We love dining here! The food & service is always top notch. My go to menu items are their jalapeño ranch, chargrilled oysters (Juanita style) & their beef fajitas. ASK FOR JANEHT!!! I ordered an Ocean Wave cocktail which was very good. I shared boudin balls (the sauce is fantastic) and also hushpuppies (which comes with a buttery dipping creme,) I ordered a large bowl chicken and sausage gumbo which was yummy. The packaged crackers were very by no stale--no crispiness left. The waitress was great! Everything came hot and quickly.

The chicken and sausage gumbo was some of the best Ive had outside of my parents cooking. Alligator bites were nice and crispy and juicy. Being from here but living in Washington means we only get to experience good Cajun food when we visit setx. This is definitely one of the best spots in the city to scratch that itch

I love the laid back atmosphere, and the live music was phenomenal!. As someone who is usually really indecisive when it comes to picking 1 thing to eat/drink I loved the cocktail flight, it was perfect. The wait staff was very attentive checking on us and clearing plates.

Our waiter was great and food came out fast. Fish tacos and boudin quesadillas were good; fish poboy and gumbo were awful. The salsa was nothing special. What made our experience truly the worst was getting stuck in their parking lot for over 45 minutes after lunch, waiting for a semi to unload their food order. I can give the ambiance of the backside of their restaurant a big, fat 0. However, the wait gave me a chance to learn that a lot of their menu comes premade and/or frozen in a box. By the way, the response from the staff on being stuck was not our problem.

The food began VERY tasty... UNTIL my son was almost done with his CHEESY GRITS that came with his SHRIMP BROCHETTE. He then found a small ROACH in the grits he was eating, which made everyone nauseous!!! The manager and waitress was very apologetic about it and offered him something else which he was too nauseous to eat. He did get a free dessert for when his appetite returns. HOWEVER, he could not believe they ONLY took his meal off the ticket and AFTER finding a ROACH in his food and ruining everyones lunch/appetite...he STILL left there paying $90. Im glad I had asked for a separate ticket or he would have paid over $100 for something that was a very bad experience for everyone. Cant say when well ever return.

I just had the worst service that I can remember. I had to ask for everything that I needed and I wasn t the only one, everyone around me had to ask for what they needed. I should have gone with my first mind after the response from the first question, but I said, no I will stay. Luckily, I saw a server with a familiar face and she helped me. If you don t want to serve people, you shouldn t be in a position that you serve people. At first, I thought I was being judged until I saw her treating everyone else the same as me. She was just bad! I eat out a lot, usually alone and this is the first time that I ve had to leave a bad review. I will be back, because I love this place, but I will just make sure that she isn t taking care of me.

Came for crawfish but they werent serving it at the time. We got two adult beverages. One had coconut around the rim and looked amazing. Mine was a mermaid something and it was a bit tart. They were nice enough to make up a Virgin daiquiri for our youngster but made a tiny stink about giving us a togo cup for it. The food was really good. Theres a crab dip bread bowl appetizer that was better than all the food lol I highly recommend it. The service couldve been a wee bit better, but I think our server was new. All in all it was a pretty good dining experience. The food came out fast and was tasty. (Except the gumbo that came with my poboy.. not good.) Prices are okay I guess.

Tia Juanitas has some of the best menu items and the drinks never disappoint. Great atmosphere live music starting on Thursday nights. Can they can seat large parties if you are looking to celebrate with family and friends! Their fried ribs are delightful! Their grilled oysters are some of the best in this area. Crawfish is available with all the fixings when they are in season. If you are in a hurry, you can call your order in and pick it up inside. Its definitely something on the menu for everyone!

If you love crawfish Tia Juanitas is the place to go they also make a great salmon and vegetable plate. Now the prices are a little pricey so make sure you bring your wallet but its worth it especially for a special occasion. One thing they need is more room in the inside the tables are close to one another. Parking: The park lot is always full but they do have parking next door or on side of the road. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking spots are right up front and they use a few more handicap parking spots.

The Oysters Jaunita are 4star, other food we ordered 1 or 2 stars. We really enjoyed our time there, the oysters being the highlight and fish tacos were good too. So disappointing, the food was over hyped. Started with the boudin balls. Flavor was good but the batter on the outside was soggy, so I had mushy boudin balls. The hush puppies weren t bad. The gumbo tasted like they burned the rue. Seafood enchiladas wasn t good at all, the tortillas taste raw and stiff. Made me nauseous. The kids had chicken nuggets, can t mess that up. I do give them a five star with the service and atmosphere way better than the food. Not worth the 45min wait time. Great place to just hang out and have a beer or 2.

Had dinner here last night with my family and will definitely be going back! Our server Sarah was fast and friendly. Our door was hot, fresh, and very delicious! No order mistakes, flavor was incredible. Bathrooms were cleaned (even for changing my baby). Despite the booth area being cramped, we still easily fit a car seat in the booth seat. The table was clean when we arrived (not sticky), the dinner felt private despite many others there. Popular restaurant with fast service and great food! Not too many vegetarian options, so I ordered the veggie fajitas which were amazing! We wanted to try Willy Burgers on the Texas Bucket List but they were closed. So, we walked next door to Tia Juanitas Fish Camp because we saw so many cars in the parking lot, must be good. It turns out to be a wonderful choice. We shared the shrimp tacos and they tasted great. The food came out shortly after we placed the order. Parking: Not many parking spots left.

Another great local place. I love stopping in on local restaurants when passing a town. Tia Juanitas is an interesting combination of cajun/creole and Mexican/texmex. Good combinations. Fun atmosphere and wonderful staff. If passing through or if you live near by, its worth the visit.

You can t go wrong here. It s a nice, relaxed atmosphere with fast service & tasty food & drinks. Parking: Ample space. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment. Kids beverages are basically regular sized drinks in to-go cups.

1st time here I had fried ribs with jalapeño jelly and took home the combo of cow girl po boy (shrimp& chicken), with sausage and chicken gumbo. I eat out quite a bit in different states and im a big critic on food, but got to say even after heating up poor boy and my gumbo this was the best food I have had in a long time and will go back again. If I had to rate I will say 10 of 10 on food. 1st time having jalapeño jelly and as a dipping sauce for my ribs OMG was it great. Awsome job

First time here and it was very good. Its a hidden gem and highly suggest you eat here. The service was great and the food was so good and very tasty. I had the blackened redfish. We also had the boiled shrimp but I didnt get a picture. Definitely try this restaurant if your in Beaumont.

I love the food at Tia Juanitas, but lately at the Beaumont restaurant the ranch salad dressing is watered down. My salad was ruined by the water in the dressing. I told my husband that Im going to have to bring my own dressing for the salads. I just wish they would stop adding water to the dressing.

Cajin flavor: check. Good food: check. Service at any of the locations can be wonderful. Beaumont Tias just happens to be my favorite. Get a margarita and some blacked gator tacos, with the mango salsa. Its top knotch.
