If you come here do not patron the bar area. The girls who currently work the evening shift are only interested in flirting with their regulars for bigger tips. If youre a first timer, youre probably going to have a hard time getting any genuine service. maybe the offhanded you good? at their convenience. One female bartender stayed hugging on some dude while the rest of the patrons including myself, watched. It was pretty gross. **Edit**-- Thank you to the owner for taking time to respond. I am not even calling for anyone to be fired. Your bartenders need to be reminded they work at a family restaurant, and there are other adult employment venues where that type of behavior is more acceptable. And from what it sounded like, this particular bartender has a significant other, who Im sure would be none too pleased seeing his wife/girlfriend hanging all over some random middle aged man, who also had a significant other show up later during my visit. I dont think she would have enjoyed seeing that, either. And there were several others who she gave hugs to and stayed talking to, and left her barback to tend the entire bar while she takes in the tips. I still tipped well, and I will be back eventually, but I hope next time the bartender has learned some things about personal space and grossing customers out for a few extra dollars.

Steaks were the best we had there in a while. We had the 8oz Dallas Filet. Baked Potatoes were good. Waitress was nice and kept checking back with us. It is a little loud in ther. They could stand to turn the music down just a couple of clicks.

I went yesterday, 08/30/24, and our experience was great. Jasmine, our waitress, was amazing and friendly. Well definitely ask for her again. The food was fresh and delicious. Its been months since Ive been, and I will definitely keep going back.

We frequent various TR around Texas and the Texas Roadhouse in Baytown has far out done any TR we have been to. Richard D. took the best care of us we had a party of 7 and he never missed a beat our food came out fast and our drinks never went empty ! If your in town definitely ask for Richard he will take great care of you. !

I love it here the bread rolls here are so delicious I would recommend if you never been here.You can celebrate birthday here the staff is really friendly sometimes theres a wait time but it depends if its busy. I went to this place because there are always line ups and usually has full parking. Thought it must be good if so many people go there. Ordered Jalepino Poppers and Shrimps. Was very salty and oily. Truly the worst Texas Roadhouse location. I ve finally given up having a good meal here after multiple second chances. I order medium steak, it comes out medium rare. I order herb crusted chicken (which I ve had many times at other locations) and what I got was a dry, shriveled piece of meat. I would have been embarrassed to serve it. I ll continue to visit Texas Roadhouse in other places but never again here in Baytown.

I want to give this location its props. I visited on the night of 7/8/2024. Power was out all over baytown and down garth road but this place was opened up. Despite the influx of people due to this being one of the only restaurants open, they handled it flawlessly. The service was great and the food was even better.

For my taste, Texas Roadhouse has delicious steak! Tender, juicy, perfect seasoning. The bread before dinner is also great! Ive had more expensive steaks that werent nearly as good. The servers were quick and friendly. This location is convenient to Houston, we get dinner while the traffic clears out a bit. Texas Roadhouse is always a good choice!

We were originally sat in a closed section moved to a smaller table ( my mom is handicapped and it is hard for her to get around. The first table had room to keep her walker by her. The second table did not so we had to store her walker across the restraunt) just to have them seat people at the table that we were at before we even got our drinks. The beer was warm and had a hair in it. The food was look warm and my sons burger was rare. It will definitely be awhile before I ever think about returning.

We went to this one on Mothers Day. That was the first mistake because I am aware how busy restaurants are during holidays. I only went to support my brother. During the time there our 9 person party ordered. Since me and my son arrived late we ordered our food to go. We received the bag before walking out only to get an hour home and see that they packaged the food disgustingly not to mention my sons food was missing all together. I called and spoke to a female manager who then transferred me to a male manager that was rude AF. He rushed me off the phone and proceeded to tell me thats the way they package food. I have been a restaurant manager for over 13 years and that is not the proper way to package food to go. Those containers touch every surface in the kitchen before being used to store your food items. To have the food prepared the way it was was disgusting and I could not eat that food. My son didnt have any food at all so I threw the rest away. I was told they would take down my email address and send something for the trouble. My brother spent 400 dollars for this sub par food. Im very upset. What an awful mothers day dining experience. Judging from the photos would you eat food given to you this way? The accompaniments and sauces are on top of the Chicken Fried Chicken! Covid 19 has taught them nothing. I will be calling corporate and eating at home from here on out.

My family and I unfortunately chose Texas roadhouse on Garth road, baytown for our family dinner. It was the worst experience we have had so far. Multiple stakes were horribly undercooked,to be precise two 20 ounce bone in ribeye and one 8 ounce sirloin. I asked for a medium rare for the ribeye , the state of the meat was as if it was only laid on the grill for 2 seconds, the inside of the stake was still cold and very raw. I asked for the stakes to be taken back, after a 39 minute wait the meat was unacceptable. The meat was now dry and burned! Does texas roadhouse realize what is like to savor a meal they advertise and to deliver so badly ! They are supposed to be a steak house! ... you would expect for their cooks to know what they are doing. The mananager brushed us off and excused her staff with we have new cooks. Honestly our experice was so terrible , no empathy towards the customer. We will not be attending again I rather go the extra mile and drive to a real steakhouse.

I was very disappointed in the kitchen this evening. Ordered grilled it was raw. The wife ordered a steak medium well, and it was medium rare. By the time I got my chicken, I was finished with everything else. The wifes second steak looked ok at first but realized they had burned one side of the steak and just faced that side down. It was black on that side, and after a few bits, it became tough. Now a manager, I think, came out after to check on us. No comp or offer of dessert, which goes a long way for this ol fat boy but not expected. I hadnt been here in quite some time but brought family here the prior weekend to this visit, and food and service were great, so maybe a hit or miss kinda place.

UPDATE: I called repeatedly and finally talked to a female manager who couldn t care less about our bad chicken fried steak quality. She took my info and said she would email me-for a replacement meal. Waited months and never heard from Texas Road House again. PASS! Old review: Inconsistent. I ve been twice in the last two weeks and the food has been really good and really bad. First the young girl who assigns the seating is busy talking to the guys who are standing around flirting with her. Never mind we are standing there waiting to be seated. The waitress was fine but she could have used some help from the guys still standing around at the front. She was bussing tables by herself! The amount of food on the floor (not peanut shells) was gross. I made sure to leave my shoes in the garage. I m gonna pass on this place. The disgusting ladies room and food under the tables makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. We ate dinner around 7pm each visit.

I enjoy eating here. My sister was in the hospital so my brother and I stopped to eat here on our way home. Neither of us had eaten the whole day and it was nearly 9 pm. The waitress was so sweet. Very respectful in true southern style with Yes maam s and sirs. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu items. This is the first time, in three years, Ive enjoyed the kindness of our waitress. The food was excellent as well. Steak was cooked a perfect medium rare. The salad was fresh, crispy and delicious. Im not much for rolls either but this night their rolls were warm, soft, and delicious. I did ask for regular butter. I dont care for cinnamon butter. They were happy to substitute. The unsweet tea was perfect too. I truly enjoyed my meal. The ambiance rating was based on me being tired and I just didnt care for all the noise. They couldnt help that so the rating shouldnt reflect badly on them. I hope this review helps. They do have handicap parking and restrooms, also theyre fine with you taking home leftovers. This was also the first time in four years of visiting that my table was clean and we didnt have to ask for them to clean it better. They do have high chairs and alcohol is served here.

Very busy night but service was great and food hot, fresh and yummy . Ribs fell off the bone. Chop steak very tasty.

Food was cold, asked if I wanted it to be warmed in the microwave!! Like really!! My Lemon Drop Martini tasted like lemon kool-aid with 10lbs of sugar in it!!! I have never tasted a lemon drop that taste like that!!! Still tipped the waitress $10 hell it wasn t her fault all she did was deliver also had them make me another plate but by that time my appetite was completely gone!!!! Never again will I ever!!!!
