Everyone here is kind and helpful and very patient with me when i struggle to remember what they just told me they repeat it again with a great attitude. The pharmasist gives me advice shes the best and so is everyone here. This is the best place ive ever been and i feel cared for.

This place should shut down immediately! I walked in since 2:05 Pm and was seated and had me waiting in the waiting area to be seen. At 4:50 PM the front desk told me that since i was a new patient i needed to be registered online. Im very upset this was not told at the beginning of when i arrived. They had me waiting there in pain and discomfort for almost 2 hours for nothing. Why did they wait 5 minutes before closing. NEVER STOPPING HERE AGAIN AND REPORTING THEM TO HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.

Pharmacy employees seem to get bothered when just asking a SIMPLE question & make you get a ticket and wait a whole line , I highly don t recommend you to get your medications here I would suggest you get them somewhere else like Walmart or HEB where staff don t act mean or bothered .

You can t ask a simple question at the pharmacy because they ll quickly get offended if you don t get a number , even for any little question , a waste of time . Some people back there are rude and do not care about the satisfaction they give or if you walk away , no help at all . Please , I recommend you go somewhere else .

Pharmacy staff are rude and grudging towards patients. I had a small stern conversation with a tech about the possibility of having the prescriptions ready earlier than 2 p.m. for my mother (non-English speaker) who was told by someone else in pharmacy that it was possible if we requested upon reordering. She didnt like the tone I set after she gave me the excuse about being short staff. I work in the medical field and I know every department in any facility is short staff, but all I asked was to put a note for the possibility to have it done before 2 p.m. if it was done great and if not thats O.K. I tried. That is not the problem, the real problem was when my mother went on the day the prescriptions were ready. My mother goes through the drive thru and they make her park saying the medications are not ready. She waited more than the wait time was told to her. She comes down and ask one the techs who had helped her very kindly before, if her medicine was ready. She checks and it was ready, it has been ready, but a tech didnt want to give it right away to my mother because apparently her daughter (me) was rude over the phone. As medical professional, no matter the circumstances with patient or family member of patient interaction, you must maintain your composure and deliver good medical care. What this pharmacy tech did was unacceptable.

0 stars, sadly I left due to the fact the staff was more interested in gossip than the patients. Medical assistants acting as actual Registered/Licensed Nurses and calling the shots over the charge nurse because he s too busy doing what everyone knows he s doing. And the pharmacy is the worst of all, they re rude, degrading, talk over the patients, get the medication wrong and then expect the patient to wait 30 minutes to and hour without a please or thank you. There s one lady there that has been there for years, and it s the same attitude every time. The pharmacist especially rude, no compassion, no accountability for the mistakes he and his staff make. My mother has heart failure and every single time she gets her meds there it s a hassle. But if I asked send it to Walmart or H E B oh yes yes right away. No questions asked. I ll give you that, they re good for passing the buck.

Pharmacy here is never right with their words they should hire people with knowledge and letting patients know their medication is ready at the time they said here waiting an hour seriously. If you arnt busy you should have it ready but instead they like to take their sweet time.horrible place to do business with.i dont even know how they are in business still.

I havent seen a doctor in about two years because dr Trinidad left the clinic and this health clinic informed me that when they would hire a dr I would be assigned a dr. Very clean and organized facility. They were requiring temperature checks for all patients, but now just ask you a few screener questions before allowing you inside. Staff are very polite overall, and when they are taking new patients it is a good place for those who may be financially struggling for reasonable priced medical services. They work with Medicaid and many other Insurances is as well. And offer a very reasonable copay.

super rude lady at the drive thru pharmacy... waited almost 2hrs for her to tell me my meds we not ready and said well what do you want me to do. I had to wait another day and wait again in line.when the nurse had already called in my meds for me . apparently they do that because when I got off another man was upset for the same reason.

Um, excuse me. Ive been calling EVERYTHING. the day. They havent answered me. It bothered me a little but with the situation I understood it. Then I went to the clinic in person to pick up some medicine for my daughter. But the line. I was waiting for 30 - 40 minutes for an Asthma medicine, and the lady told me you have to ask for it on the phone. , I explained what happened and he told me that we had to have the refill jars. .That was my first time ordering but I didnt tell him that. It was a waste of time.

They never want to see you, they just say that the doctor is busy and ask what he needs and if you say you have different discomforts or questions they tell you just one as if you want to be sick for pleasure and in the end they just say take Tylenol and yes in a week It stays the same or worse come, so that if the doctor doesnt see you anyway
