Could be a good office. But waiting 3 hours for my appointment and being 15 mins late is outrageous beyond compare. And this was the 3rd time and the last. Lucky I desperately needed help or I would have left. 2 other people had left already while I was waiting that were before me.

Not happy at all. I get to my appointment 20 minutes early and no one is in the waiting room 10 minutes past my appointment . A lady comes in and she gets call to see whoever was working . Then 20 minutes go by and I am still waiting. Also I have a tumor under my arm. Nurse pract. To me a month early it was getting bigger. You know what they didnt do. Send me to someone who can test it because I am in so much pain. If I find out its cancer Im going to get my friend Brent to file on them

Used to love this place been going here since 2019, after my last visit I will no longer return, the front person is rude and incompetent( I was there for a visit due to the wait being so long I could not stay for my blood work, I was told I could come back at 7 am I got there on time but bc the front desk girl seen that the lab order was long she let 3 different people go before me when asked what was the reason why she stated that bc mine was going to take longer. Once I walked out of the office, the woman who does the lab work follow me outside and told me that I would go to Quest Diagnostics. Once I had time to take another day off I did and only stayed at OD for a total of 20 mins with wait time included ) a waste of time bc the front girl doesnt know how to read labs. There is a NP that works there now and she is no help I referral 2 of my co workers and we all got the same diagnoses... How? The medicine that I was prescribed that me broke out in hives she stated bc I had 3 different kinds she didnt know which cause the reaction, I never prescribed nothing else, no follow are anything else. A waste of time and money.

Very unhelpful in every aspect. No help finding specialist in network, a week and still no prescription refill approved. You call and they tell you they usually check them at the end of the week. A doctor that doesnt care about patients. Seen the doctor 1 time. See the nurse practitioner always and she rhinks she is a doctor. Horrible practice.

From concerned Husband: Currys office staff is rude. Wife was 15 minutes late due to road construction and no parking available - they just ignored her and said she needs to re-schedule in 2024. They send texts to confirm, but when my wife showed up for an appointment, they didnt even know, in spite of her confirming the appointment. Curry never followed up on bloodwork - she promises to call and discuss but never does. Will be finding another doctor.

Office whites woman very nasty attitude she was checking out a patient I had surgery so couldnt stand long I tap on the window she went stone nuts dr.curry need to be care on people she putting on the window Im a. New patient, I hope my patient of care is much better, its so sad to come up on a woman this early in the morning with that attitude. Removing myself as a patient due to the u professionalism of this office. Specifically Candace who claims to know medical laws. I was told that it was illegal to have 2 family practice positions. (I only have 1, Beaumont Primary because my family practice closed in orange texas) she only assumed my current doctor was a family practice. Hes internal medicine. I was also hung up on and refused as a patient upon inquiring about an appointment because Ive been exposed to black mold, which has been confirmed by air quality testing in Beaumont. There is a lawsuit but I obtained my own lawyers. Candace said they dont do work with third party companies. Again, thats fine, I have two private insurance policies. I rarely pay upfront. Horribly customer service and poor communication. Would not recommend. However, the nurse practitioner that I saw was wonderful. Very friendly and I was sure to inform her of how the front office is being ran. I informed another clerk( not sure if thats the correct job title) more or less, she was informed also of the poor quality. Customer service being given. I waited to write this review because I called the office to ask if they would resend the referral. Left a message and never received a call back.

Dr Curry is the primary physician for most of my family! She cares for my mom, sister, brother-in-law, my husband and myself! She listens and speaks to you in a way that you can understand. She really cares about her patients and follows through with medical plan. I like knowing that her staff will always help to get you in as soon as possible. I ve never had a bad experience even during the pandemic she was there for us. If your looking for a doctor who will genuinely care and provide you with the best medical attention PLEASE call her!

I tried and tried to make this relationship work. Her staff has always been the most rude, condescending people. I think this stems from the top. My last time here, I was standing there waiting for a mask and Dr. Curry proceeds to come out and jump me for waiting for a mask... All the while her staff is passing around clipboards and pens from patient to patient and not cleaning or sterilizing... The idiocy of this is beyond belief. I could go on about misdiagnoses between me and my wife that you would not believe. I have been lucky enough to find one of the few practitioners in southeast Texas who actually care about the patient. I would go to Houston for all serious concerns previously, but after finding my current doctor, I am beyond happy. This practice is one of the worst I have ever been a patient of. I am just so happy to be gone.

My doctor retired after 30 years and I had to find a new one. I contacted Dr Curry and they immediately worked with me to set up as my primary care physician.Office staff was wonderful and the initial visit with Dr Curry was great. This visit was maybe the most enjoyable visit Ive ever had with a doctor. I highly recommend.

I have always struggled feeling comfortable at doctors offices. That is not the case here! Marni and Dr. Curry are amazing!!! They actually listen when you have questions or concerns, they make the time to actually make sure you are taken care of and all of your needs have been addressed, and the best part - at least to me - you are in and out SO QUICKLY. I am always seen so promptly and they never take too long. Being able to do that, but also make sure I am taken care of is incredible to me. I would HIGHLY recommend trusting your health to Beaumont Primary Healthcare!

We read the website and thought wow a Dr who is actually going to listen and care. Far from the truth. Please heed this warning very bad place unless you have a cold or commonal ailment you will be referred out. The after hours phone is absolutely useless, Joy has no manners or respect nor did Dr Curry after that first visit . So much for that clean slate. She has yet to even be professional enough, ok so say my wife is a difficult patient, to call me and explain why I was fired as a patient after ONE,1 Drs office visit. How is it my wife was difficult because she left completely confused so tried to ask questions and see what options do we have. She refused an extreme operation and refused the ER because her doctor should have done her job I would like to provide a follow up. My wife went to her new PCP today and left in good tears. Not only was she told surgery isnt an option there is hundreds of things we could do before surgery. The ER is not where your PCP sends you when you are in pain and have already gone once, or.sick unless is the middle of the night and cant be avoided. A patient should have comfort you will either come into the Drs office or the Dr will help until they can get you in. What if you have a sinus infection or upper respiratory its Tuesday and the says sorry can t get you in til Monday. No a Dr should be ashamed to say that to a patient with kidney stone, illness or whatever. My wife is not diabetic, her cholesterol may very well be hereditary or could just be weight related. It does not always idicate what you are eating and not exercise. You do not just send patients out immediately to specialists. Specialist are when nothing works, cant figure out whats wrong, make sure nothing serious is going on etc. And even then once you receive the proper treatment/ medication PCP takes the care back over. My wife was so nervous and scared that the doctor was gonna walk in pre judged and she was not. The doctor listened, cared, prescribed her medication that Dr Curry knew she needed, but I dont prescribe that. A simple common not controlled substance proven to help weight loss medicine that did not require a nutrionist(which was not provivded anyway) to say a low glycemic diet and at least exercise three times a week. Bottom line what happened at Beaumont Primary Healthcare was wrong, the behavior was very unprofessional and wrong, my wife wasnt at fault, the so called receptionist has a terrible attitude, has a very poor worth ethic and behaves very unprofessionally, and once again I would really caution before chosing this place. Anothef unsettling factor during our time as your patient no one knows who you are. Dr Curry a suggestion would be to take a step back, remember being on the other side of the laptop that you pay more attention to that so claim to understand. Side note my wife did receive a message that said it wasnt her fault but a good patient/doctor relationship wasnt made. How do you make one when first the Dr can t remember the medication she prescribes, left my wife in a bind during th3 circumstqnces and knew the situation, cant remember what she talked about and since cant remember, it didnt happen, the only option you give your patients is go pay money a lot of people dont have to begin with to see a specialists with instead of doing your job and trying to do what you can first(for a rash), surgery is the only option your willing to give and the patient instead of saying ok lets try other things first then we can consider it but you refused, your patients wasnt compliant with everything you asked of except going to the ER repeadly and bariatric surgery, you had your patient in limbo with other doctors who were going this is not my area of expertise why wont you PCP take care or the other doctors said hey I dont do this or prescribe this but there is no reason you PCP cant. But thank goodness this happened and were shown a different route and found a doctor who cares and wants to help. Again proceed with caution and I would think twice before going.

She really takes the time and listens to whats going on and I dont feel shamed for having questions or input about the treatment plan. This lady is amazing! My issues with doctors In the past was that their staff was not welcoming. Dr Curry is amazing she is very down to earth and she really cares about her patients. Her assistant Joy is also very amazing and they have great attitudes and care about their patients! They go out of their way to make you feel like you are the only patient they have. This doctor office is by far one of the best Ive been to in a very long time. I love my new doctor.
