Todays visit was the best service amd food quality Ive had. The last time I chose to eat here the night manager was ridiculously rude! I got a refund and taken care of. Whomever was working the drive thru around this time today was absolutely amazing, nice, made sure my order was correct and hot. I wish I had gotten her name

We ordered 7 double cheeseburgers, 7 small fries, and 3 large drinks. We got 4 cheeseburgers and 6 fries. The burgers were cold and disgusting. Tried calling them several times no answer. This Burger King has the worst customer service of any Burger King Ive ever been to. From unhelpful to downright rude employees or messing up your order, its the only thing thats consistent. Heaven help you if you go at night because a simple 2 item order can take you up to 30 minutes. One time, we even observed the employees listening to music and dancing around instead of actually taking drive thru orders. I cant recommend this one at all.

Ordered the New chicken sandwich. Got this. Wilted lettuce, most of the mayo outside the sandwich. And most definitely not the new chicken sandwich.
