Call and to verify your appointment time for your load, seems there was a misunderstanding on the appointment time. My paperwork says 900 (which is 9am) but they say its 9pm. So now Im last in line and mind you they take FOR EVER to unload!

Well look, yesterday I came to buy a tent and it turned out that it was incomplete and now I had to return it, everything else I bought is fine, but if the store employees use that equipment they should separate it from the things they Customers take away, it is very unpleasant to come back, and in particular, I also saw many people returning items, I think they should pay more attention to these things... my humble opinion..

I shop here for groceries that I use alot and in big packs. I like it but I do have one complaint.The membership that I supposedly have (I got it online at a discount) they said Im not allowed to shop at the store until 10am and its 9:38am. I told the lady cant I just walk around shopping until 10. I have alot to shop for anyway. She refused so I had to leave. Why didnt no one from the desk tell me that when I got my card. Like really, so unprofessional.

I make this rating 2 years after the first one just to let you know that this BROWNSVILLE store is the only one that has ready-made rotisserie chickens... there is a long line waiting for chickens. Terrible, I bought a Mermbers Mark glucometer and it was damaged so today, Sunday, May 28, I went to the store in Brownsville, Texas to return the product since on Saturday I called to be sure that the pharmacy would be open at To which they answered yes, I proceeded to return it and it turns out that the pharmacy does not open, first a young man helped me. In customer service and then a manager who didnt know how to do it, then asked a crazy lady who said yes it was possible and then it wasnt possible, I went to another associate and she told me no, to the cashier who tried to help me also and nothing, in short I left their damaged device there, I gave it to them, since if we go from Mexico to the USA it is so that they have a lost disposition to solve things. Before there were managers who were aware and more or less aligned with the purpose of service excellence, now they have people in leadership who do not know how a firm like SAMS works. Too bad, I hope that all the people who buy there and things go wrong do not return because you pay for a service and we are not here to allow things as simple as my case to happen because we dont know how to run a store.

While waiting in the queue to place an order at the Store Café, I noticed that the workers were utilizing their personal mobile phones with gloves on while simultaneously prepping food items with those same gloves. Once I was able to place my order, the cashier, Sergio, informed me that they were no longer going to be selling pizza and that they were no longer selling sundaes. When I pointed out the bucket of sundae berry syrup they were using to make sundaes and the pizzas they were prepping, the man rolled his eyes at me and very snarkily said that, There is nothing I can do, those are for the other 8 sundaes in front of you and there wont be enough for your order. And then shrugged his shoulders and dismissed me. I get that youre out of product, but there are better ways to communicate that than being rude to someone who is having a normal, civil conversation with you. Attached is a photo of the incident. 0/10 would not recommend unless you like people being rude to you.

This old lady took her phucken chihuahua into the eating area of the club..they harass club members for a reciet and rescan all your items but they dont say anything about a dam dog/ Ive also seen a huge husky. Untill someone gets bit or slips on piss or dog shi..then they will do something

Corporate really needs to check out this location. Management is as corrupt as the Corleone family in the Godfather with the manager thinking hes Don Corleone. Not only that but it has started to show in the staff and environment in the store. You walk in and it feels like youre passing Customs with all those eyes on you. Going back to the management, last time I was at Sams in Brownsville there was a dang leak from the roof. And I dont mean a light leak cuz it was raining, Im talking about a pipe gushing out water. I hadnt seen that much water falling since I was at Niagara.
