Went in as a walk in a few minutes after 6:00pm, mind you, they close at 7:00 pm, and they did not accept me. No one was waiting in the lobby, and it was completely empty. What a waste of time stopping by.

I needed to get a TB test done as my employer required me to get one to get hired. As I was looking for a clinic online, RGV clinic came across and I decided to give them a call. Anna the receptionist was very kind and provided me with great customer service. The price for the test and the follow up was reasonable without insurance. The wait time in the lobby is 5 minutes at the most. I will definitely recommend this place and I will continue to use their services in the future.

Friendly, appointments are scheduled well and have only had short wait times. Dr. Otero really seems to care about the health of his patients. Had some issues with prescription codes sent to insurance but has been corrected. Definitely recommend.

Clinic is clean and beautiful. All staff communicates with a smile on their face which is always nice. Front desk was nice as well. Dr.Otero was amazing. Everything was explained on detail and he truly listens. I came here to establish PCP and my wife will definitely be next. I would highly recommend this clinic. Additionally having labs in-house makes it easier for patients to get their labs done, that was just awesome

My husband just changed PCP to Dr. Otero, and I will be next! It was an amazing experience to have a medical professional of his caliber to take the time to listen, explain, and answer our questions. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and very pleasant to interact with. It was truly a 5+ rating in our opinion!

If you are looking to establish care with a new PCP in Brownsville, this is the place to be. I just attended my first appointment and I was extremely impressed. The office is comfortable and immaculate and the front desk and medical staff are professional, efficient, and kind. My first impressions of Dr. Otero are that he is very professional and knowledgeable and that he is willing to listen to patients concerns. I did not notice event a hint of condescension in his tone. Appointment scheduling and records are also handled very well and I was immediately provided access to a user-friendly patient portal. Finally, EKG and labs are conducted on site, which saves patients time. Highly recommend!

Dr. Otero and his staff are outstanding. I recently had to change physicians due to my insurance and I was very apprehensive about finding someone I felt comfortable with. Well, I hit the doctor lottery. Dr. Otero listens to all your concerns and addresses them. His staff is always so friendly and patient with my many questions. We love this practice so much that all my family members have moved to Dr. Otero. Thank you Dr. Otero and staff for caring for your patients.

I am my parent s provider and ever since I have been taking care of them they have had three PCP doctors. Dr Otero was referred to my parents by a specialist and this has been the best change ever. Dr. Otero is not only the best doctor ever, but he is well-informed and very polite. My parents adore him and I trust Dr. Otero with the care of my parents. I recommend Dr. Otero to everyone who is looking for excellence.

Personalized medicine, as it should be, where the doctor engages in a conversation with his patients without rushing, answering all their questions and at the same time giving each patient time in the agenda. Absolutely the best care I have ever received! Dr Otero is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He is also very compassionate and great to speak with. It s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touch and care for a patient as a person with exceptional quality of medical care.
