Mrs. Haynes represented my daughter with her custody case. She was very patience and listen to her needs and concerns. She explained the process very thoroughly and clarified any of our misunderstandings. I needed an attorney in Azle Texas to draw up a estate plan and last will and testament. After reading Rhondas client reviews, most were very good, a couple were not, however with extenuating circumstances. I felt the extenuating circumstances , were genuine, so I dismissed them and chose Rhonda. Im very glad I did. Rhonda answered all my questions without ambiguity, continually communicated with me through the entire process in a timely manner. 3 years later she still hasn t done anything for me. Don t waste your time. Update: I have responded every time I received emails from you. I have sent multiple emails since your last response to me for updates and I have never received a reply. I have sent you all the paperwork you requested more than once. I would love to update this review to a better one but that won t happen unless you finish my divorce.

I have been working with her since the end of 2022 to get a property deed adjusted. I have continually received the run around with absolutely no response to the status of the issue. She wont take my phone calls and rarely answers my emails. When she does it is the same answer every time. Ill have it for you on Friday . Absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional.

TERRIBLE communication!! Takes RIDICULOUS amount of time to get anything done, definitely sounds like she cant handle the amount of cases she has in front of her. Would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your personal legal needs, unless you have a lifetime to wait My husbands health has been so affected by her negligence with his familys case

Rhonda was supposedly to represent and file a protective order in which I was going to do myself but she insisted that she would do it and cost would be court ordered by other party, she won t answer any communication attempts and the court told me it was assessed to her and not me .. Rhonda does not follow through with her word !! I have Not been reimbursed.

I admit I hired Rhonda on desperation and last minute alternative. Presented all documents and records as needed in the time of need. At first Rhonda seemed caring and understandable. Then as time goes bye as it does. ( I found that it seemed that Rhonda was working more against me them for me. Her lack of professionalism and communication skills worked against my favor. Costing me more time and money than needed During hearings and video chats it seemed Rhonda was timid and coward down allowing the opposite side to take lead. It seemed Rhonda wouldnt speak up and show documentation in my favor. She does not make any attempts keeping strong communication on any progress. It also feels she was quick to ask for payment instead of whats more more important. I would highly recommend those in need of family attorneys . To take the time and find an attorney thats going to work for you. What matters most.

Ronda couldn t have represented me any better!! She held my hand through the entire last year and a half custody battle which I required a lot of. We just won our custody hearing today and my ex husband was denied everything he asked for completely. She was ready and willing to do whatever it took, met and called me even on off hours and I can t thank her enough for having my back. I m so thankful she was recommended to me because I just don t think it would have gone the same without her knowledge and support!! Id recommend her services to anyone!

I had to get a name change done she had the paperwork and everything done in a matter of a day. I was able to have all my stuff to her with in a day. The longest part was waiting on the courts to do their part which let s be honest since covid I think molasses moves faster, but for Ronda she was very professional and personable the entire time recommend her for any legal needs.

I went to Mrs. Haynes to have my family s wills done. Mrs. Haynes was very meticulous and detailed in her approach, covering all the bases professionally and respectfully. She took her time and was very reasonably priced. Caring and lawyer are typically not synonymous but in Mrs Haynes case they are. She also handled my mother and father in law s will. Highly recommend.

Ronda is an amazing attorney, she facilitated my divorce which flipped from agreed, to unagreed, and then back go agreed again with grace, speed and professionalism. In comparison to other Divorce attorneys her cost is stunning low and the quality of her and her teams work far exceeds the cost. I was more than happy to pay her fee and was amazed at her attention to my case & how it proceeded with ease. She was always one step ahead, always thought about different routes to finalization and never let my case just sit. I could call & get updates with ease. I have to say dealing with an attorney sometimes can be frustrating, but not with this attorney. I recommend her with out hesitation. Thank you Ronda, you are God sent.

Ronda gave me answers (and a very quick response) to some questions That I should have had 2 years ago from different lawyer. My last hope for my situation was to seek my own lawyer and so I met with Ronda. She is very polite and understanding and puts the legal terms into simple real person terms for me.
