One of the best Poke bowl restaurants we have come across. We were here two years ago and were hoping they had not changed. But on our recent visit we noticed they are even better un both food options and sevice. Highly recommend, both the poke and ramen bowls!

We order our food and every one got their food before us they messed up on our order and understandable so I was trying to order the soup. I messed up on it that we didn t order any of that. They had a really bad attitude for the money for my drink because I still waiting on my drink 48 minutes when we were asking why when we came and asked if our food was almost ready. They said we were next but the food was never order and then we ask why say that if it wasn t order but they just ignored us

Im not sure if it went under new management but the milk teas are spot on and Im a big fan of the sesame balls. The ramen and poke bowls are great too. Simple menu but tastes great. Quality of quantity I guess. But I like going here to get my ramen and milk tea fix.

Holy moly this place is amazing. I got the Hula Hawaiian bowl, and it was spectacular. $12.99 for the bowl, $2 for a scoop of extra protein (which I eventually realized I didn t need), and another $1 for their limited time deal of adding on a boba drink? Not to mention that the serving size could have supported a meal for two. It s delicious and affordable!

The food is good. But the customer service is not!! Instead of satisfying their customers and fixing their mistake they don t. Spoke with Raylee about an order and instead of fixing her mistake she said I would have to pay for another ramen. The correct one I was supposed to have received in the first place. I never touched the other one and just asked for her to give me the right one and she said no. They lost a customer that orders multiple ramens at least once a week. Sad to see how they would rather lose a loyal customer than fix a small issue.

She is always so helpful knows EXACTLY what we want when we walk in the door and has an infectious happiness that makes my wife and I come every Sunday.. the food is good but when she is here she makes you feel welcome... Only getting five stars because of the ladies that are usually here on Sunday today less than 1 star...We usually come every Sunday and rhe girls that are normally here are awesome infact they always know what we want and make it so very good ....came today Thursday April 18th at 2pm and they have different people here and not only did we get less than half of what we usually get they made it different and when we questioned why were being charged for less than half of what is usual they said nothing we sit down with our food and it is salty its not sweet like the teriyaki always is ...and I didnt get my pineapple on the side as asked ....bring the normal ladies back I wont be back unless they are here

On two different occasions... I tried a poke bowl w/ spicy tuna & salmon with all the yummy toppings I like. It was absolutely delicious!! Everything is really fresh & flavorful. I also experienced the black garlic ramen with chicken broth (substituted for pork broth). Its chicken & shrimp with corn, basil, garlic pieces, plenty of spice & seasoning (just the right amount, in my opinion); I also added spinach to mine. My egg was so yummy as well. The servers/cashiers were cool & sweet as well. The place was spacious & clean. Thank you - I will definitely be back. A new fav place to add to my ever-growing list!

I am blown away this is soooooo good :) this poke bowl is amaaaaazing. Making me so happy to eat it and they mix the ingredients all up so every bite is delicious. My hungry soul feels full and I have a ton leftover for second lunch /dinner. This is my new favorite place to eat! Had no idea this was here! What a gem of a find ! Great service and everything looks very clean. Also good music and vibes :). I will be back! Updated review - I ve been back. A lot. And Uber eats and door dash delivers. And these are my new obsession. They are tasty and fresh and consistently delicious. I m definitely addicted to these now!!

Visited for the first time and wanted to try a different Ramen spot. I had the Yummy Chicken Ramen The food itself tasted good but there was no flavor to the broth I had to seasoned it myself (they had/have few selections of seasonings and pepper sauces to choose from self serving) but their noddles and grilled chicken tasted good. I was too busy trying to flavor my broth I forgot to take a picture of the food being my first time there.

The food was good (not the chicken) and drinks were great but the customer service just awful. Poor quality of work and employees having a negative attitude progressively getting worse throughout our visit. The employees seem to not care about customer needs. They engaged in audible conversations about me and my family, as we were preparing to leave I had gone to the restroom and according to the employees they had already cleaned but that place was a mess it smelled horrendous and I m sure I saw live creatures in the garbage as a walked out the employees stared me down the nastiest look and snarled at me, according to my family they made remarks on how I should clean bathroom for not being considerate for going after they cleaned the restroom. When making my order there was no people waiting in line and it was empty aside from one couple. At the counter the employee rolled her eyes as was asking about some ingredients that the raman I had ordered contained. Awful just awful.

While the ramen was one of the best I ve have in a while, the workers were not as friendly. We noticed that they treated other customers welcoming and cleaned up after them but they raise their voices multiple times for our family. As we were leaving, they made very audible complaints about our group saying we were inconsiderate and bad mouthing us for going to the bathroom in our presence. Our family spent the entire trip simply enjoying our dinner, not being rowdy, and not making a mess. We were leaving well before closing time but they were complaining about us wasting their time to each other to the point that we had to turn and leave those that went into the bathroom to avoid getting riled up. Glad we didn t give tip because they never checked up on us and were foul to us from the start. Recommend everyone to take food to-go so they don t have to deal with these bad mouthed employees ruining a good meal. Their attitudes were awful enough to make my ramen taste sour.

I love the poke bowls here. The staff helps you out with what to get if you dont know. The selection of fresh veggies and topping is all up to you. The atmosphere is super chill and relaxed they always have good music on I love coming here with my friends and family or by myself.

We went here for my little niece s birthday and they brought us a sort of sushi cake that was delicious, sang happy birthday, and gave my niece a free princess boba I ve eaten here before a couple years ago so I m very happy the service was even better than past experiences. Excellent tonkotsu ramen! The style of the ramen is a little different than the Kyushu style Im used to but its still super good! All the important parts are there. Pork chashu made in-house, thin noodles at just the right consistency, and hearty pork broth. Speaking of chashu, the umami flavor was so good, you can tell its made with care. This tonkotsu even comes with half an onsen tamago seasoned all the way through, although it is hard boiled instead of soft boiled. Usual tonkotsu ingredients are joined by corn and spinach to keep it tasting fresh. I hope Bay Poke stays around for a long time, Baytown really needed a good ramen place!

Love! Love! Love! We love this place. We love it so much that while eating dinner we looked at the menu for what we wanted to order to-go for lunch the next day. I had a build your own pokè bowl and my wife had the ramen. Shes been here before but it was my first time. She loves their ramen. I tried her ramen, very good. But she was jealous of my pokè bowl. To go we ordered off the menu for poke bowls. Both were also great. I think about this place constantly. Yeah, that good.

I really enjoyed my poke bowl, which was the create your own. All the toppings were fresh and the portions were VERY generous. I had a large bowl that served as both my lunch and dinner. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Prices are good, as well. Parking: Limited number of parking spots in front of the store, but can park around the side of the building.

Leaves a lot to be desired. Restaurant was clean. Service was okay. But the food was just ugh. My husband got the short rib ramen, which had very tough meat, and the broth had more of a pho taste. I got the black garlic ramen, which had shrimp and chicken that tasted like it had just been defrosted from the Walmart freezer section. We didn t even make it to our hotel before my husband got severe heartburn and the stomach gurgles, while I got sick. Definitely not worth the price.

Decent poke bowl. Lots of rice and only 2 small scoops of fish. Smallest scoop of avocado Ive ever seen, maybe a teaspoon worth. Overall good flavor, quality ingredients but way too much rice for the small amount of fish given. Price was only 13$ though so cant complain too much

They have amazing ramen!! I got the original tonkatsu ramen and it was absolutely creamy and delicious! The pork was tender and juicy, and the broth was a smooth warm golden liquid that was very filling! I recommend ordering ahead as it is a bit of a wait since they make it fresh but it is so worth the wait. When you get it to-go they put the broth in a separate container to keep the toppings and ramen noodles from getting too soggy so that was something I appreciated! Overall, I recommend coming here for a great meal to hang out and eat with some friends, or study outside on the patio with a hot bowl of ramen

I love this place never had poke bowl before. I had sushi but not like this. They serve pre-selected poke bowls or build your own. They have one chicken teriyaki poke bowl that is cooked the rest are raw fish or seafood of some kind unless you build your own. They also have Ramen which I have never tried looks very interesting. Maybe I will work up the courage to try it soon. The smoothies and Boba are great I like the mango and the taro ones the best so far. The mochi ice cream is good. The mango was great.

We didn t try the poke bowls, which I guess is what this place is known for but the ramen was gross. The music was so loud and obnoxious because it sounded like whoever was hooked up to the Bluetooth speaker kept walking away from the receiver so it kept cutting in and out really bad. It looked like the whole place was being run by kids expect for the cook. If we go back we re definitely not eating there and hope the poke is as good as they say..

It is a surprisingly nice and diverse selection of fresh options and ramen. Staff are nice, the place is always packed. This is my 3rd visit and I feel that my review would be fair. My friends and I have had black garlic ramen, Korean spicy seafood ramen, and the tonkatsu ramen and a few different poke bowls with an without protein. All very good except the Korean spring ramen doesn t use traditional Korean red chili spice. The taste is a bit different and not as authentic, but it s baytown I m happy there are options like this. Ample parking and family friendly with big, clean bathrooms and fountain drink refills and a diverse customer base really puts me at ease as a non-baytown native :)

Food was great, service was great, overall great experience until I checked my bank statement at the end of the night to see I was charged an extra 7$. I had a total of 33.21$, wrote on the stores copy of the receipt the same total of 33.21$ but my statement is reflecting 40.21$. Seems to be someone may have left themselves an unauthorized 7$ tip.

Never have I went into a restaurant and was actually comfortable asking the staff order for me, but I had never had a Poke Bowl before. Everything from the music, the attitude of the staff, the comfortable seating and pleasing aesthetic had me feeling 10 times better than when I walked in. The food tasted amazing and is definitely a diamond in the rough by Baytown standards. Terrence Pascuar, the server to ordered for me, definitely deserves a raise for his performance and patience.

Fantastic ramen! I had the Japanese ramen and my family member had the spicy Korean sea food ramen. They both had amazing flavor and just the right amount of spiciness for the Korean ramen. Will definitely be back.
