Likely the most unkept MOD I ve been in. The floors are unswept, drink station isn t stocked, they don t have the right lids for beverage cups, the drink station isn t clean. All this with fewer than 5 customers in store and enough team members to make light work in these areas. And the food was not great at all! Personal pet peeve, I don t care for how people force-shorten Johnathan to John. If I tell you my name is Johnathan, it doesn t matter that John may be more convenient for you to say or write. You asked for my name, I told you Johnathan, not John!

I always enjoy mod pizza, the ingredients are fresh and good selection. The menu has changed a bit since Ive been there. The service was fine, the guy was plenty nice just not his usual store to work at according to him. The atmosphere is ok, it was cleaner than the last time I was there. It just always seems like the crew is more focused on each other and the behind the counter activities. But it is a fast food pizza place so it is what it is.

Lately food sucks so we drive all the way to the mont belviue one, the one in baytown gives burnt pizza lately and my wife is the type of person who rather eat it that way instead of making someone feel bad and return it so I got fed up and went somewhere else.. tired of eating charcoal pizza

Oh. My. Word. Me and my siblings went to redeem our free no name cakes, and we were there for 20-30 minutes, for three already made packaged cakes that were the same size as the lil Debbie cakes. One lady was in front of us ordering, and the pizza lady was moving so slow. She was attempting to make 3 pizzas. She dipped a itty bit of sauce on the pizza, then SLOWLY spread it. It took maybe 5 minutes to put sauce on the small pizza. Then, she reached into the cheese pile, put it into the spoon, then reached into the spoon and literally put 1 piece of shredded cheese at a time. Yes, not slices, but one piece of SHREDDED cheese at a time. Then, she grabbed one pepperoni with her left hand, put it in her right hand, then put it on the pizza. She did this like 8 more times. Then finally, she was done making the pizzas. Then we waited another minute to be served. She asked us how many pizzas we wanted, and I said we just came for the free cakes. She said ok, then pulled out 3 tickets and started writing on them, and asked a name for the order. We gave her a name and immediately she asked so how many mods do you want? 2 or 3? And I said, for the second time, we just came for the free cakes. She made a weird facial expression, the kind someone makes when you break up with them, or like we told her she had purple and green stripes on her face, and said oh ok you can go over there so we went to the checkout, and finally got our cakes and left. Slow service. Tried to get us to buy from them 2 times in less than a minute. Mont Belvieu is way faster

I have been twice to this location and sadly I dont wish to come back. When preparing my pizza they add so little toppings and I do say something and they get upset. I am not sure if is because they dont want to prep more toppings but is crazy. This is the only MOD place I have had an issue with.

This place is filthy. The food prep counter had food all over it. There was food on the floor. The drink station was nasty, and the lemonade, lids, and napkins were empty. There was not a clean table in the house, and only two tables were seated. There were 2 people behind me in line. Not to mention I had to wait to be rested and have my order taken. Definately do NOT recommended!!

While I topically have a really good experience here My guess is that the staff today is hung over from Christmas. I offered a pizza online to be picked up. Get here and it s ready soo I grab it and head to the car. I go to grab a piece while it s fresh and it is a completely different pizza than what I ordered. I double check the receipt and it says my name and the pizza I ordered on it but the pizza was not at all what I ordered. So here I am waiting for my pizza to be made all over again. I ordered online because I didn t have the time to wait yet here I am being forced to wait .AND I TIPPED WHEN I MADE MY ORDER which pisses me off even more. I tipped them to almost get the wrong pizza. Update: Thank you Tim for taking accountability for the mistake with my pizza. I appreciate your apology.

This is the best mod pizza in Houston. Its super clear. It doesnt smell nasty behind the glass. The cooks are extremely good, clean and following directions and they all have good energy. Im traveling 30 minutes just for the service and that isnt a problem with me. Rock on cooks

I keep going back!!! I love that you can personalize the pizza.... the staff is nice. But I kinda need to tell them to space out toppings or put them closer to the edge. But too much is in the center of pizza its flimsy. So gotta space out the toppings. I dont like huge crust on the edges and u can get a better crisp crust and firmer pizza which makes it easier to eat. Try the tristan and dominic!!!

Pizza was great as usual and as usual the gentleman cutting the pizza just doesnt like his job or is just bad at doing it. I challenge management to try and eat a pizza that he has cut. No To-Go boxes were at the beverage station. Had to ask the guy who cant cut a pizza for two small to-go boxes. After a sigh and somewhat of an eye roll, got us the two boxes. We were there 4/16/23 between 5 and 6. I know MOD pizza wont go out of business, if we stopped eating there. But there are just as many places in that immediate area that would happy take the $40-$50 we just spent there. The high school couple making out in one the booths and another high school couple making out at one of the new patio tables was especially not too appetizing. The young lady who made our pizza, was super polite and helpful with getting our pizzas with right topping. Then the wheels fell off the wagon.

Customer service was a slow (we were early for the rush too) but they only had 3 employees working there. Says more about management than the employees due to the fact that it s Saturday at lunchtime. Clean store and ingredients were good. Like I said nothing to write home about but not horrible.

I rate Mods about every 2 weeks. So far Ive rated them 5 stars. Pizza is delicious period. I just wish theyd keep up , the clean up, of drink machines and bathroom doors that we all have to touch. Gummy machines and doors are a sign that they may have other sanitary issues. I wish them success and want them to stay 5 stars. Few places in town meet my clean Ideas. This is one of my top three restaurants. Food here is bar none the best and freshest in Baytown.

This was my very first time eating at MOD. I absolutely love their pizza crust. The way they cook it, gives it that extra crisp to it. the salad choices oh my goodness, Im drooling now. Not cheap, but no limit on extra toppings. We usually order a few different MOD sizes and go with their menu items and then add extra toppings. Last time, one of ours was burned or dropped dunno, but the guy had to remake and rebake. They forgot to add feta and parm. Besides that, MOD is MOD. it s a franchise and the quality is the same always. Dependable. Fresh. Thin crusts and gluten free option.

1st time ordering from MOD pizza. Got the Mega (11 inch thick crust ). First of all, this isn t thick crust. It s a regular sized crust( to the rest of the USA). Second, there s barely any cheese or sauce on more than half the pizza towards the outer diameter. 3rd, taste is mediocre. Not quite sure how they got 4.5 stars out of approx. 700 reviews at the time of writing this.

I had heard of this place for a while and continued to put it off. This past Sunday, based on a request from my girls, we decided to go and try it out...Jesus....I loved the pizza. It was delicious. I was just a little disapointed by the guy who took our order...it seemed that he wasnt glad to take our order: no eye contact, no hello, no smile...NOTHING. Very poor customer service. Let s be honest here, it s overhyped. It s not that great honestly. I ve had better at little Caesars. The employees OUTSTANDING but food, mediocre. I hated the crust of the pizza it s like eating a chip with toppings. A lot of people will not agree. Now don t get me wrong, any 30 toppings for $11 is a steal. But after a pizza & cheesy bread it was not worth $27. I didn t even finish my pizza. Honestly if you eat a good brick oven pizza orsino ny pizza is way better in my opinion.

We went 01/08/2022 for the 2nd time at this location and arrived around 2:00 during the day, the place was empty due to heavy rains, only 2 other customers were sitting down eating. The pizza was hot and delicious and the girl who made it said she was new but did an awesome job. The disappointing thing was 80% of the tables were dirty, the drink station was dirty and the floors were littered with trash throughout the dining area. There were lots of employees, including who we think was the supervisor on duty but no one was making any effort to clean tables, sweep floors, or in general make the dining area clean, presentable, and comfortable for guest.

Ordered delivery to enjoy a nice night in. My pizza was burnt to a crisp, kids only had 5 pieces of pineapple on her cheese and pineapple only pizza, and my boyfriends had hardly any cheese or toppings. What the heck is going on here?! We used love coming here but now we will be going elsewhere.

Every recent customer that gave a 5 star review must of gotten lucky. This place has been sliding downhill for a long time and today is the final straw for me. Thank you managers and owner for not caring about who they hire and wasting my money. Going to papa johns from now on because at least they usually have managers that quality check their product

Been coming here at least 3 times a month since they opened. At first they had great service , great stuff with with enough knowledge to get your pizza right z. But now I m here writing this while I m waiting for 2 of my pizzas to get remake , because they look like charcoal. This restaurant is not any different from must. Where their employees lack of knowledge and integrity .
