Today I visited JcPenney at the Sunrise Mall in Brownsville Texas, I could see that they moved the cash registers but in addition to that it was easy for me to find what I was looking for, dokers pants for me and my wife was able to buy her tennis shoes since they are her favorite purchases , I perceived the store to be very well organized and had offers on many products, everything we bought came with promotions or also very good discounts, it is always the first thing I visit when shopping in Brownsville Texas, I could see that the store is very stocked and also had discounts on mens shoes and tennis shoes, I visited the changing rooms and they were very well maintained with no clothes out of place and enough space, I found a variety of colors in the pants that I bought, I only missed one light pair of pants that was not in my size, I hope to find and buy them on my next visit, my visit was very pleasant, the staff is always active and attentive to serve the customers, the Hallways are very wide and easy to access.

This review is towards the JCPenney Salon and it s employees. I called in advance to make a hair appt, I requested a day off from work, I get no call reminder but as someone with integrity I get there 10 minutes before my appt. The salon staff is late, the person my hair appt was with is a no show. Someone gives her a call and the one I have my appointment is running late 30 minutes. Where s the integrity of keeping your word. I am beyond livid. Never again and do no recommend the salon to anyone especially with the one that can t keep her word , Perla.

I was trying on shirts outside and a lady went it and took all the shirts in the fitting room. My regular shirt and jacket were in there and they took it. A guy helped me find the lady and got me my clothes back. Afterwards I looked for more shirts and another lady helped me pick the perfect one. Great service.

The store manager needs to educate all cashiers on credit inquiries. Make it a priority Manager because I was genuinely interested in opening up a credit card there and I asked before is this a hard or soft credit inquiry, I asked will this affect my credit score and the cashier, she confirmed with a big no. And there it is, it ran as a hard inquiry now I ll have it for 2 years. As if I ll even open the credit card now. The manager needs to do better and train your staff with more skills. They have them running credit scores all for the store numbers
