First time here, it was very pleasant. Nice small quaint seating and employees were very courteous and friendly. We had Strawberry Cheesecake and the Banana Nutella. Very rich and tasty, we will be going back.

Probably one of my favorite places to eat in Belton. I have a gluten sensitivity so when I found out they had gluten free crepes I was ecstatic. Then I tried them and couldn t believe how delicious they were. I also love their French onion soup. I m so happy this place is only 7 min from my house!

This place was so cute! My boyfriend and I were looking for a place for breakfast and the menu selection was extensive, the crepe portions were huge, and the inside aesthetic was like stepping into a French cafe. We will definitely be coming back!

Early Light Creperie is exactly what an area like Belton needs. You can immediately detect the level of intention and consideration that goes into the menu, ingredients, and preparation. Whether youre looking for a sweet crepe or a savory one, this is THE place to go. Personally, I enjoyed the Turkey & Pesto crepe. I would be remiss if I didnt mention that the best crepe Id had previously was in New Orleans - and this one absolutely met that standard, if not exceeded it! If youre looking for some culture, tradition, and wonderful food & service, do yourself a favor and stop in at Early Light Creperie!

So glad I found this place, I ordered the bananas foster crape and a chai tea and it was so delicious! I will 100% be going again and bringing all my family and friends. Such amazing owners and I enjoyed it so much for my mother daughter day!

We had no idea this place existed but Im glad we found it. Amazing crepes and wonderful service. The crepes are massive. The hardest decision is whether to get savory or sweet. Just bring a friend and share.

YALL COME GET THESE CREPES. The Temple/ Belton area has been in sore need of some excellent local restaurants- and this place certainly fits the bill. I feel lucky that Early Light opened their doors! Very friendly people and great food. Would highly recommend the Monte Cristo, Lemon Blueberry and their amazing French onion soup

Ate breakfast here this morning and had the bananas foster crepes. It is the best breakfast I have had so far in Belton and I moved here in 2021. I am coming back on my birthday, it is so good!

WOW! Cozy and inviting atmosphere, friendly mother/daughter duo, and incredible food! We tried 2 savory and 3 sweet crepes and they re all absolutely delicious. Also had a French press coffee while eating in. I can t have gluten and theyre very knowledgeable about it - to make sure they limit the risk of cross contamination (though it is a mixed kitchen - so if you re celiac, keep that in mind). Per their website, I called them before I headed over and let them know how many crepes I d be ordering that are GF so they could prep the batter before I arrived. Dined in, and then ordered several additional items to. Will definitely go back! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free friendly! Just call them ahead so they can prep the batter, and if needed, heat up the designated GF skillet.

My husband and I discovered this wonderful restaurant about 10 days ago, and weve been back 3 times already. My husband is completely in love with their Strawberry Cheesecake Crepe and my very favorite is the Apple Pie Crepe. It is to die for seriously! We each had the French Hot Chocolate. You must try it. The menu has both Sweet and Savory Crepes. Also they featured a chicken salad croissant sandwich and french onion soup. The 1st week we visited Early Light Creperie there was a huge Carrot Cake made by Alice. So beautifully decorated and quite a few slices had been taken from it! The next time we went, there were Cinnamon Rolls also hand made by Alice! They smelled heavenly. This charming French themed Creperie is run by two sweet ladies that are so warm and friendly. The decor has a beautiful Christmas tree right now. There is an Eifel Tower Water dispenser filled with ice cold water and citrus fruit. The entire restaurant is neat as a pin. This restaurant is a must try. I promise you will be thrilled!

The crepes are great! I ordered one to share with my toddler, but he ate most of it! So next time I ll get him one from the kids menu and one all for myself. Also, my father loved the cruffins! Said they were delicious. Too delicious to share, apparently. Seems to be a genetic trait in my family Update: Came here to add that they also have the BEST hot chocolate in town.

Get anything on the menu and you will be very pleased! I have had so many of their items and I have never been disappointed. The cinnamon sugar cruffins are to die for. So soft and buttery inside but also perfectly crispy and flaky outside. The perfect mother/daughter French eatery.

Found this hidden gem this morning by accident and am so glad I did. My tastebuds were set on something sweet but when I read the menu I opted for Croque Monsieur. So savory delicious. The Ladies were pleasantly friendly, food outstanding and the bathroom clean. The decor is a bit bland but it wont stop me from coming back trying more of these delicious crepes.
