The portions of food were too small for the price they charge. Also, the water has a particular taste, and everything that evolved water has that same taste. Also, the tip for a large party is already included in the bill. The waitres was really nice.

Quesabirria tacos weren t dipped in the consume and grilled which was really disappointing. The rest of the food was good. Had a really nice time otherwise. Edit: they did come with consume but you should drop the tortilla in the consume and then grill it during assemble to cook the flavor into it.

Been here 3 times. The first time was Ok, not great, just Ok. The second time I waited on one drink for 20 mins. l literally stepped outside on the phone and had a whole conversation, came back and still no drink. The food was nothing spectacular. Today after a few months I decided to try again. Sat down as he got our drink order. Its been 15 mins and no drinks, being mindful there is only one guy taking orders and sitting people as they are still coming through the door, the other staff are hardly of any help or pretend they dont speak English. Sat there for 10 more mins before walking out. Never again. The waiter is nice but he cannot do it alone. Pathetic.

Great Dinner experience, we ordered their top shelf margaritas which were delicious. We ordered the mushroom appetizer, the molcajete surf and turf, and churros for dessert. We really enjoyed the attentiveness not just from our server but from other employees who would stop by to check on us. Parking lot looked full but they have a lot of tables to sit down a big crowd. One thing you need to know about any food place in Bridge City. Everything is overpriced. So many plant hands live in this town that every restaurant, store, market, has station.. everything is overpriced cause these residents make bank. If youre traveling through, just keep going. This restaurant, in particular, has jumped their prices so high youre paying $20 or more per person. Thats insane. We stopped in before hitting the new brewery, which is also pricey, and after getting water and chips, we left. Its cheaper to eat and drink at the brewery. The food here is not good enough to pay that much. Disappointed they got on the overpriced wagon. Never going back.

Just an average Mexican restaurant. My GF and I had the Carne la Mexicana. The meat portion was small. They spread the rice and beans on the plate to make it look like it s a lot, but it s not. Food was cold when it got to the table. Server brought me the check when I was even done with my plate. Not sure if her shift was ending and she wanted the tip. Didn t ask me if I wanted dessert. My GF said the margarita was good. Also, chip and salsa was good.

This is my third time visiting this place. It s super clean very friendly staff and definitely delicious! I was lucky to meet Jessa who she helped explaining all the dishes and she was fast! I had the house margarita & my husband had some other fruity margarita ($14)They were good but $11 for a house marg is kind of expensive imo. We also ordered the white queso (7.25 for a small). I always get excited when I find the white dip. It looked good but for starters it wasnt even warm when they brought it out & I had to ask someone to heat it up & second, it was just bland. I tried to like it but meh. The salsa had a weird sweetness to it. Dont care for sweet salsa. It did have a good kick to it. It wasnt bad just not our thing. The food was excellent & the portions were big. The yellow cheese dip I tried on my chicken wasnt good at all. Fairly certain its the cheese in a can stuff. Im not at a high school football game or a bowling alley. Im sitting in a Mexican restaurant so I expect better. Our bill for 2 people with drinks & queso plus entrees was $75 ($90 with tip). Kind of expensive. If I pay $7.25 for a tiny cup of cheese dip it better be good (Were not from the area. We live further down the coast. Our Mexican place at home we can order the same stuff & its under $50 (w/tip) & its always great. So dont come at me about getting what you pay for)

My wife and I along with friends and family always end up here to enjoy lunch or dinner. The food is great and so is the service. Sometimes the the service slows down just a touch but for a good reason. THEY GET BUSY! , That is far from a deal breaker for this restaurant because the atmosphere is great especially when all the friends come to join us. I work near the place but since they reopened it hadnt happened, I arrived looking for a shrimp cocktail to satisfy my palate but definitely what they served me was far from what I know, the shrimp were not fresh and without flavor and some condiment that did not have they also put, expensive and not good, not even the tomato sauce and Valentina sauce helped to improve or correct the flavor. Otherwise, the servers were fine, the appetizer chips tasted like rancid oil.

We went for dinner and this place did a great job with the presentation of the food and with the flavors. I had the tilapia with shrimp. It was covered in a spicy, yet mild sweet sauce. The shrimp was tender. It was very satisfying. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. I gave it a 5 star because the flavors were combined very well and the place was very clean. Seating accommodations were perfect for our group. We sat in the patio. It was private, quiet, and there was a nice breeze. Great shading! Thank you.

The girl that was working the register was the sweetest. Ive been in this industry 28 years now. I can tell you she was the only person that didnt look so confused by what I said. The server that came and punched a lot of buttons putting our order in was lost. So lost that when she finished the total for TWO people was $71.36. Not complaining I paid and waited at the bar. Where the bartender had to mix 2 different vodkas and get manager for a simple vodka rocks drink. Now since Im in the service industry we take care of our own. I tipped the bartender $9 on a $10 tab and the cashier $5. Only when I got my food home, well to the hotel, it was so wrong! Tomatoes all over it and Im allergic. Tacos made with ground beef not fajita. I called and said something. Only to not have a management fix the problems with a $71 meal but the cashier offered to pay to replace the meal. Im not from here but I will be there tomorrow. To discuss the mistakes that were all over a $71meal with the manager!
