Waitress as not attentive, they werent busy at all, sent the steak back 3 times cause it wasn t cooked right. Apparently is you ask for an extra flame seared steak the cook is not competent enough for the request. Left and went to Texas road house. This is my second bad experience at this facility. 08/15/2024 Lunch. As usual, my wife and I shared a steak today for lunch. We shared the 20 ounce Outlaw Ribeye and a salad. As always, the steak was delicious and a delight to eat. Adewunmi, our server (aka Thomas) today was excellent (5 star good). Ask for him if you want great service. He made a very good meal an excellent experience for us today, and I wanted to make you aware of him for when youre ready to go there for a steak. Another nice thing was that the kitchen split the meal in half for us. And divided the steak and potato onto separate plates before serving us. Lunch was 5 star all the way today. From the food to the service, our meal was uniquely satisfying. The only drawback was that the music was a bit loud, but we were having too good of a time to mention it. Rating first impressions: Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. V Good: Better than I expected. Avg: An everyday meal. Good food. Fair: Below par. Dirty & or flies.

I come to this location specifically twice a month when I come to town to see my daughter. I would say 90% of the time the food is great, The staff is great as well. However this time in particular was definitely different. We get the exact same thing every time Parmesan crusted chicken. The chicken was so cold that it did not even melt half of the cheese on top of it. However someone like myself who has not ate in about 29 hours is practically starving as well as a 7-year-old daughter complaining that her stomach hurts cuz shes hungry. We went ahead and ate some of it. Certainly did not eat all of it. And just could not partake anymore. So we put it to the side never got asked how are food was. And Im not exactly the type Its going to complain to the waitress. If anything I would rather complain to the person who made it Nonetheless the service was decent this time not the best Ive ever had here. But because of the condition of the food. I will start finding another place to take my daughter elsewhere. I take my other daughter at the San Antonio location to the longhorn Steakhouse there.Guess because of this experience I will no longer be eating at longhorn. I have been a loyal customer for many many years who eats out here at least two to four times a month. Customer lost.

Our recent visit to this location last Sunday was extremely disappointing. Due to the negative experiences we had, we have no desire to return. While everyone around us received their salads and meals promptly, we were left waiting for our salads. I had to seek out the manager to inquire about our order. When the salads finally arrived, they were incorrect. The manager apologized and claimed he put our order on the fast track. However, our waiter seemed to have disappeared. After we finished our salads and noticed others finishing their meals, the manager went around asking about the food quality at each table. Despite seeing that we had not received our food, he neglected our table. When we finally received our meals, my dads steak was overcooked and the ribs were not as flavorful as usual. Our waiter returned to ask if we needed anything, and my dad requested more coffee, which never arrived. Instead, the waiter took his coffee cup and never came back. This unfortunate experience occurred during my dads birthday dinner, making it a disappointing and frustrating occasion due to the poor service.

Came here for lunch one day to get the hamburgers. I was very impressed as was my wife. Hamburgers really quite good, I asked the waiter if the burgers were grilled. He said they werent. I want to preface this by saying I never write reviews unless I truly feel an enormous problem exists at an establishment. We visit Longhorn regularly (almost weekly) and our last visit was the worst experience we ve ever had at a local restaurant. Destiney was our waitress and she was incredibly rude from beginning to end and made us both feel extremely uncomfortable. She didn t stop and get our drinks until we d been waiting more than 10 minutes and that s because we flagged her down. It was all downhill from there. I understand having a bad day, but the table she was taking care of right next to us and others around us got all smiles, refilled drinks, and regular check ins. Meanwhile our drinks were never refilled once, our salads never came out, and our steaks were not cooked correctly. In fact, she didn t even bring our food out (someone else did) and she never came back to check on us. We had to flag someone else down to address the incorrect steak temperatures, needing steak sauce and missing salads. We also asked for our steaks to be cooked on the grill, and they weren t nor where we offered it to be corrected in any way. We never got any refills and continued to be ignored despite several attempts to get her attention when she was visiting the booth directly across from us. It was unreal. She refused to even bring us our check or a to go box. We ended up getting up and finding her to ask for a box and the check. She then sent someone else out with our check and no box. There happened to be to go boxes sitting behind me that I was able to grab for myself. We waited longer to have our payment taken. Again, someone else was sent out to handle it while she continued helping other tables around us. I was completely blown away by this treatment, especially considering how often we ve visited with great service. No manager addressed the issues, nor did any of the stand ins. So, beware if you re hoping to be treated with basic decency while visiting this establishment.

6/24/24--price goes up services goes . I drove back to the restaurant and told the person they can keep the order. Mashed potatoes and broccoli not sweet potato and whatever small 4 trees of broccoli you can find around the restaurant. Everyone doing take out orders check your order 12/2/21 update--your manager and customer service did not try to reach out to the credit card I used to pay for the order. All the information was on the email that your customer service representative sent to me. I gave you the name of the persons card that I used please between your customers service rep and the manager/employee that process the card for $73 and change you should know who you billed for the wrongfully cook steaks. 11/22/21-13:50 Update from the 11/13 comments as of 11/20@12:22 I received an email from Longhornss and it is a $30 gift card from I guess customer relations staff. Why am I receiving this gift card when I was not the one you billed $73 and some change to their credit card. I told you the name of the person and you could have asked me for their information so you could reach out them. 2 Rib Eyes was burn tasting to them and my Outlaw Ribeye was lacking in seasoning. A $30 gift card would only pay for one of the dinners and maybe a dessert. This family under my recommendation wanted to eat from your restaurant. You have the name. I await another from your establishment. 11/13/21-13:00 Zero seasoning on my Outlaw steak until the consistency of the chefs get better no more steaks from here(Medium not Done steaks) 12/10/22-11:35 Dear management: make sure all your severs/waiters/take out waiters knows the menu. Train them do not double knot the bag the items are in before giving them to the customer so that they can check to see if all the items they order is in the bag being that the waiters do not know what accompanies the items that customer wanted. Food ok seasoned right. Wish my chicken fried chicken had its mashed potatoes I ordered. The Arnold Palmers taste great, and to the staff member that open the door for me and she was not even on the clock yet that assistant me, Thank you and I owe you. P.S. a certain bartender need a raise that is the only reason why I come back to the restaurant but he was not there on today... 5/19/23 Went to this place twice this week order the chicken salad...both times the meat, chicken was seasoned perfectly applauding you guys because its been a while since this happen. They was under staff/or other people was doing other things as another customer told me she was waiting for 5 minutes an no one try to help her. This woman look like she worked in the medical field. After this person was helped staff took my order and it took appropriate amount time to get my order out. Taste of food 4 stars; staff being at their station and ready to help customers 1 star. (This is out of 5 stars, 5 being the best)

When we arrived there was no host (5 minutes waiting for us to be assigned a table) We were served by 3 different waiters and we had to place the order for each one and in the end a fourth waiter arrived to serve the food. and we didnt see them again even when we called them to ask for more drinks, cutlery, ketchup, water... In short, the service is getting worse and worse. So the service is getting worse and worse. And what a shame because it is one of my favorite places. The cologne wait staff (management) wears flares my allergies. 50% of our visits the unsweetened tea is mixed with sweet tea. Waitstaff doesnt listen to order, ask for lemon receive no lemon. I could go on & on. Lunch vs Supper menu. There is no value in lunch menu if anything its worst deals. Blame most of to management and very easy fix.

Went there for my husbands birthday. As they do not take reservations I called on Thursday to let them know that I had a party of about 25 people for Saturday at 6 p M. We got there and checked in and they ended up with 2 parties with the same name. One of the parties was seated our party was not most of the 25 people in my party left and are else where as did 10 people left with us and ate elsewhere I give this place a very low rate for not having a way to make sure all customers are aware of what is going on. It was ridiculous after waiting 1.5 hours, which is fine considering we had a large party, for them to allow another party to basically sit at our table prior to anyone actually being sat. I spoke to a manager after she spoke to my wife about another customer being hit in the head by a piece of their decor. She assured me that that table was supposed to be ours. After about 5 minutes of back an forth from employees and the two ladies that sat down without actually being sat by the restaurant over half the party left to go across the street to Roadhouse where we were met with a smile and a expedited seating time.

You have lost our business for forever. We had a party of 25 with a reservation at 6. We waited for 1hr an half. For another party to sit at our table without permission and instead of making them get up you let them sit there thats ridiculous. Thanks for ruining our dads 70th birthday party.

11:15 am. I Sat at the bar to order for at least 10min. No one came out to bar area. Finally after 12min I was approached. Placed my order to go. Then waiting another 30min. my order is not yet ready. It was just a hamburger with fries. Asked employee to check on my food .He claims there was a big order before mine and thats why its taking so long.I waited about another 6min.I told him that I had to leave . He had not charged me for the food yet so I left. Wow! All I wanted was a hamburger.

If your looking for a top notch steak and just an all out great place to eat. You have to check this place out! That Outlaw Ribeye is just bad to the bone. Literally!! Steak sauce is absolutely unnecessary. The service is a little hit and miss but i think its because of how busy they can get. The atmosphere is great and the food is consistent. Great place in Southeast Texas for sure

Had the Ribeye. Highly recommend medium well. As you can see this is a steak house. I was glad I chose a steak today. Service was good although they took my cell number I didnt get the notification until after I sat down. Strange set up however glad to get a nice table. My wife was very impressed therefore we will be back.

As usual even if they are swamped the staff and food are always above and beyond expectations. As long as you arent expecting your steaks in the same amount of time as it takes a McDouble to get tossed to ya in your car you should be good. Parking: Plenty of parking directly around the establishment in an almost full 360° with some extra parking
