Best place ever! Thank goodness i Dont have to drive 2 a Vietnamese place in Houston! The Owners are so nice, and the food is soooohhhh fresh and good. The spring rolls r the best i have had The Pho is extremely hot and i have been eating pho since the 80s being from houston born and raised I know great Pho and Thats it!

I ordered shrimp pho yesterday and I should have taken pictures . When I arrived the lady with the short hair was rude . I told her I was there for a pickup and gave my name . She asked what did I order and for a minute I had forgot so I told her idk let me think because the name On the website was diff from What I m used to seeing , then I said shrimp pho. The lady was like we have 4 different screens of orders or whatever and she said she didn t know what my order was . I understood that part but it was how the lady said it. She then said well your order is over there so she pointed at I m assuming a carry out area . I said thank you and she didn t say anything . Once I got home I saw the pho noodles was like a handful and placed in a styrofoam box. Normally when I order pho elsewhere the noodles are in a carry out bowl that you can eat your pho out of once your home . The shrimp wasn t cleaned and there was only 4 or 5 to be exact (again I should have taken pictures ) . So the handful of noodles was thrown into a styrofoam box with onions and the leaves they use . In another container was the liquid pho and some sort of chili sauce . And ofc the small ziplock bag had the lime and bean sprouts . All in all I have had way better but I wanted to try something diff . No Sriracha or hoisin sauce packets was given like other places . Between the lady attitude and the child portions of food I m definitely not going back . Hope everyone else have a better experience

In town for business and decided to eat dinner at Cali Kitchen. Very nice Vietnamese Restaurant located on Garth Rd right off of I-10 in Baytown. Fast and friendly service. Delicious banh mi! The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted. The banh mi was filled with a good portion of meat, cucumber, cilantro as well as pickled carrots and daikon radish . The meat was well seasoned and it wasnt sweet like other places. I would definitely come back to eat here whenever Im in Baytown.

Beautiful interior, nice utensils and decore. The food was surprisingly the worst Vietnamese food I ve ever paid for. $14 for a vermicelli that did not include cucumber, (that s $1 extra). The meat was very small portion and all gristle and the lettuce was just pail shredded iceberg. With the lettuce and no cucumber it was just a disappointing bowl of noodles with a couple bites of meat. The Bah Mi was just a bolillo with all the right ingredients except the pâté.

I dined in for lunch with my two small children. They werent extremely busy for dine-in this day. The food was good. I had a vermicelli bowl with seared beef. Some of the beef was a touch chewy. It was served with iceberg lettuce (Im personally not a huge fan of it) and a mix of other veggies. I really liked the fish sauce they served with this dish. It was a touch sweet with a suttle heat. The bowl was good. My oldest had popcorn chicken and fries from the appetizer menu. The chicken was small pieces of (I believe thigh meat) coated in rice flour and deep fried and served with fried basil leaves. This was really good for something different. It was a nice little gourmet touch, where I wasnt expecting it. The fries were nothing spectacular, but perfect for a finicky child. The egg rolls were good. The waitress was really great. She was attentive. She was busy gathering to-go orders. She seated a few tables. She was doing a great job of handling the front! I would recommend here to anyone, and would definitely eat here again myself.

I had a wonderful experience. The food was hot and the guy brought everything to my table together. The popcorn chicken has a unique flavor that is incredible! The rice is amazing great flavor! My brother ordered the chicken fried rice and it was a huge portion. A great amount for the price with an appropriate amount of chicken for the size. The tea cup they give you and free refills is about a 32 ounce cup. Would highly recommend this place, I will be coming back or ordering delivery more often!

The food was amazing and the presentation was really good. I wouldve given it 5 stars just because they dont have a fountain drink machine and you have to buy the can itself and then ask for a cup of ice to put it in. First time to Cali Kitchen and the food was very good! The meat has a very good seasoning to it. It s very well cooked and the staff is very accommodating to make sure your order is to your liking! I recommend the #41 Cali Kitchen Vermicelli there s a wide variety of options in this plate and the pork has a wonderful taste. I left feeling perfectly satisfied.

Nicely appointed little spot. Staff really friendly. Food seems to be of great quality. Wanted to try it because asian food is awesome and my wife doesnt branch out on food variety much so had to jump. We had spring rolls app (I dont normally dig on spring rolls, but I thought they were great). I ordered a roast red pork sandwich in case my wife didnt like what she got. It was tasty. The winner was what she ordered charbroiled pork on the Cali kitchen vermicelli plate. Which is number 41 on the current menu. It was empty while we were there, but it was early on Saturday. Im coming back to try the pho at some point. :)

Ordered 2 orders of Pad Thai and 3 orders of spring rolls. Worst Pad Thai Ive ever had in my life. Dry, funny taste, meat inedible, noodles cut into little pieces. Just yuck. Went down the disposal. Spring rolls had a funny taste and horrid sauce. Big waste of money. I have been eating Thai food for more than 40 years, this was the absolute worst Ive ever had. One star is generous.
