Great cold quality beer and excellent service. Food was disappointing. I had the fish tacos and there was hardly any fish in them, just all veggies.. It was like they split 1 sardine between 3 tacos. So food was no good. Cant find fault with the service or the beer though..

This is a review of 2 visits here. The first visit was on Saturday night after midnight in the day of a big boxing fight and a UFC ppv. I arrived kind of late. They were not charging anymore, which was good. The place was busy, but not crazy. The food was good. The service was great. And on a night where I would think the girls would be overwhelmed and tired, they were all in great moods. They were all smiling and happy. They were all super friendly and beautiful. It was a 5 star visit. I had such a good time that I decided to change my plans a little and stay the night in Beaumont and go back the next morning. Other than that fact that I got a little more sleep, that was one of the biggest mistakes I made recently. So its Sunday morning and football games were going to be starting in a little while. I only saw 1 girl from the night before. So , that was the only one that should have been tired and possibly in a bad mood. That was not the case. Everyone were in horrible moods. None of them were smiling. None of them seemed friendly. If I could give negative stars this visit would get that. Just a horrible time. The food took too long. It was just okay. The night before the food was great. I have no idea why this was such a bad visit. I really cant believe I was at the same place.

I always love coming here with my friends. Last time i was there, we were waited on by the most lovely and attentive waitress. If I can recall her name, I believe it was Angie. Outstanding service from her and the food was amazing as ever. And to wash it ask down, my favorite drink The Knotty Brunette.

I usually LOVe this place, but not sure what is going on. Went there July 4th looking for an ice cold beer and some wings. There were 3 tables of customers and 3-4 servers. Wanted an ice cold beer, but I saw my beer sit at the bar for a few minutes. Ok, it s ok sat there with an appetizer. Then ordered another beer. Saw it sitting at the bar for a few minutes, so I just walked up and got it myself. Ordered smoked wings and waited them crispy. My guest was drinking white wine and I grabbed hers too. Food came out . wings were rubbery and didn t taste fresh like they were cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave. My guest ordered another glass of white wine and the server brought her a glass of red. Server said she ordered the wrong drink and asked if we wanted it anyway . we said no and got the right drink. Let server know my food did not taste fresh and she got the manager. He came over and got me something else. While waiting on my food, I ordered another beer ..at this time, there were only 2 tables of customers again my beer sat up at the bar and I had to go get it myself. It may be awhile before I go back or maybe lunch is not what they do best!

The food was good. The service was lousy, and the overall atmosphere was just so so. I was sat at a table with just a plate in the middle. No menu or your server will be right with you, nothing. I sat around for about 5 minutes. I got bored waiting for the server, so I started to play with the plate and napkin. That is when I found out that the menu has to be accessed through your phone by scanning a QR code. I started looking and was still waiting for my server to show up. After another 10 minutes, I was getting ready to leave when my server showed up and told me that there was a mix-up and no one told her that I was her table. I kinda wish she had not shown up. Then I would have just left and not been as annoyed with how long everything took. It the restaurant was busy, I could have understood completely. It wasnt. There may have been 8 other tables (I could only see 2 from where I sat). Outside of my issues. The hangover burger was very good. The fries were good, though more/other dipping sauce would be nice. No sauces are provided, and only a small ramekin of ketchup. Actually, nothing except a plate and silverware is provided on your table.

Heres a conclusive review: The food is what youll find at a bar-restaurant. Does that mean its good enough to pay what theyre asking for? Nope. The service just does not exist. Ill put this on the record: my party and I have waited over 10 minutes just to get drinks (non-alcoholic drinks, mind you). And if that doesnt turn you away, then expect about another 10-15 minutes for your food on average. Yes, I timed it. And yes, these are the numbers I pulled from more than 10 visits here. TL;DR: Just go somewhere else. Youll thank me later on.

My 1st time to twinn peaks .I had the best service from the bar maid Yaquelin. She was so down to earth,was on top of my drinks. I would recommend this woman to anyone. Personality is superior. She was very friendly and so sweet and down to earth. This woman needs a raise lol. Im from Louisiana and would drive to beaumont just to get this service. She really needs to be recognized. I went to this restaurant and was sat in a section that was closed. Nobody bothered to tell my group for 20 minutes. We were moved across the restaurant and ignored for another 10 minutes before somebody finally came to take our order. We placed it and waited another 10 minutes before we were informed that they were out of the food we wanted. The restaurant was FULLY staffed and not busy at all. A bunch of servers were sitting at a table in the back talking instead of helping us out. If they didn t want to serve us at 10pm (which they close as 12am) then they should ve just told us that vs wasting 45 minutes of our time. I will never be coming back to this restaurant again.

I have multiple food allergies that can de nerve wracking trying to eat somewhere new. We were staying at the hotel next to this restaurant, and I was tired from being on the road most of the day. I called over and spoke with a manager to see if they would be able to accommodate my many allergies. And I was presently surprised to find out I would have a variety of options, this is rare for me. So we walked over to the restaurant a few hours later. The manager I spoke to on the phone told me to let my waitress know that I needed to talk to him to order. Well Adriana, the manager, was delighted to help prepare me a meal that I wanted and double and triple checked ingredients to make sure it would be safe. My meal was really yummy and safe! And my partners meal looked and smelled amazing even if I couldnt eat it. We had the fried mozzarella balls to start, and then I had the chicken & shrimp combo with broccoli. My partner had the meatball parmesan sub with fries. My allergies all fall outside the top 9. They are corn, coconut, honey, tomato, onion, mint, ginger, and cinnamon. Our waitress was attentive as well. Dietary restrictions: Very good about handling food allergies.

Enjoyed the food at this place! Very flavorful! The time I went to Twin Peaks there was only available seating at the bar so I sat there. Best decision ever! That was when I met one of the best bartenders in a while! Yaqui. I explained to Yaqui what kind of drink I was craving and she suggested some to try based on what I described. Food is terrific for the most part. The past few visits have been great. Service is a 4 because of past experiences a couple of years ago, but it has improved greatly since then. Most of the ladies entertain my baby girl, and she loves it. They interact with her, and it really makes for a great dining experience. The atmosphere is a 4 only because I wish they would also have a TV for NASCAR cause Im a closet redneck. Thank you, Heaven, for being so nice to my baby girl and providing great service last week. It warms my heart to have such nice ladies like yourself treat her so sweet. True beauty goes deeper than looks, and most of the ladies here are beautiful inside and out. The food was excellent and service was great. It has a bar and several TVs so you can watch the games. The atmosphere is lively. Theres plenty of parking. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely visit this restaurant again.

My friends and I dined out and our server s name was Ella, she was absolutely wonderful and did a magnificent job. One of my friends had never been before and after we left he told me all about how he was coming back the next day with his family due to how pleasant and welcomed he felt. The food was cooked to perfection, and I especially enjoyed their top shelf margarita. Will definitely be coming back.

Kate Malone and Felicity were amazing I d recommend either of these waitresses to anyone who wants to feel at home in a place unfamiliar. Food is delicious the beer is always cold and these two ladies will make you feel as if you never left the house. Wish I could give six stars!!
