Went to pick up Fundraiser wings, received them within 5 minutes, great ! Ordered 2 Burger Combos after and received them after 10 orders from people who entered and ordered after me. Took nearly an hour for 2 burgers. Terrible service and staff didn t even acknowledge the wait time or did anything to compensate. Terrible first Wingbarn experience, won t be returning.

Check your to go order before leaving the restaurant. I got home to find half my order missing. When I drove back to get the rest of my food I asked to speak to the manager. I told him I wasnt accustomed to making two trips for one order. His response oh well, were all human, it was a mistake. Speaking of mistakes, Ill never make the mistake of patronizing this poorly managed place again. Dont even think about reaching out to their upper management. They have no contact info on their website.

1st time coming here and Im from out of town. No hospitality customer service was almost to 0 lady at register just asked if I was picking up I said no im going to order well so much for that no one else came and she was stuck with the same lady for a good minute. Customer service has always been important to me at this point its like they definitely need to hire more people and train them well. And it wasnt even packed oh well Wingstop here I come.

The boneless wings taste like MC chickens and the chicken was over cooked.The hamburger buns are dry and mid and lack taste. It would be nice if the beer is ice cold when served. The staff is friendly and polite. The outside area was covered in a layer of dirt. The only thing enjoyable was the fries. Its crazy how they still have seria mist in the fountain machine. I came with an appetite but the unsettling flavor through that out the window.

Called 15 min before 12pm to do a order over the phone and the lady with the bad makeup left me waiting for 13 min on the line after that she or someone else there ended the call. call back again and she was really rude so i hung up the call to make the order in person!! got to the place did my order like nothing happend and waited 45 min to not get my food see other people after me getting their stuff . I really loved the wings from this place, but they definitely need to improved their service. Every time I go they always messed up my order either I m missing the fries or my fried Oreos. It s their mistake & then they have me wait for 20 minutes or more and I end up eating cold food. Today, specifically my daughter got off to pick up the order & when she got to the car I checked because Iike I said it always happens that they forget something & sure enough they had forgotten the order of fried Oreos. My daughter goes back with the receipt and one of the employees asked her to bring back the whole order, she comes to the car & takes it back. Then, I got off to check what was going on because my daughter was taking a long time & as I walk in the employees were just standing there talking and joking around while my food is getting cold because I was waiting for my missing items. They had very few customers & the employees were just there talking and I had to wait for about 20 minutes just for my missing order. This definitely needs more organization to avoid situations like this.

I have been to the wing barn in Olmito and so I thought this location would be good too. First the place was very smoky. When we got there it was like 8:40 pm and shortly after my husband received his food. He wanted to wait for at least my 3 year old to get his food before eating but the food took forever. It was 9:30 and we still had not received our food. I saw another table get their food first even though we had gotten there way before they did. After we finally got our food maybe around 9:45 when I had to speak to the manager. We asked if they could remake my husbands burgers because it got cold. The servers and the manager were nice enough to accommodate. However when we got our burger back it was made wrong. And the buns were burned. They gave us the $4 back for the additional patty that we had originally asked for since my husband just wanted to it. However he did not like the burger so left it. This morning I threw up violently and have been so sick. And I know its from this place because I had not eaten since the morning and I had been perfectly fine all day. Then during the day my husband threw up as well. Needless to say that is a lawsuit waiting to happen for food poisoning. We will definitely never go back to Wing Barn at least the one at this location. Way to expensive to be getting sick like this.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this Wing Barn location, I have always liked the wings at this place but on my visit yesterday I got several wings that were not sewn well, you could see the redness of the meat where they needed to be sewn, I spoke with the manager Oscar, and when I told him that the wings were raw, his response was well thats how he ordered them what a lack of experience and what a poor way to treat a customer, he didnt even seem interested in doing anything about it, other than that very bad face, like he was in a bad mood, last time I go to that place

I was there last night as part of a fundraiser event. I went to pick up two plates, I was attended by a girl named Mia B. After 30 minutes of waiting I went up to her to ask her when my food would be ready, to which she relied it was ready and was sitting on their shelve. Apparently it had been there for a while. I told her why would you ask me for my phone number then, to which she said they had shouted my name. That was a total lie, was sitting by their kitchen and they never said my name. After that she started making faces at me, even when I purchased some dressing she charged me with attitude. The food was not good, I understand it s a fundraiser so you don t make much on it but c mon and the fact that the food sat there for a while made it worse as it got cold and soggy. I can let the food part go but the treatment if this young lady doesn t want to deal with people she s in the wrong place. I m not going back to this location.

The food was hard and stale. Fries, onion rings, tenders (Wednesday special) , absolutely horrible. Initially let them know fries were cold, the brought out warm hard fries. Maybe you get lucky, but this place could use some quality control.

Our lunch today was terrible. I think road kill would have tasted better. The cheese burger must have come from an steer. The fries were cold. I will never darken their doorway again. The owners of this place should get out of this business and run a junk yard instead Tom

Food was amazing, server Andrea was super nice and patient with me and recommended the Thai sesame flavor. Couldn t be happier with the many flavors they had. Will definitely go back for 50 cent wings!

Very unfortunate to write this review. From the get go I knew I was going to have a bad experience. From taking the order, customer service and getting the order ready was bad. Please do better. For everyone reading this please consider going somewhere else for wings and spend your hard earn money.
