If you do not want to be contacted (unless for money) or updated on your case even after leaving messages or Enjoy never getting any clear answers kr explanations... then this may be your guy. His disregaurd to my husbands future and lack of communication became apparent when he (finally)made it to court, and didnt even recognize him much less the crucial, erroneous ppwk/info that they were trying to charge him based off. If my husband hadnt asked why the deal they were offering was much different than what he initially told us would be most probable AND that it wasnt even his info, Mr. Wilkerson wouldnt have noticed and my husband would be in jail...Additionally, being in the court halls, waiting to be seen, on several occasions, I had observed how other lawyers, inparticularly Mr.Gertz who had 5times the clients each time, would still manage to show interest and effort in every one of his clients cases..explain, advise and most importantly communicate with them. Far more different than our experience or lack there of..Update: upon writing this review I was finally, actually contacted by Mr.Wilkerson unfortunately it was not due to the case,( for which had a court date in just days) or to return my calls/msgs about case and court, but instead only to respond to this review.

Showed strong hospitality throughout full experience and made my case just disappear. The courts would of railroaded me for nothing, but ended up not even showing up!! I would recommend and trust this firm to anyone whos trying to get something accomplished!! Thank you

From the moment I spoke to him I felt comfortable and a weight lifted off my shoulders. Correspondence was great and really helped to put me at ease. Mr. Wilkerson represented me on a pretty straightforward case and I received a successful judgement, BUT his office staff is the pits!! Please note that I waited 5 weeks to even make contact for an update on my case. My representation was QUIET COSTLY but necessary and I settled on this firm without doing my due diligence in finding a more economical firm to represent me for such a straightforward case. The paralegal Donna, LIES left and right about returning phone calls and getting back with a person on updates about their case. The receptionist left a sticky note for her to call me back and she never did, multiple times!! The only way to successfully contact the office and get a response is to email the office on their website. I hate to be lied to about a simple task such as returning a phone call when I am paying for a service. Im old school in that if you lie to me youll cheat and steal from me so my trust is completely lost overall!! Great representation with a crapshoot staff!

I met Marcus when I was living in Beaumont. At the first contact we immediately agreed and understood between two young people. he took care of the cases with manner and professionalism until the expungement of my cases. Felt as though this firm didnt care.the Paralegal was rude, the attorney did not represent me, as well as missed key moments in my case. Also communication was very minimal and usually only through email. Dont feel like they took me seriously and only wanted money to talk to me.

Between the constant appearance of seeming to be on some type of substance, to the disgusting accusations made in the court room towards the victims of the people on the receiving end of his clients actions, I have never seen any type of behavior like his. Horrible. He had such great reviews so I trusted it. Me and my sister went up paid him the $700 and then paperwork was never filed. It has been over a month. Ridiculous. He was smoking his vape pen during our meeting with my 1 yr old in my lap. If I could post 0 stars I would.
