I paid $15 for the beef fajita street tacos and they were TINY with barely any meat or anything on them at all. The tortillas were almost raw and fell apart as soon as I picked up the taco. What is going on, Taco Cabana?? I can get better tacos from a taco truck and pay half the price!! Insanity. The girl at the drive thru window was super nice and friendly, though. I d go back just to order from her again but that would be the ONLY reason.

These people were amazing. They were short staffed and feeling the heat from the customers. Even the new employer kept a smile on her face and kept serving. These ladies were amazing. The cook in the back was on point. My food tasted like Taco Cabana. Bay City Texas is blessed to have this particular staffing at Taco Cabana. Amazing Job you guys.

Please get this location some help! There were 3 or 4 cars in parking lot today assuming some were staff. Long time Taco Cabana fan here. Last visit food was subpar. Me and my niece shared the big nachos and later we go sick. I hadn t had them awhile and we didn t have a lot of money to spend so we split the cost. The nachos were not good. They did not have very much beans or cheese. I was so disappointed that I took them home and they stayed in the fridge for a couple of day and nobody at my house wanted them so I threw them away. They were extremely short staffed. The person behind the counter was holding on somehow. It took about 20 or 25 minutes to get a chicken quesadilla and two ranchero tacos, and they didnt seem very busy. The salsa bar was pitiful, and none of the salsa tasted good. The food was not very flavorful. I hope thats not how Taco Cabana is supposed to taste, but I dont think Ill try it again anytime soon.

Worst experience bad service the guy didn t get anything right. Called ahead of time to see if they really served breakfast all day and they said everything but potatoes go to order and they said they only could bacon then get home and it s some nasty chorizo. Of all the times I have gone to this location, there have only been a couple of times there were mix ups with my order. On one occasion it was fixed before I left the building, and another time I didnt realize it until I got home and noticed two items were missing. The chicken, and beef, fajita tacos are hit or miss depending on the day. Im not really sure why, but the fajita meat seems to be off on certain days.

Tried to dine in, and A/C temperature was ridiculously cold. Outside was very windy, so we took the food out. The flavor was tasteless, and the quality of the ingredients was very poor. The meat in the tacos had more chewy fat than actual meat. We had a few bites and thrown out in the trash. Enedable .Very disappointing. The employee was very nice and helpful. Never be back.

Been going there off and on for last month, staff has always been quick and kind. The food has been tasty and arrived quickly. So, I am expressing only Drive-Thru experiences over the last month. Ive went through the drive-thru Weekdays in the Mornings, during Lunch hours, and even thru Late Afternoon. I havent gone thru on Saturday and Sunday or Late Night ( after dark.) Went through the drive through, was the only one there. Took to long to get food and ordered the Tex Mex Cheese inchilada plate. It was so dry the tortillas were crispy on the ends. Couldnt eat it it was so tough. Rice was old and kinda crispy and refried beans were still kinda hard so all I got to eat for my 10 dollars was quacamole and refried beans if you want to call it that. I wouldnt even give it to my dog. Wont eat here again. No one has pride in there work anymore, so sad!

First time here, I ordered the mixed Fajita Taco. Its my fault for assuming that something other than 3 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of tough steak was all that was on the tortilla. Been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. I arrived today just before noon and placed my order for a Steak salad and a cheese quesadilla. in addition, i was the only customer in the restaurant at that time as well. after 25 minutes i had to go to the register to find out where my order is. i stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I was told that they forgot to make my order and that they would get right on it. 35 minutes, my order finally arrived. the tortilla for the quesadilla tasted raw and was chewy. the salad was ok but not worth the wait. Customer service is important to me. I could hear the employees in the back having fun like it was a party. Not once did anyone check on me or come out to tell me that my order would be out soon. again, this was my first time there and the last time i will waste money at this restaurant.

I have issues with this location everytime I come. Last time I stopped by was over a month ago because they gave me frozen flautas and I didn t notice till I got home and had to come back. This time I order curbside because I have a sleeping toddler in the car. They didn t answer the phone when I called twice for curbside so I went through drive through. The lady told me I could come inside to get my food. When I told her I ordered curbside because I had a sleeping child in the car she went silent. We went through the drive thru on this particular day and the young lady was attempting to help us when the manager rudely interupted her. I thought she was doing a good job, you could tell she was new, but she was still doing her best to be polite. They said they did not have dinner taco packs at that time(which i new was not true) and we could only get the fajita family combo if we needed anything with large purportions. Those fajita packs ended up being twice the price of the taco packs and when i yold the manager i did not want the fajita it was to expensive she replied ok. Then shut the window and walked away. Great food. Always prepare the food fresh. Guy was helpful with new entre items. Not much if a wait even though mall is nearby. The place could use a little sprucing up furniture wise. But overall very clean and tidy. I got the steak egg and cheese breakfast tacos.

1 star is actually generous. This place was by far nastiest taco place I ve ever been to. To top it off the bathrooms looked like a sewage eruption. I mean caca everywhere I could hear them gag as they were cleaning it. Had I seen the bathroom before we paid we would ve walked out. Hopefully we don t get food poisoning.

Stood in line, in front of the cash register for more than 5 minutes. Several people behind the counter/in the kitchen laughed and joked while customers stood and waited to be helped or even acknowledged. This is the 2nd time in a week that the service her was terrible or non existent. It will be the last for me. Stay away from this location!!!

Food was great and fast to get and the woman at the front was very sweet and courteous. The problem was the rest of the crew in the back. Slow and they never came to the front to help her and I ordered more food to go and they put it on a tray not a bag even when she said it s to go!! And then they put them in a bag but forgot half my order and I didn t realize until I got home .. ridiculous ppl working in the back .

This Cabana is actually decent. Usually when I go to a Cabana I prepare myself for being a bit ripped off. I have literally gotten 2 pieces of beef in a beef fajita taco throughout the years. Not this time my friend, I actually ordered a beef fajita burrito plate with queso. The queso was a little light but I have a different level of cheese desire; it was enough to end all bites with some queso. The dang burrito was huge with lots of meat; almost enough to make up for all the times I was ripped off, just kidding it would be a truck load of beef and chicken fajita meat. I didnt even know Cabana was still in business. This location is the anomoly. Enjoy my friends.
