As a truck driver I like to try different food around the USA.. been my first time at this place parked my truck on the truck stop next door and give a try to this new place. I ordered the king crab legs, you order by the pound thats what I did, one pound as the menu says, they where just enough and just what I wanted to crave my appetite, I was on a Friday the place was not full enough but I enjoyed the environment, Ill come back next time to try a different dish from the menu

Short walk from the truck stop and the food is amazing. Prices are fair, portions are generous. The fact that they have authentic Vietnamese food is a huge plus. It is a place I always stop at when driving on I-10. Food is made to order, so order ahead if you dont have the time to wait. Seafood is fresh and cleaned expertly.

Ordered the softshell crab dinner. The crab was not cooked fully and tasted like muddy water and extremely fishy smell. And if you squeezed the crab gently gray liquid came out. It was not edible. The rice that came with it was so bad that I could not even swallow the first bite. My daughter and I bought the same plate. And the only thing that they did was drop the charges for the drinks. I paid $40 for the two platters even though the only food that could be ingested was the small bowl of lettuce they called salad and an even smaller bowl of ettoufee that had two shrimp in it. The waitress was friendly and the place was clean but the food we got was the very worse Ive ever had. Left nauseous.

The food and everything was good, but that day, 3 weeks ago me my auntie And my mom was there. The tartar sauce was spoiled and we had throwed up and also had the runs to the bathroom. When we left the restaurant, we started feeling bad and thats the only thing that we had. That meal for the day. Because we was out shopping enjoy the beautiful Saturday. Before we got there. The fry catfish was so good and soft. Is just a total sauce Was spoiled. I want use it. Parking: The parking was good was not a lot of people. What easily find parking. Wheelchair accessibility: My mother, she uses her Walker with the seat on it. So handicap parking was available. A lot of regular parking was available.

Yesterday, I ventured into this delightful restaurant and treated myself to their heavenly bacon cheeseburger. The service was great. I was immediately called to the counter and greeted with a smile. The cashier did a great job at making a brother feel welcomed. For Dinner: Had 2 Fried Pieces of Catfish and a Seafood Gumbo. Fried fish was middle-tier as far as flavor, the pieces were a decent size but not the biggest I d seen. Their seafood gumbo is a nice attempt at a classic dish. It obviously wasn t up to par with Louisiana s Gumbo but it sufficed (once I added a small bit of seasoning.)

Dont tip them on to-go orders. Ordered $77 worth of food to-go. Asked for extra tarter sauce. They lied and said it was in the bags. Nope! They tie up the bags so its hard to check unless you untie the bags. But just the fact that they lie to your face that the extra tarter sauce is in the bag is a disappointment all within itself. Food was good. But wont tip them on our next To Go order.

Good food. No cornmeal; all fried seafood is flour fried. I had the 3pc Catfish & 6pc Shrimp with fries & house salad, unsweet Tea. (Im diabetic) All of it was very tasty. The food was amazing as usual. The service is the worst Ive ever experienced. We sat next to a large table that was not cleared or cleaned our entire visit. It was like sitting next to a trash can. Our waitress was rude and mostly absent. She forgot our drinks, didnt bring the salad until the food was ready and forgot to order the childrens meal. I observed the other waitress doing all the right things. I will request her next time. I think more training would be beneficial.

The seafood here is awesome, they have a great variety of seafood here. All I can say is Ive eaten here many times over a few years and it is consistently good all the time, the food and the friendly service. The fried oysters are my favorate, the fried calamari is cooked just right and tender not chewy, and the King Crab legs and claws were plentiful and I mean you get a lot of big claws and fat legs for your money. This is one of my favorate stops.

Ive been coming to baytown seafood for at least 10 years. Whoever bought it recently changed the menu (and raised the prices) but left the sign up. The walls the booths are on are filthy. They have the ac set on at least 78. The food isnt as good either (fries, sauces, fried shrimp). Disappointed.

Good food lots of choices. The service was great. Friendly and took the order how i wanted it. Could clean the condiments better. But overall the food was hot and great flavor. The salad was not very good so didnt want too eat it. It was the core of iceberg lettuce and one slice of tomato. But the grilled shrimp was good. And so was the dirty rice. Steak was very thin should have been thicker especially being in Texas. But lobster was great flavor and nice and hot with real butter. Sweet tea was great black tea and real sugar. Close by the truck stop so just a hop, skip and walk away. Bathroom was very clean. Will be coming back to try different seafood.

If you want good service, I would avoid this place. The food was ok. I wish there was another option other than rice. I didn t know it came with that and she didn t ask what side I wanted. She also brought ranch instead of thousand island dressing. She kind of threw it down when it was delivered. The shrimp has more spice than I prefer, but was good and they were large shrimp. As I was eating, she brought the check. She didn t say anything to me, but was speaking to the other table. That would have been a good time to ask how was everything or did I need something else. What if I wanted dessert? How do I pay my bill? She did t tell me. This isn t an upscale restaurant.

First time here at this location Hwy 146 at I-10 east Fwy. Very disappointed. First off they served my wife an empty dirty side plate for our shrimp fried rice, and then in the rice was a human hair (the waitress confirmed). We ordered the 5lb Crawfish plate. At least ten of the crawfish was rotten and the flavor of the crawfish tasted like tomatoe sauce No hint of crawfish seasoning. And the crawfish rice looked more like Mexican rice with the seafood in it. So very disappointed This location is the last.

The prices were insane for the little portions of food they give and then we drove all way home, 35miles to find out they forgot my boyfriends meal!!! Of ALL things! He drove all way back to get it and they made him pay for the meal again!!!!! SERIOUSLY????!!!! So very very upset and disappointed! I will Never recommend this awful establishment to anyone!

This Place Rocks. You cant find a better value for seafood. I always have excellent service Dont do a lot of takeout so have not had any issues. Before your money this is the place.

Had the Mexican shrimp soup, it was delicious and had about 50 shrimp in the bowl. Cost me less than $8!
