Talk about toxic!! Went in to eat with my kids yesterday and let me just tell you everything was going fine at first. Next thing I notice I hear a what seems to be late-aged white lady manager, yelling at employees loud enough for everyone surrounding the area to hear! Can you believe that? Sad that the food is pretty good, would not recommend you guys eat here if you are thinking about it as they have very unpleasant employers who belittle their employees. How sad for you to live your life in a power trip like that. Maybe consider anger management or looking into your management employees before deciding to give them that much power.?

I was in town on a business trip and a coworker suggested Pipeline Grill. I saw the jalapeno cheddar poppers and had to get them. They were delicious and perfectly fried, probably some of the best Ive had. Also decided to try the chicken fried chicken with onion rings. I wasnt as much of a fan, the gravy was too much for me personally but it was still a good meal. I would definitely recommend the jalapeno cheddar poppers though!

Ive lived in Baytown for 6 years. Ive heard good reviews about the pipeline restaurant. A friend and I ate there today for lunch. It lived up to its reputation. The food was wonderful. The staff was awesome. The atmosphere was great. You were able to carry on a conversation without having to shout. Be prepared to take food home theres enough for a second meal. It tasted like a homemade meal. The cost was reasonable. Well positively recommend the place and definitely will go back.

The food is really not that great here anymore, it s just ok and especially at these prices because it s so expensive for what you get. Tried lots of things on the menu but over the years of coming a couple times a year then remembering why I don t eat here. The dinning room can get very noisy to an annoying point due to the industrial decorating style, concrete floors, etc. The grilled chicken sandwich chicken is too extremely thin. The sourdough bun is good though. The broccoli is incredible. The zucchini is too crunchy with panko but soggy inside. It only comes with one tiny ranch and they charged us for a second ranch to eat all that zucchini with. The shrimp breading are so soggy to me, I didn t care for those. My order was for a grilled chicken sandwich with broccoli for a side and half the zucchini appetizer and a tea was the same price for one person as two Raising Canes box combos with extra toast and sauce and they came with drinks and I added a large Caine s tea half and half. That s getting ridiculous in my opinion when I can feed two people with extras somewhere else for the cost of one at this restaurant.

Every time we come to Baytown we choose to eat at Pipeline. I ve never had a bad experience until yesterday. I wanted to write this review for anyone who takes dining out as a luxury in these trying times. The pizza I ordered my daughter was supposed to be a medium. It was a small cut into more pieces to make it appear medium. We ve eaten enough pizza in our lifetime to know the difference in length on the pizza slice. First strike with me. Second, the fries I ordered for a side never came. Also, ordered a cali wrap and it was a smaller portion. I order this dish every time. I know how big it s supposed to be. Our waitress took our order and 4 other people brought our items and we only were asked once if we needed anything and that was after I made eye contact at the end of the meal. Just a huge disappointment from a place we have always loved.

This was the perfect place to meet up with friends for lunch. They chose the Pipeline Grill, which was nice because I had never been there and I love trying new places. I liked the atmosphere. It had a fun, but laid-back vibe that wasn t too loud. We could actually hear each other talking which is always better than nodding and smiling like an idiot after asking someone what they said a few times and STILL have no idea. I had never heard of trashcan chips, but they looked delicious and my friend loved them. (She must have, she made a happy plate. ) I had a taste of my friends barbecue sandwich, and oh my goodness, I loved it! Made me kind of wish I had ordered that instead of my grilled chicken. I will say, however, that the chicken was tender, juicy, and had good flavor. Our waitress was sweet. She was cool about us staying there for close to two hours catching up probably because, even though I could see that it was a popular place for lunch, they still had plenty of open tables. It s always nice to have a delicious meal with friends at a good restaurant.

Updare: came in today and the Manager Leo Was very inconsiderate he absolutely would not cater to the simplest of requests, all I asked was a steak be cut in half and cooked at two different temperatures but no that was asking too much, however our server Jaycee was very polite and returned often to check on us so thank you to her.

If I could give zero stars I would. Poor management, poor service and mediocre food. Would avoid this place Have eaten here many times before and have had issues before but decided to give it one more chance.. Tonight (5/17/24) proved to be the same. We went there for dinner, we were seated quickly but then had to wait at least 10 minutes before a server even approached us to order drinks and an appetizer, then another 10 minutes to get our drinks and appetizer. No big deal on the appetizer because it had to be made. Server was a little slow but he was busy in his defense up until it was time to pay the bill. He took my card and then he disappeared for a good 15 minutes.No where to be seen so I decided to ask for a manager and before the manager made it to my table I caught him out of the corner of my eye drying plates by the kitchen door. When the manager finally came to my table and asked me what my problem was in a rude and condescending tone, I tried to explain to her what was going on and that he was drying plates instead of bringing my card back so that we could leave she snapped at me and said the servers have other jobs to do too. Of course I told her their number one job is to serve the customer not dry plates and she caught an attitude and said I m not going to argue and proceeded to storm off. Of course by this time the server finally brought my card back. This is not the first time I ve had issues with this restaurant or the management but we will NEVER eat here again. Frankly they should just close down like they did the Laporte location. Food s mediocre at best and overpriced for what you get. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE

After reading all the five-star reviews, Pipeline Grill in Baytown was the clear winner. And let me tell you, it lived up to the hype! From gourmet burgers to seafood, BBQ to Tex-Mex, Pipeline Grill has something for everyone. But the real star of the show is their brick-oven pizza. The Swamper is my personal favorite! I was blown away by how good it was. And dont even get me started on the trash can fries - theyre a must-try! (Figuratively speaking, of course! ) The portions are huge, and the service is top-notch. Shoutout to Hugo and Beatrix for their professionalism and friendly smiles! All in all, I highly recommend Pipeline Grill. Its a hidden gem that deserves all the praise.

Been coming to Baytown for a year and never knew this place was here. The food, service and atmosphere is great. On side note, Im in the laundry industry and the laundromat next door is connected to the restaurant, so you can do your laundry and have a beer (35 beers on tap) and eat IN THE LAUNDROMAT or the restaurant while you wait. Wow, what an improvement. Even though they were full and our server forgot to enter our appetizer, the food and service was amazing. Another server that was helping bring our food went to the kitchen and brought us our appetizer on the house. Our server came to apologize and was relieved that we were not upset. I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant with my family and friends. Today I was served undercooked chicken and the batter had an odd taste on top of. Not always to big a deal, they were pretty busy. I asked to order something else and was told that the meal would be comped. Ok, so far. And for the next 30 minutes Im just totally ignored. Everyone else at the table was talked to and served as usual. My water went unfilled even when my friends was refilled from a pitcher. He was next to the wall, I was on the outside of the table. She had to reach past me to do so. Suffice to say, I refuse to visit this location again.

The Pipeline Grill is a steak and burger bar and grill with some seafood on the menu. Our waiter (David) was very kind and courteous with a sense of humor the cooks seem to know what theyre doing the restaurant is very clean and my wife and I have went here a few times and weve enjoyed ourselves every time their menu does not have outrageous prices but the food is very good I would recommend this to anyone that didnt want to travel outside of town for a good bite to eat and possibly a drink.

We stopped here from out of town and was amazed at the size of the chicken fried steak. It was so good and huge! Our son had the fried Catfish and the filets were double sized. Well, worth the trip. Got a Togo order the prices were totally different than thee restaurant had at their place. Ask for mayo for my sandwich well didnt get it. The service for Togo orders are the worst.

First time here . Its a Great looking restaurant . Went on a Tuesday during lunch rush , and I got my food within about 10 minutes of ordering, which is very impressive.

Awesome vibe, nice staff, and great food!!! I came here probably 10 years ago and had been wanting to return, I finally made it happen! Sat at the bar and got to enjoy watching pizzas be made. I had the pulled pork with pickles and onions. The cheese ratio was perfect!
