Came here for a graduation party and the ac wasnt working. Not cool! I hope you gave them a discount for that. Theres not much parking and they need more restrooms.

Horrible experience! Especially with the coordinator(Jetzy Bardales)She could careless about your event. She says one thing and does another. She chargers you for everything especially if you don t take her decor package. She is rude and makes your feel completely stupid. She NEVER ANSWERS. I literally had to text her over and over and had no respond. I had to do my own calculations when it came to some taxes for the amount. She told me there was no charge for the hours the first time we sat down bbut the next time I sat down to talk apparently they just had changed the regulations and prices. I wanted to do my own main table such as decoration and she said she would provide the actual table but turns out the day of my wedding she said nope since I was decorating and didn t add it to the contract. but before hand I had asked if I could take my own table she said I was not allowed to bring my own table. So imagine the day of my wedding. She is also never near the place and has to send the people from the Aztecs de Oro to open up which they have no clue on what is going on . She is a horrible planner and coordinator. They also only have one bathroom for each gender. 0/10 recommend.

I do not recommend this place at all. They have very bad customer service. When you make a contract, they no longer answer you. They charge you extra for tablecloths and plates. They do not put tablecloths on the tables. Things are always missing from what is agreed in the contract.

Very unprofessional. Reached out twice, was ignored without follow up both times. All that I asked was availability and pricing. Was told they would reach back out with updated info, never did. If the availability wasnt there, why not just say that? Simple to say Sorry, maybe another date?

This venue was ideal for our 50th High School Class Reunion. We had approximately 100 guests, and the size, amenities, and meal were great. It is clean, attractive, and the set up and kitchen access provided everything we needed for a lovely evening. Thank you! Kris Wallace Hyde, RSS Class of 72

Loved our turnout for my daughter s Quinceañera! They made my daughter s Candyland theme come true!! Everything looked amazing! Love how they made sure everything was taken care of, always made sure that we were good and didn t need anything. They handled everything so I could enjoy the event with all my family. Will definitely recommend and use their services again! Thank you again for an amazing job!!
