gloves, bleach or any type of disinfectant to clean up a vomit by the trampolines. Unbelievable!!

We go to urban sometimes. It s fair pricing but as single parent of four. So it can add up fast. I spent every penny I had on entry cost and 4 slush. Barley had enough. I just step outside to grab something from my car and they had threw away two drinks. I really couldn t buy them more. They were about half full still. The young lady felt bad you can tell. She looked for evidence that someone is here still but as a single parent I don t leave anything on a table I don t plan on not keeping. She told me about the stickers on the tables about unattended food and drinks will be thrown away. My table didn t have the sticker so I thought this wasn t the case because of it location in the building. But she did talk to the convenience employee and replaced both drinks she discarded. And made them large too. Thank you for replacing those drinks when you didn t have too

We hosted our five year old s birthday party here and had the best experience. Everything is set up for you. All you do is show up and they take care of everything else! Great staff and friendly birthday host . The kids had a blast. Highly recommend.

Great place to have a birthday party. All of the kids ran free and jumped their hearts out. Urban Air supplies gripped socks for everyone jumping.

This is an excellent place to have a ton of fun. It was clean and my kids loved that the light flashed colors. There is so much more than a trampoline park inside .

Just finished my sons birthday party here! It was awesome:) The host did an amazing job, he checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. We went over our 10 kid limit a bit, and that was no problem at all! Would definitely recommend:)

Great park, kids have alot of fun. However, absolutely do not get a membership. It is impossible to cancel via the website and their customer support is non-existent (they do not answer the phone no matter what time of the day, no matter what day of the week). I select the option for callback and get insta-hung up on every time. I have met the 12 month requirement to cancel and the only option out is to cancel the entire credit card.

Very limited game play. No bumper cars, no laser tag, you know, the stuff the parents and grandparents come for during birthday party time. The food is extremely expensive for such small portions. The pizza is ok for kids.

At first the zipline thing and the climbing walls werent open and we didnt know why. Eventually they opened up in the staff was awesome to us and our children. I just wish they had a more comfortable place for parents to sit.

A lot of fun and good bang for your buck. Tip: finding a less crowded time is a must if you dont want to wait in line for 20 minutes + to get on the ropes course or zip line. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.

Go for the membership and you can come and enjoy your time as much as you like for a reasonable monthly subscription. Mackenzy helped me out to check in today. She and other team members are all friendly and very helpful! The only one thing to note is that your membership is not valid in other cities or regions other than where you bought it from. It can be transferred though with some conditions.
