We had to go to replace my coffee. When we did the barista did not listen to a word my husband was saying. We wanted an extra coffee and a cookie and she comes back with one coffee. We got no apology. And said that a white mocha was called a snowy mocha that s great they could ve of told my husband that the first time he came! Barista really needs to pay attention or confirm orders instead of just walking away.

Quick service in the afternoon, but leave early to spare a couple of minutes for the morning rush if you want some coffee in the mornings. The 6 to 8 a.m. rush is a challenge, youve been warned. From what I can see, its a four person team, they work efficiently enough. I personally think that the app they have fell short, I was unable to utilize the point I supposedly accumulated from going there. The reason being, the app never works properly for me. However, thats not enough for a decrease in stars because they dont lead with it often in conversation, which could mean its not brought up or used as often as I thought from fellow customers. I came for the coffee, but I kept coming for the breakfast sandwiches. Feel free to give it a try!

Used to love this place. Second time in a month that I have to go back and get a coffee replacement. All the high school girls they hire to prepare gourmet coffee are far from being baristas and its very noticeable. I ordered a vanilla latte, warm temperature and all I got was tasteless extra hot milk. When I went to the window to get a new one, one of the girls confimed my coffee was missing the vanilla flavor. They are not paying attention to orders and customers. Never again!

Love the coffee here. My siblings especially live the Italian soda on the kids menu. Sometimes, the service is slow but worth the wait, depending on what you get. The workers are nice and mostly efficient in taking and handing out the orders. If you dont want coffee and like green tea or sweet things like vanilla, I would recommend the green tea smoothie. If you want to step it up with some fruit-like taste, add blackberry.

This place is gr-8. Great service and nice staff. I tend to get off and place my order they are nice in explaining things that you dont understand so we are good with it. We absolutely love it here especially when the bean is given with the coffee. Its one of my daughters favorite places. I ended up getting the app for my phone because when we get the chance to we go here alot it was our go too for this passed spring break. Staff is super nice and friendly. It also took me a little while to figure out what a muffin top was too. But thank you so much to the human bean for starting most of our days!! worst customer service experience ever. i get it, people have a bad day.. but that doesn t give you the right to be ugly to others. The Manager (GIO) that took our order at the drive thru was in such a hurry to finish taking our order. Then i mentioned it to the girl in the window she said it wasn t her. Then proceeded to tell GIO & both just laughed it off. ok cool. Terrible experience, i was ordering a coffee & there s an event going on next door that I did not know was going on and the lady at the front was extremely rude. She cut me off midway me ordering and said are your going to the even ? If so you can only be here for 10mins and then you guys have to go I stopped ordering and took my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this place. Super rude people ! response to the comment below i was not parked in a fire lane. I know the event had nothing to do with the Human Bean. So why tell me to move & I didn t not exit my vehicle and walk towards the event, that is a straight lie & no customers were complaining about blocking anyone because I was in your parking spaces. Despite only being a drive-through coffee shop, the coffee is one of the best in terms of flavor and consistency. It used to be amazing, order was always perfect no matter what it was. For the past 2 months or so I havent had a decent drink whether iced coffee or redbull smoothie. Something has changed. Staff is always friendly but what good does that do if the drinks dont taste good. I am 74 points away from platinum, so Ive have my good share of drinks from here. Called to confirm non-dairy milks: soy, almond, coconut and almond. Iced Soy latte was much better than the lattes I had on the island. I was surprised by the chocolate covered coffee bean. On 6/9/22 I took my daughter to purchase a green apple blended red bull the pricing on the menu said they were $4.25-$5.75, roughly, I may be off on the change some. We were asked if we wanted a 16 or 32oz and she wanted 16oz beings that it appeared to be the cheeper listed price. When we pulled forward we were charged $7.04. When I questioned the girl working on the price all she said was that it s expensive because it s Red Bull and then asked if we still wanted the drink. We said yes but that the listed price should reflect what you will be charged. I do understand tax would effect this but not by almost $3. The drink was also poorly made and didn t seem to have any flavoring at all. I could have bought her a 16oz can of red bull for $4 that actually tasted good. Complete waste of time and money.

i absolutely love going to the human bean for my regular coffee. it s become a daily ritual and all the employees are so nice and friendly. while waiting for my drink i actually got to talk to the manager and found out we had many things in common including our love for the korean pop band BTS. She was so kind and radiant and just a ray of sunshine to be around. She gave me a couple of stickers she had at the time and made me feel welcome. starbucks used to be my go to but i ve converted to the human bean and it s been the best decision ever. if you re looking for fast service, delicious coffee and amazing baristas then the human bean is the place to go.

I really liked this place when they opened and i kept coming back. Each time service declined but today was the worst. I ordered an iced coffee americano like i always do and my coffee was old and short changed my drink should have had 5 shots of expresso instead it was an iced less water down drink. I also requested a baked good, like i have done so in the past for my kids warm and the cashier stated they do not warm the bake goods... i told her they that it had bee. Manager will talk down on you while being a grown woman, I haven t worked here and when I left they continued to gossip like children to other employees. Visited my new current place of work and laughed and gossiped. Not to mention the owner is just as bad. Decent place HORRIBLE management. They appear to seem sweet but behind closed doors it s everything but that.

Simply AMAZING!!! Phenomenal staff with the highest quality of customer service that I have received in a very long time. The entire store feels very personalized. With every holiday or season, they add small touches on the cups/bags personally handwritten or stamped. I have come across the owner of the store twice at the location (one after Thanksgiving) and he is highly involved with making sure the customer is satisfied. On one occasion he personally asked me to taste my drink and if I didnt like it, they could remake it. On the other encounter, he gave me a free drink so that I could try it because I asked what the difference was between two of their drinks. How amazing is this?! To have the owner work alongside his employees and ensure the customer is getting what they want! This explains why his employees have all been awesome. And on top of all of this.... Delicious flavorful coffee, scrumptious muffin tops and they carry multiple sugar free drink options!!! Needless to say, they have gained a long time customer. Thank you and Great job to everyone at this location!

We are visiting from San Antonio and we were looking for a good coffee shop (we dont like starbucks) and we are SO HAPPY to have found The Human Bean coffee shop. We ordered a cappuccino, caramel hazelnut coffee , hot chocolate, and pastries. EVERYTHING was delicious! Outstanding customer service!! We will definitely be back when we are in town again.

Taste and price much better than Starbucks. My goto is the regular brewed coffee but have tried a few of the Breves, Mmmmm. The chocolate covered coffee bean you get with your drink is awesome. I buy a pack every once in a while. Breakfast sandwich is great too. Don t remember which one I had but it was hot, crisp and hit the spot. Car-mates have gotten teas and iced coffees which looked great. As far as the service, top notch. You need to try this place. It won t disappoint.
