If a restaurant cant even understand LIGHT sauce, they dont deserve my business. I asked for generals chicken not soup.. its not that damn hard to put less. Its almost like when I ask for less, they give me more to be funny about it. Im never going back. Its the closest to me and thats the only reason I went but Id rather drive 30 min than give them more business

Unfortunately I came in as a google guide to try the sweet sour shrimp. I started eating and realized it was chicken. Went to the front and owner and tried to argue with me. I came in for shrimp and MOST definitely did NOT ask for chicken. . However I did ask or want this nor am I going to finish it. PLEASE ATTENTION TO YOU CUSTOMERS. I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN. Through the rest of the food away. Not what I ask for and going to eat lunch elsewhere . Very unpleasant odor inside the restaurant as well.

Food is good and always hot, but my only complaint is the short Chinese lady in the drive thru accent is bad, and she has a rude attitude when you ask her to repeat. (AGAIN I REPEAT, SHE IS VERY RUDE) She doesnt give a receipt and you have to ask for it . They dont make you aware of the fee if you use your debit or credit card. Its written on a very small sign on the window (Thats why I think they dont give receipt) So if you have a hard time understanding Chinese accent, beware of going through the drive-through!!! Youve been warned.

Went in ordered the lunch special.. the mexican lady handed me my card back and said it didnt work.. then i get charged not once but TWICE.. SO APPARENTLY it did work and they scammed me out of 24 bucks.. even worse the little Chinese lady wanted to start yelling at me like i did something. .. gave them the benefit of the doubt and called my bank.. now i have to dispute it. So definitely be careful.. spent 24 bucks and got nothin.. by the looks of the reviews this aint the first time..

Was my go to place for my children and I for quick Chinese food. Just recently had the worst experience little lady in drive-thru is very argumentative and has an attitude. Ordered orange chicken when my son opened the box at home was chicken with some sort of veggies. Called and spoke to the drive-thru lady about mix-up. She wanted to argue me up and down while I stayed calm. That I had said Garlic chicken. I told her maam Ive never ordered garlic chicken in my life, I dont even know what that is. Instead of be apologetic. Kept saying that I was wrong and she was right. Will be my last time visiting, worst customer service ever and very rude. Hispanic lady inside is very nice but not the one in drive-thru.

This is one of my FAVORITE restaurants in Baytown. I love the food and employees. My only gripe is that the homeless have taken shelter at the old Churchs chicken and try to pester you for change. Other than that, I highly recommend it. Vegetarian options: Dishes have a hefty amount of vegetables.

My favorite place for Chinese. They have the best flavorful fried rice, the egg rolls are the greatest of anywhere else Ive been. Many other dishes like pepper steak, orange chicken chicken lo mien. Once I got a blank fortune cookie. No fortune for me lol. I just didnt eat the cookie so it didnt count. Update: Still great food. 2023 update: Still my favorite!

We decided we would like to get Chinese for dinner. Our choice for takeout was Wok DLite in Baytown Texas. Ordering was easy and uncomplicated. Staff were very friendly and eager to answer any questions we had about the cuisine. Although seating was limited due to social distancing. I can say that the location was very clean and sanitary. Our order to go was properly packaged and diligently prepared for the trip home. This was especially appreciated as it prevented our meals from cooling off or spilling out of their respective containers. Our meals were delicious. Consisted of generous portions. We ordered sides which were equally enjoyable and fresh. We will definitely choose Wok DLite again. Along with recommending it to others. Thank you!

Horrible service. First my order was wrong when I got home. Then they acted like it was my fault when clearly my receipt showed what was ordered. I live over 30 min away and grabbed the food on they way home. They had me return the food the next day to get what I actually ordered. My son ended up hewing the only one to eat because his food was right. When we got the right food the chicken was hard and stringy and tasted horrible. I will stick with Pineapple Express from now on.

First off, Im new to Baytown, so Im open to trying new food places. 1. The General chicken would be good, if they would use actual chicken instead of only batter. 2. The Lo Mein didnt have much flavor. 3. The lady at the register didnt bother looking up when I approached her, instead she put her index finger up to tell me to wait.
