I placed my order online and expected it to take a little while so when I got there it had been maybe 30 minutes and the worker told me the food had been waiting awhile because they get the orders out in 5 minutes or less. He then offered to remake the order for me even though it was kinda my fault for assuming the orders would take longer, like most places

If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would this is the filthiest establishment I ve ever stepped foot in. Worst part is I ve watched the employees walk around with a pack of generic storebrand baby wipes to clean tables and lobby surfaces instead of a sanitation rag that supposed to be used not only that but they walked around the lobby with these baby wipes and made no attempt to wipe any surface at all. They looked at everything and continue to walk around as though what they saw was perfectly fine, the counter where they serve food in the lobby all are filthy and walking around. I m watching cashiers in the stand talking. I ve seen management walk through the lobby as well. No one has made an attempt to clean and if they are fine with the front of the establishment being this filthy customers are actually allowed to walk around and see. I can only imagine what that kitchen looks like and how they handle food, safety issues , this is absolutely gross and I will never set foot in this establishment again

Ive never had a complaint ordering here before. But the young girl at the window was absolutely rude. Ive ordered enough times to know a chicken combo includes the sauce and I was given none. After asking for it she said that it did not include it and I had to pay for it.. I ended up paying for the sauce that should have been included but I do not appreciate being scammed or lied to..

Everything was excellent. The place was clean and quiet, and food was served faster than expected. Recommended. Parking: Baytown is a small city. The parking lot is free everywhere. Raising Cane has its own parking lot but shares the Wal-Mart parking lot as well.

I went to canes the other day and I ordered a three finger combo and got an extra cane sauce thinking I would need it. I got the most tiniest pieces of chicken, smaller than the palm of my hand. I was so dissatisfied with my order. Paid $15 for just the tiniest piece of chicken

Canes is one of my favorite fast food restaraunt, and this one in particular is outstanding! As most all of Canes restaraunts, it is always very clean inside and out, the atmosphere is great, food is always hot and delicious, and if you need to.go through the drive-thru, it always seems to go fast.

No matter what state you are in Cane s is exactly the same. Great chicken, fries, and Cane s sauce with an awesome crew. The chicken tastes the same today as it did when I first tried it twenty years ago. This location had a very nice patio that was covered so you could enjoy the beautiful weather with your delicious food. I am truly amazed at this little restaurant grew to be an international powerhouse at serving fresh hot made to order chicken with hands down the best sauce.

My son wanted Canes and we was on that side of town and it had been a long time since we ate there. The chicken is always cooked nice, crispy and juicy. I did not like coleslaw, I thought it was very dry and just no taste at all. I think that was same reason I dont pick this place more often cause the coleslaw last time was same way. The fries were a little too salty. Even my son said it before I did. I do wish they had more food/sides to choose from. Like mac and cheese or fried okra or any other side besides fries and coleslaw. And I do love coleslaw very much. But for me to spend $10 or $15 bucks just for a 3-4 piece box or a 6 piece box and only eat the chicken strips is crazy. I will pick something else every time. Wish they had more options. I do appreciate the employee that was working the line outside to take ur order. They did have both lanes open and both ordering food when I pulled in. I got in right lane and the left lane got done before the right side but the vehicle in front of me was taking a while so he came to take my order. So thank u for trying to keep the lines moving as fast as possible.

First time here. I noticed every time i drove by the drive-through was full, so I decided to try. Clean and comfortable atmosphere, Great food and special sause.
