Gran veriedad de articulos para fiestas y tematica de halloween, buena atención por parte de los empleados (aunque a veces muy insistentes en seguirte a todos lados) compre varios paquetes de globos que salieron defectuosos, todos los azules venian con agujeros... pero los demas articulos estan bien, recomiendo mucho el lugar, seguro volveremos.

Very poor costumer service. My wife and I stopped by for some balloons and when she asked one of the employees she didn t even offer to help she just point to the direction where the balloons were at and said to get in line. Very rude and by far the worse experience for my boys 8th birthday party. What a way to ruin our special occasion.

This is literally the place to get all of your party supplies. They have great options for everything from balloons to party favors. However, you can definitely feel the price difference when it comes to certain things. I recommend doing your research to get the best value for what you want. Other than that, the quality is definitely there. Only negative part of the experience was that there was only cashier available and we waited about 20 minutes to check out.

Party City has a little bit of everything. I got their at 8:40pm. I understand the time is close to closing but I was shocked. I asked an employee at what time the store closed and she wasnt sure. She had to look it up on her phone. I can understand a new employee might not know where anything is BUT you would think they would know what time the store opens and closes. Store seemed dirty also.

Went last minute for a few birthday supplies and the wonderful lady at the register took the time to explain the options available for the balloons being purchased and ended making arrangements to make the process a lot easier for us on the actual day of the event. Appreciate that she took pride in her job and took the initiative to help us run things smoother and worry a little less. Sorry for showing up last minute! Lol!

We needed balloons for my Granddaughters birthday on a Saturday. We were told a 2 hr wait. We pd $45 on just balloons and our order was never filled. Only Mothers Day Balloons were. Mothers Day was the next day on Sunday. I dont understand why a 1 yr olds balloons were neglected. Employees were just standing in a group right in front of us talking. Any one of them could have done it. I could have done it. I spent almost $100 in that store and it seemed like the employees couldnt care less about my business. 1st and last time using this party city.
