I requested a quote on a weekday night around 8 or 9 pm. Got a text message at 7am the next day asking for them to come by at 9am. We barely saw the text on time to confirm. Then it was a mess for them to get here, and they ended up leaving. I got a preliminary quote via several emails, to which I kept responding, asking how to go about scheduling the service. I never got a response. I texted the guy again, telling him that Im responding to the emails but kept getting follow-up emails as if I had never acknowledged them. I was then ghosted. If its that complicated to give them my business, its not worth it. The communication and customer service definitely didnt match their values and what theyre portraying to be. I had considered being a franchise owner of theirs, but Im glad I didnt.

Train your employees in driving safety and manners. Who cares how good they are at cleaning windows if they are hazardous beyond that. On July 16, around 11:15 AM, as I was walking back to my car in the parking lot of the P. Terrys on East Oltorf street, one of your work vans sped into the lot. Instead of waiting three seconds for me to pass safely by, the driver cut right in front of me into a parking space. Literally three seconds would have avoided this, but he just had to peel into the space. The lot was empty except for my car, and there was absolutely no line at the checkout window. Whats the rush? When I stopped and stared at the man in the front passenger seat, he said something to the driver, and they both looked over and laughed at me. Was that worth being called out on in a very public review, complete with photos? Shame on your business for training your employees to be rude and reckless, then laugh about it. Rest assured that I sent out a company-wide notice at my workplace advising people to never use your services to stop enabling your disappointing business practices.

A crew of 4 arrived on time and did an excellent job, cleaned the windows inside and out, sprayed down the side of the house, washed the screens and cleaned the windowsills. House looks amazing. Now perspective buyers can enjoy clear views of our backyard garden. Everyone, from the co-owner to the crew were easy to work with, polite, happy and it was obvious they enjoyed their work! I let my glass stink, I admit it. But man am I glad that I called Pink s to fix it! Not only did they arrive EARLY (really?! I didn t have to wait around for once - talk about amazing customer service!!) but Carter was incredibly kind, helpful, and non-judgy at my windows. They re now streak free, clean for the first time in months (did you know they clean in winter too, what was I thinking letting them sit like that?!), and when my dog jumps up on the windows again with muddy paws I know EXACTLY who to call. Thanks Pink s - so glad I can get onto a reoccurring schedule so my windows can look the best they ever looked EVERY DAY instead of when I remember to do it myself. We used Pinks for a commercial building and it is the worst service we have ever received. Some windows look worse than when they started (particularly when the sunlight hits them), and some people on one side of the building think their windows were completely skipped (but it could also be that they just moved the dirt around). I would never use them again - and this was a case of getting what we paid for - they were the least expensive option and now we know why.

Utilized Carter and the crew at Pinks for multiple cleans on a couple of our commercial locations, as well as our personal residence. With a lot of service providers it can be extremely frustrating dealing with tardiness on scheduled appointments, or quality issues depending on which crew shows up. Pinks has always been prompt, weve had a couple different crews show up for jobs and everyone is always extremely respectful and handles their business well. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the are! Hoping they expand to DFW markets soon.
