This firm has had several opportunities to do a great job and just hasnt. Although they are friendly, they arent responsive or effective. First opportunity, revising a very simple will that this same firm had developed 7 years ago. Typos and various errors, back and forth with a paralegal for over a month, and during the phone call to finalize, the paralegal did not even listen to the questions being asked, she just talked over my questions. The result was to just notarize what they had developed and take the document to another attorney for review. Second opportunity - we contacted Bailey & Galyen on a Friday evening for advice on a potential criminal matter. A person was being detained and we needed timely advice. We contacted the office around 9pm on one phone number, and a man who barely spoke english took our information and said an attorney would contact us soon. At 2 am we contacted Bailey & Galyen on a different number, and a woman took our information and said someone would contact us shortly. At 5am we used the text method to ask for assistance. Thankfully we did find an attorney to provide advice in the situation but it wasnt Bailey & Galyen. This firm never returned my calls, and finally sent an email on the following Tuesday. If you need actual representation in a timely manner, this is not the attorney to call.

When I first started my journey with social security nothing seamed to go right. Then my husband called Bailey & Galyen. There was communication from the very beginning. My phone calls were always answered with a pleasant attitude all the time. Kathryn Mousa was more than just a paralegal she became a friend. my attorney Ian Croall gave me hope, and acknowledged that I actually could get disability. I would refer anyone to Bailey & Galen. Horrible experience. My lawyer was more concerned with his bigger clients. He missed a hearing that cost me. His staff told me they would contact me early morning two days in a row over an important matter and in both days I had to call repeatedly in the evening and demand to talk with someone as I was being blown off. I was told that the restraining order the lawyer himself recommended would not be signed due to the judge not being in town during those two days which allowed the other party time to hire a lawyer and he failed to respond when he was asked multiple times why we were not filing a restraining order on also the actual person making threats. He even made a gesture following one of the hearings with his middle finger towards me as he was rubbing his eye. Could be coincidence but I dont know considering how unprofessional he was. He said I was unprofessional to his staff when I demanded to speak to someone but no, it was an urgent matter that his staff failed to communicate with me on. He also tried withdrawing as my attorney when I emailed him emails from the opposing party. He said it was unprofessional and that I needed to remove him from the emails. The same day he had an order made to withdraw as my counsel. Luckily I was already looking for another lawyer and was about to fire him and I told him I would sign it if he changed the wording in it to lack of miscommunication from him and his team. Amazingly he did just that too. In response to your response Bailey and G, what else can you do for me? What did your firm do for me besides take my money, waste my time, and more importantly cost me more time with my son while the 2 people who put my son in harms way got away with their nonsense. So until you reimburse me for the horrible service I was provided and/or get me my time with my son back ill have to ask that you calmy stop giving fake and empty apologies and offerings of what else you can do.

Update: I was finally able to speak to one of the attorneys on Friday afternoon and he was sympathetic to my concerns about lack of communications from his office. He apologized and advised me that I would receive 2 more follow-up calls soon. I received one the very next day and was pleased by the assistance from Jonathan. Top notch B&G employee . The 2nd day after his call, I received another call from the other employee who is also involved in my case. I appreciate all 3 of the persons that I have spoken to over the past 3 days. Thank you for your customer service . Thus I can now rate B&G as a 5 star . Hired this firm in Bedford back in early June. I have talked to them 3 times. I have called 3 times in 3 days this week and the first time couldnt get through to leave a message or talk to someone. 2nd day talked to someone and they said my legal assistant would call me back. No call yet. 3rd day same excuse. I am highly frustrated to say the least.

As a client to the firm for 9 months am very disappointed on how my case turned out I invested over 4 grand and received horrible news today that my attorney no longer works for the firm. And new attorney sign to case says she cant do anything now my case will be closing and am back to square one with a new debit payment to them. Only if other attorney could off told me she cant help with the case I would of never hire her. Every case is different but I feel like I was robbed she should have never taken my hard working money. Got into a bad car wreck and hired Bailey & Galyen to handle my personal injury claim. From start to finish they have been amazing! I was looking for a lawyer to help me with my injustice and when I talked to the secretary, she was very rude. I asked very simple questions and instead of answering them, she just kept repeating herself about if I wanted to book the consultation or not. All I asked was if there was a chance I would not be able to get representation, bc she was saying I had to come in person for it. I only asked bc I have a crazy schedule and it s hard to make space for that, especially if i could get told no and have to keep looking. That s a lot of time to take off to just get rejected. Anywho, so bc I asked if there was a chance I would get turned away, she just hung up on me. I thought, of jeez, maybe it hung up? Bc why would she be so mad? I wasn t even being rude! I genuinely needed to know so I could decide if it was worth it or if I should choose to talk with other lawyers (due to my schedule). I even explained it to her like that so she would know. And she literally never said yes there s a chance you won t get picked up. She just kept saying do you want to book it or not and ignored me. So I asked her why? Then she hung up, I called back bc I truly thought it was an accident. But it was blocked from me to call. That s crazy, and shows how terrible the client service would have been. I just wanted to know so I could make a scheduling decision. If you ask me, I would never want someone that rude representing my business. I actually was referred to this law firm and when I told him what happened, he said he wasn t going to deal with them anymore either. So, now two potential clients down the drain, and two bad reviews. Solely off one front office bad attitude, and she s not even the lawyer. The front office can make or break you. So I ll take my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience My time with Bailey and Galyen has been nothing short of a night mare. Arlington/Mansfield location Genine Ware attorney, my simple child support case (I actually could ve done on my own) but I wanted the guidance and support of legal counsel ended up costing stress, inconvenience and thousands of dollars! My attorney was late each time, no contact, unprepared in court (even was questioned by the judge) and unjust charges that do NOT match up to the work! My case has been over for several months and I just got a notice of a final bill with no invoice attached that says I owe another 1,700 on top of everything I already paid! This is unlawful false pricing and over charging. I do not rightfully owe this and I encourage everyone to do their due diligence and steer clear of Bailey and Galyen.

This firm is a joke. I would not hire them anymore. My attorney, Cody Jordan, showed up late to my hearing without contacting me whatsoever and charged me for the time he was absent. He also charged me 175 dollars for changing one word on my final order. He did not keep in contact with me and started acting on my behalf without consulting me continuously charging me for things I was not aware of. He just wanted to drag out my case to continue to charge me for something I could ve done myself.

The consultation was worthless. I told them upfront what I already knew and was looking for some information regarding my rights. He spent the entire 30 minutes talking about himself and then giving me information that was available via Google. He couldn t even tell me what lawsuit could be filed on my behalf. Colossal waste of money.
