Had 2 American enchilada plates and 1 beef milanesa plate and it came out to $27.00. food was good but nothing exceptional. Love the home made corn tortillas. I know the enchilada plates where $6.99 each so that makes the Milanesa plate about $12 bucks. That was too much for the Milanesa based on the portion served. Have had cheaper and larger ones at other places. The enchilada plates portions where good for the price.

It is a very comfortable place with a homey feel. The food is very reasonably- priced. I think whatever you get be it breakfast or lunch, you cant get a good eat. P.S. the Gorditas are so good! Parking: So many parking spaces you can always find one.

Ear-blasting Norteño Mexican music karaoke singer one guy in this small neighborhood cafe shop ruined the experience for me on my first visit and I won t be back. Members in our group had to yell and still couldn t hear each other. Flour tortillas were great, but the chorizo omelette I ordered was served as a very flat fried egg with a few flecks of ummmm . was that chorizo? and a tiny bit of cheese. Servers were pleasant and efficient, and I felt sorry for them for having to work with the deafening noise created by a narcissistic person that wouldn t turn down the speaker volume. Food prices were low.

It is a 100% family restaurant, super economical and it is like Eat at home and thats how their friendly staff makes you feel. There are days when a person goes to sing live. Their prices on the lunch special are $3.99 including coffee with filling and the lunch special is $4.99!! And in the meal they include a soup and a tea that has a super delicious filling and for me it is perfect because if you are sad you leave happy with a full belly and a happy heart. The best restaurant in Brownsville if youre looking for Mexican food and super cheap. For me the best Mexican food in Brownsville. The poblano enchiladas are a delicacy and the mole is wow Everything is super delicious. Vegetarian options: Lunches would be an option and you would just have to ask them and they will serve you to your liking. Their food is always delicious and very affordable, especially their morning specials from 7 am to 11 am for only $3.99!!! and then in the afternoon for $4.99!! Parking: They have ample parking Kid-friendliness: They have a super rich and affordable childrens menu and they play cartoons for them. They have chairs for small children. Wheelchair accessibility: You can enter in wheelchairs from the left side of the restaurant and the staff helps you when you need, they take the food to your car or they very kindly accompany you to your car. They are very friendly and you feel at home in a family atmosphere.

The menu says Mexican juevo 2.99 including coffee and tortilla and the childrens menu is 3.99. When we received the bill they charged us $4.99 for each meal and charged us for the omelet and drinks separately for a total of 25.95 when in the past it was half that amount. YOU LOST US AS CUSTOMERS FOREVER

Every since they opened if you lived in Brownsville for so many years it used to be another restaurant before then they closed but couple months later they opened Doras always they been having great great food! Hot! Good amount of food for their prices! RECOMMEND 100 percent you won t regret it!
