Rest room at very nice manned Visitor center. Alligator mating season, late July, alligators assertive. Saw two. Saw Purple Gallinule. Much much prettier than 10 years ago bu of course that time we did not bring enough water and staryed getting heat e haustion. Caution especially if you are an office worker or it is spring or you are a northerner not accustomed to humid heat. Fees: Free Toilets: Visiter Center only.

This is such a cute little area to go for your next hike! Theres so much wildlife to see! Theres signs up on the dock about the different birds you can encounter on the trail or see near the water. The signs explain how to identify the birds by color, sound, and size. This would be a wonderful spot to birdwatch! Theres also so many different plants to see! As we were walking back to our car, we were lucky enough to see an alligator swim up to the dock! This is definitely a spot worth checking out for the beautiful scenery!

This is a beautiful park with multiple facilities. There are the gardens, golfing, an equestrian center, pavilions that can be reserved, and the bountiful wetlands. I walked over 3 miles, and that was just one side of the marshlands. Respectlo the signs because there are gators in those waters. The birds are plentiful and diverse. It is a wonderful way to spend a day.

Not sure who to provide feedback to but the trails from the Trryell Park are terrible, whereas it could be very good with common sense work. Hiking from the right of this sign, found more I guess maintenance roads unnecessarily disturbing trail ambience along with perhaps commercial business along side trail. The trail ends along side road/oil pipeline forcing you back track to starting point. Not sure if even one of these loops are complete and even the one signage was wrong on the trail. Either lack of caring or money to take care of money producing golf course could be cause since this is obvious. Even trail to observation platform was a joke and lacked clear path or signage. The obsolute worse rating of my national trip having visited 14 national and 8 states parks in 8 weeks. Toilets: Had a couple of restooms on park grounds within inside road.
